We have been by the Upper Valley Grill so many times and decided to check it out. So glad we did! The food and service were both excellent, definitely stopping in again. The Grill closes at 2 so get there early. Cindy and Mattie are very sociable!

Great place to stop while snowmobiling. Quick, reliable fuel service. Snacks and and small table service inside. Large bathrooms and wood burning stove to warm up.

Stopped in for coffee and ended up having breakfast with locally made maple syrup. The owners were on a first name basis with everyone and before you know it I felt welcome, relaxed and energized. This was such a wonderful place I returned for breakfast the next day too. Given I had gotten lost on the way to Groton, turning a long drive into an even longer drive this was the perfect place.

We went camping recently at Groton State Park for a night and thought we'd grab something to eat from the grill for supper, which was supposed to be open until 6pm. We got there a little after 5pm and the store was closed and locked up with no note of explanation.So instead of being able to grab something quickly to eat and enjoy our campsite, we ended up having to drive all the way to NH to find some food, which definitely disrupted our camping experience. A note of explanation would have been helpful.

My wife ordered the prime rib special. It arrived with cooked carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy. Cooked as she requested it. Seasoning was perfect. I ordered a small meat lover's pizza. More than I could eat by myself. We arrived around 6 PM and the seats were full. Locals look forward to prime rib night. A bargain at $14.99. Friendly atmosphere. A lot of discussion amongst the patrons. Cook and wait staff were friendly and very busy as they also cover the store at this location.

I got my family dinner three times all three times they got my wife’s order wrong. So after the third time I brought it back she hates mayo with everything in her. Bill the owner tried to argue with me so I opened the sandwich and showed him he apologized but refused to make a new one. Now if my family wants anything from there he will not cook for my wife??? What did she do, hate something and refuse to eat it. Sad I can’t give my money to a local business

Was on my daily morning commute for 6+ months. Got my coffee and breakfast sandwich here daily. Love the homemade brownies and cookie-bars. Friendly staff. Bathroom available to patrons. When I was a kid my whole family camped at Ricker's Pond and for a week, and on Sunday we would all go get breakfast at this diner. Some of my best memories of incredible breakfast food were made here! Staff has always been great. Prices always affordable, lots to choose from in the store section as well. Stopped there today for the first time in months, cashier recognized us and knew what we were looking to purchase. Love this!

Very cute little restaurant! Everything was delicious and the service is super friendly. There is a cute little river behind the place. I almost missed it we were on a road trip and we were letting the dogs out when we heard the water. Walk all the way to the backyard through the little clearing and it opened up to a very beautiful piece of scenery.

Hidden gem. Great home style cooking. One of the rare places I have found a Monte Cristo sandwich on the menu. Service is always cheerful and the prices very reasonable. Plus it's the local store for any necessities you might be needing.

Not the best Customer Service! Waited at counter while Waitress continued to chat it up with her friends. She did at least say that someone would be right with me as she continued to talk for another few minutes so I left!I know your business was busy at the time but instead of chatting with your friends help your customers!

Just happened to be going by. Looking for a late breakfast on our way home. Small quaint place. Country store with a little cafe inside. Food was good coffee better. Traditional 2 eggs over easy toast and bacon.

This place offers a good variety of groceries, sundries and beer. It is a weigh station for hunters. Offers a kitchen with solid breakfast offerings. They also have gas pumps, with diesel. There are a lot of snowmobiler's in the winter due to the VAST trail. Lots of locals use this place, and yet they are even friendly to Flatlanders.
