Staff is always nice and store clean. It is a small local store but has a good variety for every day needs. (Grocery, deli, snacks) Still use old fashioned gas pumps, but they work fine☺️ found price of gas to be .20 higher than the next local station.

I stopped to get a drink and something to eat. My hands were dirty from working in a old barn. I asked very politely if I could wash my hands. I was informed they don't have a sink even though the lady was standing in front of one. And they don't have a public bathroom. Even though they don't have a sign out front saying that. I let the counter staff know that they could have had a bigger sale if they just let me wash my hands so I could get something to eat. Then they just Shrugged at me. It's one thing to not have a public bathroom but it's another thing to be like you can't wash your hands even though you're going to put them near your face and you're going to make a purchase in today's world that's just sad.

Nice grocery store, with deli, and fresh cut meats from the meat department. New owners, who r decent people and take care of employees. Be patient when coming to our store it can get a bit crazy, busy..with new renovations in progress to update and upgrade the store to better serve our customers and community.

Ordered a tuna melt, out of tuna. Ordered a Reuben, out of corned beef. Settled for a cold cut. Bread was stale, meat was cut way too thick, and not nearly enough of the condiments I ordered on the sandwich, it was very dry. I live close by, but this was my first and last trip

This modest facade hides a ginormous selection; of beverages, snacks, lake and camping supplies and provisions, a deli, oodles of groceries, fresh produce section, adult beverages, ice, some gifts, donuts, snacks...and...see picture. This tasty bacon and some other awesome flavor items burger came off their grill. Elevated a quick lunch to gourmet levels, I tell you what. Stop in for one of these, soon.

Eden General Store is great all the updates are so nice, they are well stocked with great prices. The best part is the friendly staff! Don't skip the deli sandwiches or coffee.

Great place, friendly staff and they made me the best rueben sandwich I have ever had. (Hint... get it on their sourdough bread!) The store is well stocked and not over-priced so what's not to love!

Tremendous little spot in the middle of nowhere. I purchased fabulous vegan jerky as well as delicious Vermont coffee here. Friendly people work at the counter and quite a wide selection considering that it's in the boonies.

This is a great market. Living in Eden it is the best market if you don't want to make at least a 30mile round trip. They have just about everything at prices that are on par or at times below the bigger chain markets. It's a bright clean store with excellent employees. I go here a few times a week. It's a wonderful small town experience.

Good hours for a small town store. Coffee was hot but a bit weak. Lots of emergency staples if you need something quick and don't want to run to Morrisville. As with all Vermont country stores expect to pay a little more but be met with friendly customer service and lots of "local news".

Gasoline tends to be more expensive than other local stores, however, its selection as a General Store is impressive. The convenience of not having to leave town to pick up last minute groceries, and having a deli is worth every penny.

f you are driving or biking up historic, scenic Route 100 into the North East Kingdom of Vermont - Eden General Store is a great stop over point. With the real, old time General store flavor with its wooden floors, crammed shelves - for Northern Vermont where there are few big chain grocery stores - this one offers craft beers, essential needs if you are staying in a cottage, cold cuts, salads and fresh baked pizza. They also have real butchers on premise which is why the locals prefer to buy their meat here - as they say it is often more tasty than the bigger stores. The staff is pleasant and hepful - - and they have gas!Please be aware that most of rural Vermont does close early -City and suburban dwellers are often surprised - so make sure you get your gas, food and groceries early - do call ahead, especially on or near Holidays - to make sure they are open!

Person in Deli totally incompetent. Was told half hour for two pizzas showed up at 40 minutes. Pizzas were not done. Went to pay for pizzas the girl had to get a price from the deli girl and the deli girl couldn't give her a price on both pizzas ! Then we get pizzas home open the boxes and they are clearly burnt ! Large pepperoni had about 10 to 12 pieces of pepperoni and some bacon crumbles no real bacon on it.

You go camping at the lake Eden like to go up to the cabin in the woods. The best place to get your groceries Eden General Store. In the real helpful with any questions you might need answered.
