I can't even give you a single star. Order was missing a parts box (I only received box 1 of 3 and 3 of 3). Called to see if it was left at the store and was told yes. My wife had to then drive back to the the store (45 minutes away) only to have someone go and take the brackets (wrong size) and just gave her them without any hardware that goes with it.

Fair Haven store is a good store with good staff.One recommendation would be to stock Lumber.I hate having to go to the box stores for lumber.

This newly occupied store has every possible item a household could ever need. They have a friendly staff that helps you locate the item you are looking for. The only place to shop for your hardware needs in the greater Fairhaven Vermont area..also serving Whithall NY...PS there is a beautiful long haired cat that greats you as you come into the store (:-)
