Consistent and reliable comfort food, with Greek options to boot. Competent and friendly staff, and a nice community scene. I’m so glad this gem exists. They also absolutely and deliberately understand gluten-free needs (their baked haddock is a g-f staple of ours).Dietary restrictions: They understand gluten-free. Not a huge list of options, but the staff won’t steer you wrong either.

Being new to Vermont and recently selling my home in CT, my wife and I were introduced to this fabulous place by our new neighbors. I enjoyed the chicken Parmigiano and my wife had the turkey dinner. After supper we sipped on their fresh coffee. It wasn't western coffee( sitting on the range all day) and my new neighbor Steve and I both got carrot cake for dessert.So fresh and moist. Try it! youll like it!

Very good. Love the Greek salad with chicken. So delicious. Service is always friendly and quick. Pizza is also very good along with appetizers. They have a creemee stand in the summer as well as breakfast. Great little local spot and very family friendly. There are always different specials listed which seems delicious.

Title: Continuous Poor Service and MiscommunicationI had two separate experiences with Papa Nick's, both of which left me feeling disappointed.The first occasion involved a visit where I hoped to discover vegan-friendly options. Despite waiting 7 minutes to inquire, I found the staff lacking knowledge about their menu. Furthermore, they couldn't accommodate my request for a half-baked pizza to be finished at home.Fast forward a month or so, I decided to give Papa Nick's another try. This time I opted for their Beyond Burger, ordered online for pickup. However, upon arrival, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed, despite their sign clearly stating they were open. There was no indication of a change in operational hours or a notice about them being on vacation.To make matters worse, my several attempts to reach out were met with an unhelpful voicemail, leaving me with $50 locked up in their online ordering system, and no meal to show for it.These continuous instances of poor customer service and miscommunication have been very disheartening. I expected more transparency and better staff knowledge from a place like Papa Nick's.

Just grabbed take-out gyro platters (made vegetarian by request!). My car smells like herbs and garlic, and I ate half the fries before I got home. Super delicious. Hospitable, heart-forward owners.Highly recommend.

Stopped in by default. But was received courteously and it was clean, and comfortable, and quick, and casual--as we like it. We had the meatloaf. Was very good. Got the feeling that the older woman who waited us was also the owner, as she was just too engaged and too good to be anything other. Will stop again-- next time on purpose

Food was decent but the service is just awful. Stopped there for lunch and never had them ask how it was or even bring the slip. We got sick of waiting so we got up and waited at the register.

We used to go to papa Nick's for breakfast every weekend but they no longer offer breakfast.. So we tried they're lunch specials. The barbecue wings were spicy and saucey and delicious. Unfortunately , the creamies weren't as good as they had been. They were smaller, less flavourful , and more expensive. Good, but not as good as they had been previously.

Outstanding and very prompt service delivered with smiles. Beverage orders are secured shortly after one sits down. A generous selection is offered from their breakfast, lunch or dinner menus. Our first visit was a few days ago to celebrate our anniversary with family and friends. The food, the beverages, the camaraderie, and the service was exceptional.

Fast, fast service and meals. Great meals, especially Sunday breakfasts. Never leave disappointed. Holiday meals? Awesome, but be prepared to wait for a table. It's the proverbial line out the door. Please tip the waitstaff well. They are the hardest working people I have ever seen.

Loving loving loving their pizzas during this pandemic! Simple and safe method to order and pick up and take a well-deserved break from cooking! Would share a photo but taking one isn’t the priority once pizza is in hand. They are always super hot, nicely browned and a perfect balance of sauce, toppings and cheese. Thank you!

One of my favorite places to eat. I've tried numerous dishes and haven't been disappointed yet. The food is always fresh and comes out hot. The fries are the best in Vermont. The burgers are also tasty. But their Greek dishes can't be beat and you get a generous amount too. A quaint little place, that is kid friendly and plenty of parking. I highly recommend Papa Nick's.

The food never disappoints. Everything I've tried so far they've nailed. Nothing very extravagant, but lots of home cooking and very fair (unbeatable) prices. Great home-y atmosphere for breakfast, delicious comfort foods for lunch and dinner. Even their pizza is delicious. I highly recommend.

The blueberry pancakes were excellent. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals, and the staff were all friendly and helpful despite the Father's Day brunch rush! This comes highly recommended, and I will be going again!

We're from out of state and were traveling for work. We like to find little mom and pop road side places to eat. Many times they come up short but we hit the jackpot here! Hubby had the wings and I had a burger and both were amazing! Definitely our best find yet and may have to swing by again on our next trip!
