Fair experience compared to what are others have been to. The server was nice. Clearly they need more people to keep up with cleanliness of the area or probably less chitchating. Has a restaurant at the back with lake view and beautiful during summer

Ordered food that was awful. "Fried pickles" were pickle chips and all the batter had fallen off and was clumped together. Ravioli was only half cooked and was mush. Overpriced and none of it was edible.

For the third time, this winter, I've stood at the register while staff either gossip in the back room or literally ignore the line waiting to cash out.Today, customers sitting with their coffee finally notified the woman cooking that the people at the register "don't have all day"... as we stood there while a guy continued to stock sodas. The cook yelled to him and he said "I know they're there". I left 2 bucks cash for a small coffee and walked out. I was going to get breakfast too, but... I literally don't have all day to wait... and it's far from the first time.This place went downhill as soon as Jim and Sandy left for the winter.Unfortunate.(PS: I regularly leave reviews and usually only leave positive reviews.)

They intentionally don’t list prices on 99% of items, so they can gouge at the register. Grabbed a beef stick that was labeled “$1.00”, costed $2.50 at the register. Made note of it, cashier just brushed it off. Makes you wonder how ridiculous everything else is priced.If the jerky company is labeling the sticks $1.00, you know they are selling to the store for less then that. Meaning at $2.50, the store had at least a 150% markup. Certainly makes you wonder what else they are marking up 150%. Perhaps it’s just this one item, but I’d be shocked.

These cheese curds should have never been served. The cheese is all out of them due to them either cooking too long or at too high of a temp.. I won’t be going here again. Seems like the service gets crappier and crappier each time I go in! Not to mention there hard as a rock. Y’all need to do better.

Service can be very hit or miss here. When the owner is out and about, things seem to work well. The food is delicious, the beer is cold and the service is good, considering how busy they can get. When the owner is not out and about, people don't seem to know what to do. We were turned away from getting a cold beer and sitting out on the back deck on a sunny Saturday. Oh well, other places want our business.

Went here about a year ago and never got around to write a review but will be my go to spot when we are in the area. Hands down best panini I’ve ever had. I got the chicken deluxe which was my favorite. My bf got the rueben which was also fantastic and his favorite, but that’s pretty typical for us. Thank you, and kudos to the staff!

Your employees ALL need a class in customer service. They NEVER smile and are so blah when interacting with customers. The gentleman at the register this am has no personality and the lady working the deli area has no sense of humor and is just plain rude and not very personable!!! When ordering food she acts as though making it is such a burden!!! And its not a one time deal, maybe they woke up on the wrong side of the bed!!!!. I camp up in IP and we are in your store alot and it's ALWAYS the same!!!

Employees are dismissive of customers. Manager was rude, two guests eating no one else in market at 9:45am was told I had yo wait 30 minutes to place a breakfast order. The only place to order breakfast in the entire town. Two employees working no one coupd be bothered to assist us 😕

This place has been nothing but great to me. The food is excellent and they should have their own five star restaurant. Maybe the people that write bad reviews for this place should initiate conversation. The people that work here are friendly.

My buddies and I went into store for breakfast and was told they had to much paper work to do to take our order and cook so we had to leave because we were not allowed to wait untill they were ready. Shouldn’t sell breakfast if you are gonna refuse to cook it.

Food is heartburn city...don't advertise creamees if the only flavors you have are chocolate and Vanilla. Vermont is famous for Black raspberry maple twist creamee. Not in this hick hole....sad....

Customer service is terrible…. All kids (seems like) running the place and have no idea what they are doing… had to tell them 3 times how to make a hot fudge sundae and they still got it wrong. I’m leaving this review because this isn’t only one incident.

Absolutely terrible and expensive as well.service was not the best. Pizza tastes like cheap can sauce. sandwich was stale. I will never go back the 7up from the bottle was good.
