Delicious authentic tacos!!! I posted a picture but you only get to see one because I ate the other two already! Their food is so good! I just got a 10 taco take and make plate to take home for dinner. They're running a special right now!PS .. for the person who was frustrated about customizing their order, I think that person just had a rough day and maybe didn't know enough Spanish to bridge a minor language barrier. The staff at Parkside are super kind and if you're willing to wait a second, will do their best to get someone who can help you customize if you don't speak a little Spanish.Next time just say this dude... Met my Dad's 86 year old brother from another Mother & his wife (who is in a wheelchair) with my daughter (disabled, in a wheelchair) for breakfast...TOTALLY handicap accessible, owner say us come in h took our order without us asking, the food was fantastic in every sense & reasonably priced...to say it was perfect is an understatement! Claudia, the owner, is gracious, caring & a great human! Put this Cafe on your "got to visit frequentlyc list you WILL NOT be disappointed!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in & easy out

I just found my new favorite lunch place. True empanadas and they are gluten-free! The empanada platter was two huge empanadas so I will get two meals out of this one. I look forward to going back and trying other items.Because I don't speak any other language, there was a bit of difficulty in my understanding the questions as I ordered but it just confirmed that there folks were preparing authentic foods.Next up will be trying their carnitas.Dietary restrictions: Multiple gluten-free options of foods that are naturally GF, not substituting ingredients. I look forward to trying more.

Great location and adequate seating. Food was delicious and filling. We stopped by for breakfast and enjoyed the breakfast burrito with sausage and our daughter had the blueberry muffin. Staff was friendly throughout our time there.

Poor service. Did I say poor service? Ordered two BLTs and a chicken wrap. Received one BLT. Then we waited…….waited ………and waited some more. After 30 minutes; went back to the counter. We were told that was all we ordered. Because that makes sense! The three of us sharing one BLT. If you have time to waste on your travels, stop here. If you are not frustrated enough by holiday traffic, stop here. Otherwise, keep driving to the next town. But wait, there is more. Went back to the counter, ordered two sandwiches. Guess what? Yep, only received one. And that one had a long black hair hanging out of it! We gave up and left!!!

After a trip just north, we found Parkside Cafe on the rural VT Rt. 116 for a late lunch. Located on the corner, with excellent dining inside & out. Food and service outstanding. Turkey club sandwich & bacon cheeseburger were delicious.

DONT TRY TO CUSTUMIZE AN ORDER....Tried to order just chicken & cheese tacos two times, they came out with everything on it. If u don't mind getting what u didn't order the food is fantastic!Also u can't get BEEF tacos only Beef Quesadilla....MAKES NO SENSE

Thick steaks and other great food served up by friendly, happy servers. Food is quickly served and the waitress checks on you to make sure everything's going great. There's both counter seating and tables. It's a local spot with many friendly faces. Beautifully set by the farms with an easy in, easy out parking space with free parking right off the road.

A lot of options for food,..breakfast and salads..staff was really sweet, everyone from the cashier, order taking person to the person who brought our food out..very laid back and comfortable atmosphere, outside seating looked really nuce too, we sat inside..we had an awesome time, we went on a Saturday a bit after noon..found parking right outside, easy peasy and great food and ambience at the same time..oh I forgot to mention their amazing collection of lattes..my wife had the amaretto latte and loved it Parking: Parking was easy to find on Saturday around noonish

Wow! Amazing food. The sandwich croissant came with scrambled eggs, I wanted over easy eggs and I had no problem with switching them. The two sweet young ladies at the front were such great help! They were patient and very kind. (Bianca and Brie). The tea was Vermont made. Also VERY kid friendly! Between the food and customer service, I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

My 12 year old son says: “The French toast here is positively AMAZING. Just the right mix of toppings, the blueberries and powdered sugar hi together so well. The eggs are great, there is a large selection of creative and tasty beverages. The employees are very kind and helpful, and the food gets to you very fast. The oatmeal is also very good.” There are a million more things he wants to add, but he’ll just say, thank you Park Side!Vegetarian options: There is a large selection of very tasty vegetarian options.

Parkside Cafe is great! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love stopping by on my morning commute or dining in for breakfast on the weekends. Bagels are tasty, pastries are on point, coffee and tea is fresh and hot. They have a strawberry pastry that is like an adult toaster strudel, it's SO good. Berry breakfast cake is delicious. Alicia's breakfast sandwich is a go to if you're looking for a meatless option. But if you're looking for a real treat get a croissant heated up with ham & cheese, you won't be disappointed!

This is my first time staying outside Burlington and restaurants are very limited in this area. I'm so glad this place popped up on my Google maps. The staff was very welcoming the second we walked in and the food was SO good. I was skeptical seeing the tacos on the menu since it was a cafe but I was blown away by how delicious it was. 10/10 will be coming back when I visit VT!

Parkside is my favorite place to stop for lunch when visiting family in Hinesburg. Their food is consistently good (especially their lunch food) as is the coffee and service. I've seen other restaurants around here go downhill for lack of good chefs, etc., but Parkside has only improved. If you're someone working remote in the area or on the road, this is a good environment to grab a bite, a caffeinated beverage, and get a little work done. I hope to see Parkside continue to impress and improve, and I will continue to make this my preferred lunch spot in town.

Yikes! This place used to be beautiful. The bathrooms are disgusting, you can’t even wash your hands because the handle for the faucet is lying on the floor. The cashier scolded my vegan friend for returning the oatmeal when she discovered it was full of milk — said “We get a lot of complaints, you need to talk to the owner.” You get a lot of complaints? That should tell you something. Bleh. Won’t be spending a dime here again.

This place is dangerous how much money I would spend here. Thank goodness I live 10 miles away.Smoothies, muffins and croissants, lots of teas and coffees, plus fun hot bevvies like chai. A whole separate breakfast menu (scrambles, burritos, sandwiches) that you can order from all day. Lunch menu seems wrap and panini heavy, not that that's a bad thing.Vegetarian options: PLENTY of vegetarian options, from veggie hummus wraps to falafel to cheese empanadas to soy-based "chikin." Vegan is obviously harder to come by with such an eggy and cheesy menu, but you can request no cheese in wraps and sandwiches and such.

friendly staff... excellent sandwiches , great and extended selection of drinks , alcoholic or non... the cappucino was not really a cappucino (the coffee was just regular, not espresso) but tasted OK. the dining room is spacious, and there is an outside terrasse. The location, unfortunately is not the best (main intersection...) The bathroom facility is clean, but needs work....

Great people and good food.The new ownership is a breath of fresh air in Hinesburg. And considering the staffing shortage that is endemic in our state right now, I’m impressed at how well they are doing! Sometimes things are slow, but other restaurants aren’t even opening when they don’t have full staff.Thanks Claudia!Update June 2023:We asked Claudia to make 100 tacos for a party at our house. 3 varieties and they were all delicious. Ordering was easy, each taco came in its own little tray, and our party was a success. Thank you! (Also, the tacos taste amazing the next day as leftovers, too!)

Wonderful place! Friendly staff and very accommodating. We have eaten here often and enjoyed: empanadas and quesadillas loaded with deliciously prepared pork or chicken, stew, mushroom panini, plantains and even yucca. Also blueberry mascarpone crumble cake, almond pastries and chocolate cake.There are many more items on the menu - looking forward to trying them all.
