They had their sugar shack running. Great talk about the steps of collecting sap, the tubing and then through osmosis filters before going to the evaporator. Of course, the store sells maple syrup & all sorts of maple syrup flavored stuff. They have a soft serve machine selling maple syrup flavored soft serve, they then drizzle maple syrup over it and then sprinkle maple sugar on it. It's really yummy!

Nice little spot selling tons of maple products. The ice cream they have is really good too! Worth a stop to take in the scenery.

#ice cream lover #ice cream heavenI love ice cream & maple ice cream is a must when you are in Vermont. To everyone who hasn't been here or tried this icecream.. **spoiler alert**It gives off a veryyyy subtle flavor of butterscotch at the end...if you wonder..Must try!

It's definitely the best maple icecream I've ever had. I found the place very cute. Has Vermont souvenirs to cheese and maple syrups. The most impressive thing about this place was the glass enclosed beehive. This place also has an outside patio with great view that you can enjoy while slurping away on your maple creamie.

We got there while they were boiling the sap and it was a great learning experience. The samples of fresh maple syrup were wildly better than whatever we had been buying previously.

First step in the door and it was like e at first site...clean, spacious and well lots with lots and lots of maple syrup varieties, from light to very robust. Handcrafts, art, baked goods, novelty goods, candy, a coffee station, and the small Sugaring room full of hiatory, a video tour and equipment for a live demonstration. The woman who worked there was really nice and very knowledgeable, giving us a little tour. My favorite discovery was the popping corn on the cob variety for the microwave...very cool! They also carry their own honey with a live bee box for demonstration mounted to the wall when its bee season. Will be going back many times.

It’s a good place, if you are in for organic honey and Maple syrup products. Price are completely worth it. I bought 2 pounds honey it was 14.99, and that sounds reasonable to me because it’s organic. They were have there own bees. Sounds Interesting Right??

Stopped by this wonderful store and picked a few locally produced maple syrup and honey products as gifts to friends and family. A great Vermont experience!

Smaller than expected, but friendly staff and a good variety of things for sale. The parking lot was limited and we had to wait for a spot. They have a little snack bar that made AMAZING soft ice cream with maple syrup and maple sugar.

I stopped in earlier this afternoon for the first time. The lady working was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. I’m not sure what the people who have left bad reviews are talking about with someone working there having an attitude. I suspect that maybe these people may have went to another location because the customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend stopping here.

Rude and not worth the money. After waiting in a fairly long line and spending a decent amount of money the red hair middle aged woman behind the counter was insanely rude. Tossing my debit card aggressively across the counter for it to fall on the floor and not apologize. She also yelled obnoxiously to other patrons who were clearly from out of state about “Not Eating Ice Creams” within the facility as the sign clearly states. Who sells ice cream and then tells people to ONLY eat it outside in the freezing Vermont temperatures, instead of allowing them to shop and browse inside? The syrup was OK at best, and overpriced. If your looking for better quality souvenirs or better syrup run to Jeffersonville Country Store which is right down the road. You’ll even save yourself money. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

I completely agree with another "reviewer" about the attitude of whoever was working when I stopped by this place while vacationing in the area a couple weeks ago. It was as if we were bothering her as soon as my wife and I stepped inside. There was literally nobody else in the store and the attention we received or even a smile were non existent. I don't believe the woman even responded to our "hello" when we walked in. I remember distinctly and then I asked my wife if she had the same impression. We walked around for about 2 minutes, saw nothing that we could not find anywhere else and for cheaper as well. I did get one of those soft serve ice creams that people mentioned to me (we are from Maine). It was too sweet for me and nothing special, honestly.Sorry, I wish I could have something nice about this place - but I really could not find even one thing that would make me recommend this to anyone traveling to that area.

The best place to get maple products. There is a wide variety and assortment. In addition the worker was one of the nicest people we met while in Vermont. They have a small room that shows the process and types of syrup. When going make sure to try their maple sundae (maple soft serve topped with syrup and pure maple sugar. It is amazing).

It's small shop but it's really nice because it had a lots of maple syrup that has Grade A in three different shades! I just got one of my favorite marmalade (scantiville orange) because I like the flavor. I'm looking forward to try it! It's also my first time going here because I'm from California!

This is a great little place to stop and stretch ones legs. They have maple soft serve (which was really yummy). I love visiting and experiencing local culture and this definitely embodies the essence of Vermont. Staff was friendly and helpful. When in the area I'd stop here for an ice cream treat.

An absolute great place to stop for all sorts of Maple Syrup products and local sauces and spices. We thought that the selection of products was great, and the owner answered all of our questions.Since this is a store that sells products directly from their farm and maple syrup production facility, the prices are lower than what you would expect. We were happy that we stopped in to check out this place and to buy our locally produced maple syrup to take home!

Would recommend this store for the maple head in the area, ive been to this location before several years ago, first time back. They have a varied selection of all things maple, on par with any dedicated maple store in Vermont. They also have ice cream and coffee. If you're passing by swing in and get your maple on. Sorry no pictures, got there half hour before they closed and didn't want to dawdle.

Good place to stop and grab some Vermont made things. You can also order online and get items shipped to wherever. This place has good gift ideas like pancake mix with sample syrups. If you go here you MUST try the maple cremees. Delicious and only about $2.50. Plenty of parking and easily disable from the road.

Great store to grab some Vermont themed gifts for family and friends. A tad pricey but they have nice things. Check them out. This store is wheelchair accessible.

Great place for Vermont original gifts (syrup, cheese, and souveniers) including an active bee hive display.

The selection of Vermont-made food and other items is definitely nice. But the woman working the counter wasn't friendly at all. We walked in and said hello. She looked at us and didn't say anything.

A cute little store. They have syrup, coffee, awesome local honey, amd lots of other little things to choose from. I 100% recommend the maple kettle corn popcorn, and the smoked mozzarella. It was so good we went back and bought some more!
