The girl Zahara is so unprofessional and inpatient. Went for propane exchange. She was pacing on opening the propane box. I asked her let me try. She didn't acknowledge. So l lean on my car. She made herself struggled for about a minute. I then went to her I said let me? She hand me the keys and said is not gonna open. 1st try and I got it open. She had her ear pots on, talking to her co-workers about the struggle. When I got the box open she gave herself the credit and said, I got it fixed. Instead of saying the customer helped and she haven't even said thank you.

Manager on duty is useless. Tried to buy children's cough medicine with FSA card. Card wouldn't go through. Manager would only repeatedly say call number on card and refused to help at all. Walked outside and purchased same medicine with same FSA card on website. Walked in 15 minutes later and picked up. Last purchase there for me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was screwed around by three different employees about the price of my scripts, denied access to my scripts, and lied to about why. The gurl claimed the pharmacist needed to speak with me about my mess, then proceeded to tell her manager that the pharmacist hadn't cleared them yet. They were sent in the night before do this isnt even remotely true. I'm in excruciating pain and was abandoned by my ride, about 10 miles from my home because of their lack of ability to do their job properly. Don't use this store for any reason

Called to give insurance information and give the okay for my daughter to pick up my antibiotic as I was extremely I'll and in quite a bit of pain. Whomever I spoke with was very rude. You could could tell by the tone of her voice she didn't want to deal with me. Tried to tell me it would be easier if I brought my insurance cards in (I worked as a technician for 15+ years and I know for fact it really doesn't matter which way it's done) Her tone and manner were condiscending and rude. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy ASAP.
