If you take a course through her(Cindy) she will not give you your certification.Also, if you drop the class within the first couple of days, she is supposed to return some of funds to VSAC. She doesn’t she keeps the funds. Then when students need her to verify they completed the course she won’t get it to them

We have been getting our golden retriever groomed at bow meow for over 5 years. They do a great job grooming and, at first, the customer service was wonderful. However, over the past 3 years, the customer service has been less than desirable. I have scheduled appointments only to show up and not be on the schedule, even with an email confirmation. They never remember my dog and always lose my customer card. I've given them countless copies of the rabies certificate and every time I go, they don't have it. Today, my dog went and of course, they didn't have any of our information and didn't remember my dog, even though she was just in 4 months ago. This is very frustrating as a customer and I kindly told Cindy that I was frustrated and perhaps a better filing system is needed. She turned us away and refused to groom my dog. Needless to say, we will not be returning to or recommending Bow Meow.

Cindy (the owner) and the team are fantastic and true dog lovers. We always take our golden doodle to Bow Meow and they do a fantastic job. They couldn’t be nicer or treat our pup better, thank you Cindy and team!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We just picked up our 9 lb cavalier/yorkie mix after FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. Her nails are barely cut and are ragged. Her legs weren't trimmed AT ALL, and her face is crusty. WORST grooming ever and a complete rip-off for $90. I could have done better myself in the dark and blindfolded. STAY AWAY

Brought my cat in at 9:30 AM for a scheduled appointment. I hadn't heard anything almost 5 hours later and had to call them which they then told me she could be done in an hour but "it would be close". I understand understaffing might be an issue. But I made an appointment, and paid (may I say quite a bit, much more than previous place I went to that went out of business unfortunately) so that was just off-putting when on the website they said about an hour. They weren't very welcoming, and just seemed annoyed, even though they said my cat was well-behaved. Idk, I feel as though I should not have to be nervous dropping my cat off with someone, and this place made me feel uneasy and like they didn't care much. But they did a good job, and my cat is fine. I'd just say the customer service is subpar, and they charge a bit more than what I'm used to. I think they will need to get more people or try to be a bit more.professional.but thank you for the work you did on my cat.

Cindy has been grooming our standards for over 15 years now. Cindy has always done such beautiful grooming which although important for us we care more how our dogs are treated. Cindy prioritizes loving care of the animals she grooms and this is why we are loyal clients.We adopted our sweet Biff a beautiful cream standard. He came with severe emotional issues due to abuse from previous owners.Cindy has gone above and beyond making sure Biff feels safe and gently cared for while being groomed . We are lucky to be able to go to her for our dogs care!

The owner and her staff are so incredibly friendly and they KNOW their stuff. They can handle cats, dogs of any discipline. And if youre looking for a dog grooming school, go here! Vermont grants cover the class and usually the book as well, and you'll get the best prices on your kit through the stores preferred dealer.

I bring my cats here for baths/lion cut. They take good care of them and do a great job with the hair cuts. I like how they do not restrain the cats with anything around there necks while they are grooming them.

The women who greeter me at the door was very rude. I have never been there before and will not return after she charged me $25 for a five minute nail trim. Rude and over priced
