Personal appointments, yours is the only animal for the appointment so they have all the attention. Diane was very welcoming to my dogs and myself. Prices are extremely reasonable. We will be returning, we already have out next appointment. My boys are so clean and handsome now. I'm a happy fur mom. ☺️

I have been sending my dogs there off and on for over a year. She has made several last minute cancellations, but things happen and I have overlooked this. Today, I took our dog to her with an 1130 pick up time. I explained that I would be going to NY and my 17 yr old would pick her up. Well, my kid was late getting her & didn’t arrive until 11:55. The owner cussed out my kid, threw the leash at her, saying that she wasted half her day because of her & to never come back. Needless to say we will NEVER go back and I recommend that others don’t either. If she’s willing to treat a kid this way, then I hate to see how she treats animals behind closed doors! My dog looks like she was scalped and has been hiding since she got home.

Diane is a skilled, caring groomer. She is always one on one, no dogs lined up in cages waiting their turn. Your dog is pampered from drop off to pickup! Her place is spotless and she uses only top of the line products!

Diane is by far the best dog groomer locally. She's VERY reasonably priced!!!!! Great with my girls, and always has a positive energy. She goes above and beyond to meet my dogs needs as I have 2 pugs with lots of wrinkles! Even ordering a special treatment for their faces to use when they are! I've seen first hand she is using top of the line products and even again goes above and beyond with a tear free product for my two pugs faces! She is extra gentle and slow with my nervous Nelly of a chi. All around great experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Double booked my dog not once, but twice. The first time, my dog was finished in 20 minutes and his trim wasn’t even done. I have a long haired Australian Shepherd and only two of his feet were trimmed and only half of his nails clipped. Expectations were not met and what was asked of Diane was not done. When confronted she was extremely unprofessional and used nothing but sarcasm when speaking to me. Entirely uncalled for. Will definitely NEVER be returning. Do not waste your time going here, Find somewhere else to Take your business.
