Whenever I go to Kinney's it's either a hit or a miss. Sometimes they are super efficient, other times they are incredibly slow. Other than that, clean and usually have what I need.

Astonishingly rude pharmacy staff. We just moved to town and had one prescription filled there and will not be returning. This is the closest pharmacy to our house but we will be driving to the next town to avoid ever having to interact with the pharmacy staff again. After speaking with our neighbors, the local consensus is they have a reputation for being terribly rude, and many local people also go elsewhere. More alarmingly, we spoke with a former employee who told us they are also gossips who talk about people’s prescriptions. Medications can be a very sensitive thing, and the people providing them should have integrity and professionalism, but you won’t find that at this pharmacy. This is a small town, so if you don’t want your pharmacist gossiping about your prescriptions and health conditions, and would also like to be treated humanely, go some place else.

I saw a bad review for a Pharmacy worker named Judy. I would just like to say, I know Judy personally as well as through the Pharmacy, and she has always been professional and right on top of things.If she didn't appear friendly enough to you, maybe it was due to the fact that you were being rude. People like Judy are busting their butts on the Front Line for all of us. Be more patient, kind, and understanding.

The actual store and the staff are fine, friendly people.The pharmacy however is an absolute disaster. Not only do they all seem miserable, they're very apathetic in both social and work skills. It has taken them at one point almost three weeks to get my script filled for whatever reason, and that is with weekly checkups to see if they'd completed it. Good luck finding out when/if it's ready as they will not usually notify you (although their automated call system has gotten a bit better.)I want to like this place but the pharmacy is a circus.

I sent my 35 year old son in to get some small stuff for the house. He wanted a scratch ticket but it ripped off from the roll and the 2 cashiers on duty couldn’t go get the key to get it out. They said buy another or your sol. The rudeness of the older lady with white hair was so uncalled for that after 40 years of my family getting our prescriptions here I’m switching to Walgreens. Brick & Mortar are going out of business left and right for this very reason. We spend our good hard money for your cashier to be snooty and self absorbed. No thank you!

Although this pharmacy is much closer to my home, I avoid getting rxs filled there after a pharmacy tech called my prescription “weird” in front of other customers. Not very professional. This was a few years ago, and I’m sure they’ve moved on but I’m treated much better at the CVS in Williston.

An excellent local drug store. They host multiple community events (Halloween drawing contest, free photos with the Easter Bunny, drop off location for charitable donations, etc).They have many things we need in a pinch. We love browsing their clearance aisles. The staff is always very helpful.

Judy, in the pharmacy, clearly dislikes her job. Or perhaps she has grown depersonalized from it. Maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless, she was getting paid to do a job and help people feel comfortable, safe, informed and cared for, all of which was not done the minute I rolled down my window.Thanks Judy, you helped make a bad worse!

Astonishing incompetence in this pharmacy. Nothing on time, rude pharmacist daily, poor management and an irregular schedule that does not reflect posted hours. I wish I could give a 1/4 star.

This is the most terrible I have ever dealt with. Constantly messing up life saving medications. Especially this time with ‘Stacey’ least helpful nor happy person at the time of most recent incident. You guys are all awful and there will be malpractice suits against this place
