Triple Diamond Ski Shop was the 4th shop I went to on my search for my first pair of ski boots. Needless to say with the 5 star review, my search ended here. Rob and the team were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.All three of the other places gave different opinions: "They should fit like a shoe", "They should be half a size too small", "They look good". All of those places didn't feel right and gave bad advice. But here, they went to extreme lengths to find/make the perfect fit, set me up with some great rentals, and were meticulous in their attention to making sure I was walking out of their as a happy customer. And I did!! I'm stoked that I waited to come here to get my equipment. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs anything related to ski equipment or rentals. Thanks again for the great experience Rob & Team!

Outstanding ski shop right next to Smugglers Notch! Five big things set them apart: 1) One of the best boot fitters ever! Took time to work with us, quickly addressed several issues we were having, and they feel great! 2) Top of the line gear – demo’d several pairs of skis trying to figure out which to buy and they were so patient really trying to understand how our daughter skied (blacks, trees, touch of powder, etc) and even ran a pair up to the mountain for her to switch out during the day! Found a pair she loved – the chance to try them before making such a big purchase is wonderful 3) Great selection of gear – skis, boots, clothing, all high quality and very reasonable. 4) They do rentals that are better quality than up at the mountain and less expensive, 5) The staff are perhaps the friendliest and most customer focused people we’ve ever met. We never buy gear anywhere else! Rob - thanks for another great experience! We'll be back!

This business checks every box. It's family run, they value your time, they have top of the line gear and they are so close to Smuggs it's perfect. I highly recommend the rentals here stay away from the lodge it is a mess up there.

We stopped in near closing time on Saturday to get our kids fitted for ski boots. The costumer service was amazing. The owners were kind, honest and professional. We will continue to go to Triple Diamond for our ski needs.

Some great quality rentals and even better people here. They are cheaper than the mountain, and less than a minute down the road. They do not allow reservations but I went at 8:30am Feb vacation weekend and was in and out fast. Super thorough, and really attentive. They fit me PERFECTLY in boots! I've never rented boots that were that amazing, I usually have trouble and they're super uncomfortable. But these guys got it on point!

Great shop with a nice variety of equipment and items. I called and came in with an older pair of Burton bindings that needed a replacement part and they had the part! They fixed it up and had me back on the slope real quick. Super friendly and great service at reasonable prices. Stop in and check it out.

We went there because it had great reviews and was conveniently located right next to Smuggler's Notch. The store was super clean and well organized. Price was very reasonable. Equipment was well maintained in good shape and staff were very helpful and efficient. Overall we are quite satisfied and will definitely return again.

Had a great experience here. The mountain did not have my boot size and Rob along with a super helpful female associate pulled out every single ski boot they had in my size. I must have tried on at least five pairs of ski boots to find the best fit boot. My second day skiing was infinitely better once I was in the right sized boot. I also rented skis/helmet/poles for the day here, which saved me about $20. Also, grabbed goggles here, I will absolutely be returning. I can't say empathize how great the staff is!

Great ski shop near Smugglers Notch Resort! The staff was great and very helpful for our ski rental needs. They have a wide variety of ski boots and skis, prices to compete with online retailers(plus the personalized service). Also, they sell a variety of new & lightly used name brand clothing items. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

Even though I’m a gray beard, they treat me with respect and I enjoy talking shop with them. Stop by on your way up to Smuggs for all your skiing needs. You won’t be disappointed
