I called asking about a Toyotomi Kerosene Heater part (flue vent) and was transferred to the owner to check in fact that it was "in-stock". They had the correct part, but also wanted me to come bring my heater to see what else I needed. He came out to my truck,looked over my heater and then brought me down into his shop to make sure that I was good to go. That weekend was able to swap out a 20 year old monitor kerosene heater. It's rare to find good help these days and ever more rare to get this kind of caring experience. I was able to get the unit swapped out, pics so that new part in green as well as the elbow, sock, and cap. Many thanks Mike H

This family operation is first rate in service, personality, attention to detail and loyalty to customers. And being a family operation, if you don't like the price one of the owners is always there and willing to dicker a lower price almost every time. Best of all they are happy to be of service. It's the kind of business that has very little employee turn over. Some 2nd generation employees work along side their parents who have been there since forever.

Asked a simple billing question. Had a woman that didn't know what she was talking about, or basic customer service skills. She hung up on me!Follow up:Was able to speak with the owner who was understanding, nice and knowledgable.I originally gave one star for poor customer service. As the owner has reached out and turned a bad experience into a decent one, I have adjusted my rating.

I had problems with my slider screen door. Corey met me as I came in. We went to the office, and he started looking at the different roller wheels for the screen door (there are a lot to chose). We went out to my truck to look at my door and do some measuring. Then we went back inside to order the right part. Excellent customer service. Corey went the Extra Mile to help me solve my issue.

We decided to go with a Harman XXV wood pellet stove, and purchased ours from O.C. McCuin & Sons. Price & install was top notch. Very knowledgeable about all things wood pellet burning. They carry the Lauzon Cubex hard wood pellets. They are by far the best burning pellets I have been able to find, (very low ash) as well as the price which nobody else beats. Excellent place to do business!
