We had two couches cleaned by Carpenters. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and efficient work. The couches look great. My only minor criticism has to do with a little difficultly in setting up the appointment and a few miscommunications along the way. I would recommend Carpenters and use them again.

The interior and exterior windows of my whole house were done. They look amazing! I can never get them that clean myself. Carpenter's Cleaning Services employees (and owner) are always extremely meticulous, thoughtful of keeping the inside of your house clean (removing, or covering their shoes), polite and professional. I also had stains on a few carpets as well as an upholstered chair that they removed really well. The rug and carpet cleaning that they've done in the past is always really great. It is uncanny how clean windows can brighten your mood, especially if it's a sunny day. They even make grey days more beautiful! I had to save up to have my windows, screens and storm windows cleaned inside and out, as there are 49 windows +/- in this house and every one of them is 6 over 6. Wesley, Mitchell and Jeremy did a thorough job of cleaning and polishing the panes and I heartily recommend Carpenter's Cleaning Services. I hired Wes and his team to do mold removal on a couple of tricky spots in my house. As a single mom, I am always a bit weary when dealing with contractors, but Wes was a pleasure to work with. His estimate seemed really fair compared to what others had quoted me. He was nice and always replied in a timely matter. This company is great. Wesley went out of his way, above and beyond, to accommodate me concerning pickup and delivery of my wool rugs. My rugs were a mess (2 puppies...) I first came across Carpenter Cleaning when our insurance company (Vermont Mutual) had referred them to us. Wesley who is the owner of this company was highly professional, dependable and efficient. Initially Wesley had responded to my call for some water damage to our wood floors and sub floors. Wesley and team had cleaned all water damage, removed all visible molding, and lab tested air condition of our home thereafter.In addition to this he had all damaged and warped wood flooring replaced perfectly and in a timely fashion. Wesley and crew had performed all the above work so well that we had subsequently hired them to install a French drain in our crawl space, install a sump pump, dehumidifier, blow heater and vapour barrier. Once again, the work done was done impeccably, cleanly and professionally.We have more work planned for Wesley and team come next spring in and outside the house as I have come to think of Carpenter Cleaning as my go-to cleaning and repair provider.I have no hesitation of recommending Carpenter Cleaning for anyone who seeks a very professional and efficient cleaning/repair service the goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Carpenter's Cleaning Service works miracles.As the owner of a home with 2 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs and white carpeting, I often find myself in need of the services of Carpenter's. Wes and his team are professional, thorough and somehow they manage to make our stained, spotted carpets white again every time. In addition to the carpets looking incredible, the house smells fresh and clean which is quite a feat in a home with 4 pets.If you have a home with pets and/or kids, I highly recommend the stain protection treatment. It has helped immeasurably with the occasional accidents that our 14-year-old golden retriever has from time to time as well as the mud that our 6-year-old is so good at tracking in.

I cleaned a carpet twice with a carpet cleaner bought from Walmart. I wasn't happy with the results. I decided to have it professionally cleaned. The carpet was like night and day, I couldn't believe the difference! Wes and his staff are excellent to work with! If you want your carpets cleaned right, don't do them yourself. It is worth the extra money to have Wes and his staff clean them for you! Highly recommend
