Amazing family vacation! The kids had an absolute blast over Christmas! They enjoyed the Christmas eve Fireworks, the reindeer visit, spent hours in thr fun zone and did not want to leave the Aquatics center. The day time tubing was a hit as my 3 year old was able to participate and kept wanting to go again. This was a vacation for the memory books. The night tubing for the adults was exciting! Those tubes were zipping down the hill lol.

I was disturbed how careless lifeguards are at the resort as well as their education. A lifeguard saw an umbrella fly through the air and reacted like no big deal-it nearly hit my eye. Students were taught lifeguard class and I witnessed it which ruined my relaxing. They are taught to worry about putting gloves on THEN CPR-that is not ok and they wasted minutes before providing CPR. You don’t need gloves for CPR in a pool setting. Hope no one drowns there but if you do it’s likely because the incompetent lifeguards.

As a Silver VIP owner, I have never experienced such an embarrassing situation. I arrived at the resort in time to check in with my guests after a long drive from New Jersey. We actually showed up an hour or two after check in time. I was excited to share my unit as I rented a 3 bdrm one. I talked up the fact that we were having this suite with everyone having their own bedroom only to be told that the unit was not ready and it would take at least another 1.5-2 hours more. I was told that there was a shortage of workers yet three parties ahead of me, also checking in, had no issue of their room not being ready. There was absolutely no accommodation made nor any semblance of restitution for the inconvenience we incurred. It was simply left at that and I was expected to simply "take it or leave it." I am both a Wyndam and WorldMark owner and never have I encountered a negative experience as this in 25 years of ownership. I expect an acknowledgement from the resort manager.I definitely have a less positive outlook on Wyndam after this episode.

Great family resort. Much to do in summer. The pools and water slides are a favorite. FunZone is also fun with the upstairs activities included with Notch card and downstairs activities for a fee. We enjoyed disc golf. As Wyndham owners, the tee time was included but disc rentals were an additional fee. Lawn games and hikes/walks are also options for free family fun. Craft time was a good option on a rainy day. Condos were slightly dated in decor (peeling wallpaper) but clean and spacious. We stayed in the Tamaracks in a 2 BR/2BA Deluxe. We would not hesitate to come back winter or summer.

We had some young family members with us. They loved the swimming, skating, FunZone, and the bunny hill for their first time skiing. The Magic Show was entertaining.We enjoyed the spaciousness of our two bedroom unit and appreciated both our fireplace and whirlpool bath. Very happy and our family wants to go again.

A longer drive than more southern ski resorts, but worth the drive.Excellent ski run grooming.Some buildings are much newer than others, so call and ask for details.Good restaurant on site.Funzone is awesome for the kids.

Truly upset about their refund policy and lack of understanding. I made a reservation on Booking and did not see the extra charge for cleaning that amounted to even more than the price displayed. After receiving the receipt I immediately wrote back to cancel, explaining my mistake. They only responded that they wouldn’t pay back cancellation fees, that amount to 500$. So in short, for a reservation that did not last more than 15 minutes, they are charging me 500$. If they are ready to rip off their clients this way, I just can’t imagine how this place can keep doing business.

Some rooms are amazing and updated, others are not! The ones that are not are more like a ski lodge from the 80's! The resort did have several activities, but many were geared to young children. The North pool was nice and had a hot tub. They have restaurants that are a bit pricey for what they offer, but food was decent. There is also a coffee shop and small store and a Ben and Jerry's. The tubing activities were very unorganized and no instruction on what our how to do it! For people not used to the snow, instruction would have been very useful, and saved me a ambulance ride to the E.R. Overall, a good trip, but a very disappointing end. Also, if you are with Wynham, good luck getting a Wyndham representative for anything! The upper management and security for Smugglers Notch were helpful and I thank them!

We booked a place 1 Bedroom Suite with Expedia 2 months in advance for trip planned in October 2022. The manager for this company called at 8 PM on the day of checkin to inform that they are cancelling the booking. We have to sleep in our rental car with a 6 month old child since there were no rooms available in 2 hour radius (peak fall foliage season). Thank you for the wonderful memories now a trip we dreamed of doing from Texas to Vermont from past 10 years got completely ruined. We are going back to Boston never to come back after seeing Vermont hospitality.Update after 1 year: No compensation or any action taken by Wyndham or Expedia. STAY AWAY from this con artist.

I've been to Wyndham smuggler's notch several times. The accommodations are always good and that's not where my problem is. My problem is with the sales department and an employee who worked with us. The sales employee was rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. When trying to sell a timeshare you might have a better chance of a sale if you treat people properly. We had all intentions of buying until our sales rep opened his mouth

Must experience this adventurous spot!!! Our third visit with another family friend. It's our 4th sets thus far! Great family friendly resort with amazing experiences for all ages. Many obvious water activities but paddle boarding was just one of our wonderful new experience. The have a massive fun/game center and many exciting outdoors adventures from giant swing to zip lining!

We love Smugglers Notch.We have grown to dislike Wyndham management. DO NOT GO TO A TIMESHARE PRESENTATION/UPDATE...they won't care about you after you leave!!!We were given a $100 gift card for attending a timeshare update. The card did NOT work and we have spent 10 days (about 3 hours of our time) trying to get them to fix this problem.We have yet to get the phone call we asked for. After 3 hours of emails and messages to "secretaries" we found out that the card was not keyed in correctly on their end! It took 3 HOURS to figure this out. Shame on them...and now they still won't call us. We wanted more added to the card for our troubles and time!EDIT: We spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with Wyndham corporate after a comment on a FB post got a response. They said there was nothing they could do for us and that they would help us to speak to the people at Wyndham Smugglers Notch. We were put on hold and then connected to someone NOT affiliated with Wyndham at Smuggs. The person had hung up and we were left to try to explain our situation, but could not as we were only able to leave a message and STILL await a call. What an absolute joke!

Visited for 2 day getaway! Absolutely loved this place. Our condo was fully stocked with pots, dishes, and a slow cooker. There was plenty of space in our 3BR and lots of activities throughout the day. We are looking forward to return in the summer.

Staying here for a week as a guest. Heated pool, sauna, basically every other amenity you could ask for. Spacious 4 bedroom condo each with its own bathroom. Amazing view of the surrounding hillside. Early fall has been perfect for the leaves, too.

A search for Smuggler's Notch Resort takes you to the RIGHT place, but if you search for Club Wyndham Smuggler's notch Google maps ends up at the intersection or 108 and rt 15 which is incorrect.The Premise is nice, spacious with lots of activities to do on site. The zip line was not operating. The fun zone was functioning on limited occupancy. The outdoor pools are heated and clean.A short walk from the fun zone are the slopes that are trails in the summers and an opportunity to play disc golf .The place is not far from Smugglers notch where one can easily spend a whole day.

One of the best times I have had in a while was here with my wife and daughter. So much to do even in the summer. The condo was beautiful with awesome views and really close to everything. I'm sooooo coming back to this place for my next vacation
