Great selection of meat and the best hamburger I've had in years. Good selection of fresh veggies, beer and wine, and frozen goods. And you can't miss the selection of baked goods. I drive a 20 mile round trip just for the burger sometimes.

Stopped in for some "snacks" on our scenic drive. The home made banana bread, and "buckeye" was terrific. Haven't had a black cherry pop in so long. Enjoyed a picnic on the Green. Thank You for the Hospitalities.

My brother told me they had the best breakfast sausage in VT. He was right! Fresh and Delicious. And, a lot less fat than the famous brands.The porkchops looked fantastic!We're splitting a bulk order next time!!

Their syrup and attitude all have something in common, sweet as can be. Meats were great especially their chicken 'fritters' which are basically chicken tenders

Ray’s Meats & Groceries is right at the corner of Rt 14 and Rt 58. If you are biking or driving in the NEK, staying at a rental vacation home in the beautiful North East Kingdom of Vermont - this is a small - but good place to stop for your groceries, cold cuts and other needs. They have great baked goods, burgers and other things to make a meal or a great snack. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many local Vermonters shop here - loving their meats and fresh farm eggs.This is a real, rural store -so if you are from "away" - you and your children might enjoy visiting - - They are closed on Sundays.Do be aware that if you are from the city or suburbs - touring Vermont - that many places close early on Holidays, Sundays and during the colder months - so call ahead if you are in doubt!

BEST spot in NEK for meat, fresh foods, etc. my favorite is the macaroni salad. If you have a book you can bring your coffee or snack and sit by the green.

Ray's has local honey! If you have allergies e.g. hayfever, pollen then local honey will cure you or at least lesson the effects. Rays has the best price and real local honey.
