What a special place! If you like good food, fine service, and a lovely atmosphere, you have to come to The Cork and Fork. We've been meaning to come and finally went for the first time tonight and we were blown away. I worked in fine dining for over twenty years and I am so impressed. These folks know what they're doing! We're always looking for great new places and we're so happy we found this sweet little venue in Hardwick. The staff is professional, the owners are friendly and welcoming, and the food is nonpareil. Tonight we had the scallops. Scrumptious. We can't wait to come back. And back and back and back.

This place really is a gem! Decent food is really hard to come by in the Hardwick area but this place shines above and beyond. We order takeout from here once a week and this place serves fantastic food at great prices, where else can you get a steak with a heaping side of mash potatoes and green beans for 18$? The food wasn’t the only thing that I found exceptional, the service was bar none and the owner Mark is always all hands on deck making sure you have everything you need. Napkins? A bag? Utensils? Great job to the kitchen and front of house staff. Can’t wait to swing in next week!

The place was packed and we were still able to get a seat with no reservations made. I do not like restaurants where it’s so loud that you can’t hear, but that wasn’t the case here.We were waited on promptly, and were occasionally checked in on by other staff (possibly the owners), who weren’t assigned to our table making sure we were well taken care of.The food was delicious, with great choices. That being said, save room for dessert, because they have the best cannolis I’ve ever had.♥️

I’ve been to Cork & Fork three times now and can say that it has been very consistent!! The food, service and atmosphere are always on point and Mark (owner) is on top of everything!My husband and I will be back with family and friends and we are so glad this experience has arrived in Hardwick!We’ve had the ribeye, pork tenderloin, vegetable stir fry, squash salad, chicken strips and yummy cocktails so far! They even have the Hill Farmstead Edward beer!!It’s usually pleasantly busy and so far we haven’t had to wait and wouldn’t mind it if we needed to. It’s worth it!Hats off to Cork & Fork!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was very good. Service was on point. The bar area is well stocked. Clean restrooms even during a busy time. Food looked as good as it tasted and was cooked to order. Cocktails were tasty. Only issue we had was the seats are a bit high around most of the restaurant, so if you need a lower table, there may be a wait. Otherwise, worth every cent.Vegetarian options: I believe there were a number of vegetarian options. We personally had hummus as an appetizer that was tasty.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free items are offered.Wheelchair accessibility: Call ahead and ask for a lower table that's wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, should have no or few issues.

This place is a gem! Warm and inviting ambiance, delicious food, prompt and friendly service, and it's also really affordable (especially for how good it is!). I came recently with my family who were visiting from out of state, and they loved it so much that we came back again a few days later. Very grateful to have this place in the neighborhood!Parking: You can park in the public lot next to the Village Restaurant, or there is also free street parking directly in front of the restaurant.

From the drinks and dinners to the service, you can’t beat this place if you’re in the Northeast Kingdom. We had a weekly special that was so good! We can’t wait to come here again and again.Kid-friendliness: The food is served in a timely manner and they have a really great kid menu.

Comfy dining room and friendly staff. My spouse loves the hamburgers with the jalapeno peppers - and their sweet potato fries. I'm Gluten Free and the GF buns are good. Have also had the pork tenderloin dinner and it was cooked just right and very tasty. The menu is small but includes a nice selection of salads, sandwiches and full dinners.

The plating was as visually appealing as the taste of the food. Mark, while super busy, is super friendly. Awesome experience all around!Vegetarian options: Burgers have veggies patty options. They also offer a portabello steak!
