An enormous country store that has just about anything you might need to supply yourself and home. They have men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. They also have toys for kids, food, souvenirs, liquor and wine. If you don’t see it, just ask because you probably just missed it.

This store has EVERYTHING!!!!! It is unassuming from the outside but so very cool on the inside. It's a grocery store, clothing store, liquor store, gift shop all in one. We loved the selection of drinks (tried Tost for the first time and was obsessed)!!! Just an overall awesome place to visit while in the area.

As many have said, this place is huge!!! has anything and everything you need or want. Gifts, food, local merchandise, coffee, fresh made smoothies, all on 3 floors of merchandise! Looks small from the outside but don't pass by without stopping in. You'll miss a gem!

Fantastic shop! Everything you could possibly need. Their hardware section has lots of hard to find items which is great if you own an old house! I absolutely also recommend their breakfast sandwiches…yum!

Such a great store with just about everything you could imagine for sale. They have a wide variety of food and clothing items, toys, souvenirs and so much more. The deli makes fresh sandwiches and they are fabulous!!! Do not miss out on the sweet potato fries for sure!!!

I really enjoy this place. I come to town a few times a year and look forward to stopping in. Their coffee is AMAZING and I’ve never been disappointed with the sandwiches. I’m very picky about coffee and this is the only place that rivals my home town coffee shop (Boonton Coffee in NJ). I like that I can get some nice local cheeses, and my favorite t-shirt ever was bought there (yellow shirt with a silhouette of people kayaking). My only critique is that it’s expensive, but I don’t blame them, the people around here have money. If I owned it I’d probably price things the same.

Just received my ordered Amish Full-Grain black leather belt: Size: 38 width: 1.45 inch. It’s a beauty! No ply leather sewn together crud you get at big box/known retail stores mind you. Single thick single strap!! I’ll update my rating in the future if needed… but I seriously don’t see it happening…!! Hats off to H.N. William’s and craft persons!!

This store is built like the old country store where you can pretty much find anything you need. They have expanded to a new gas station and opened up the basement, you go in and it seems like it just goes on and on. They also have another level above the main one. I've eaten at their deli and it is very tasty food. Definitely stop here the next time you come by, you won't regret it.

We stop here every year on our group ride to Lake George NY on the way there, and on our way home. Great place to gas up the bikes and shop for food and souvenirs. Love it!

Store is great for everything… but their own house made deli sandwiches and salads. Everything lacks flavor and tastes extremely bland like old white bread… salt might even be too spicy for them.

Probably my favorite store I've been in. We love how there's some of everything. We have family in town, so we only stop when passing through, but we very much wish we had one similar, near home. The older part of the store has so much character and history within the building itself. The new addition fits very well with the old. The only drawback is the parking out front was a bit chaotic, if I could even call it that. A few more spots, and a bit more distance between the front spots and the fuel pumps would've been better, however, at not peak hours, this would be no issue at all.

The selection, especially the wines, was very impressive for a corner general store. We stopped on an impulse after an early morning walk on the West River Trail. Breakfast was our focus, but lunch is definitely on the To Do list for next time.What a hidden gem!

Huge general store in Dorset, VT. Clean, plenty of restrooms, and great local product selection. Went above & beyond by holding a case of beer for me since I was coming from ~1 hour away. Yes, I went for the beer :-). They do carry Heady & Focal, appears to get a drop about every 7-10 days based on canning date(s).

This store was like an oasis in the desert. I was in desperate need of gas and lunch on a long work drive from Western Massachusetts to Burlington. I happened upon it at the perfect time on route 30. I found a delicious turkey sandwich and an oatmeal cookie with white chocolate and cranberries. The ladies at the front counter were very nice. The bathroom was clean. To top it all off I even had cell phone reception in the parking lot so was able to return work calls while eating. I will definitely stop here again on my next trip.

They sold this place to the tourists! I used to come here to get Carhartt clothing but they have marked up their prices so much that I cannot in good conscience support this local business. I found what I need from the internet at the usual price I was paying. HN Williams will get no more of this local’s money. Say hi to the flatlanders for me!!A little clarity:Double front Carhartt work pants can be purchased online from several retailers for about $50, not $69.99. Whitman’s in Bennington has them for $50 as well. I do believe in supporting local businesses but I’m not going to inflict pain on myself to do so.

One of the most well supplied general stores I've seen in a long LONG time. Clean, friendly staff, and just HUGE! Obviously, prices are a bit higher, but so is the quality of goods and services! A++++!

The store has been a fixture for many years and every Sunday hosts the local Farmer's Market outside.They host year round except for winter months when it gets too cold.There are local vendors of all types: Artisan Breads and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, art and jewelry, local honey, hand made soaps and treats for your favorite pup and so much more.Inside the store (and as you can see from the picture above), it's a genuine "Old Timey" General Store type of atmosphere and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Toiletries, groceries, pet supplies, beer and wine. Need new outerwear, socks, shirts, pants? Then you've come to the right place.Head to the coffee bar and grab a cup of coffee or espresso, order a delicious nosh from their specials of the day, or grab a freshly made sandwich from the refrigerated case. If you can't find it, just ask, because they'll have it, or tell you where you can get it in the nearby communities of Manchester or Dorset.Minutes away from excellent name brand retail and outlet stores, antique shops, restaurants and hotels/bed and breakfasts'.Oh, and the Marble Quarry is just down the road, so in summer bring your bathing suit and dive into that deep pool of water to cool off.Oh, you're a skier? Soooo many great slopes from Double Diamond to Bunny Trail, you won't be disappointed.The only thing I'd warn about is, depending on your cellular carrier, you may have spotty reception on your phone.

I love this store.A must stop each time in Vermont, and a destination store as well for the largest woman's Carhartt selection I have seen. Food/deli is tasty and great selection of sandwiches. Hot and cold available. Nice shoe department downstairs. Outdoor supplies as well. Always friendly staff.

This store is a hidden gem of quality goods and services. Ranging from big bags of various animal feeds to deliciously prepared take out or eat in deli-like foods, snacks fresh coffee, soup and more for humankind; add clothing, gear and foot wear for country fun and or for serious work. Some hard to find things for camp, farm and kitchen. During summer months late May to early October they host an excellent Farmers Market outdoors each Sunday from 10-2, rain or shine.

Great place to stop in and grab a tasty lunch. They offer a really good burger, and other hot/cold sandwiches. I also get work apparel at the store; as they have a variety of options.I'm not sure there's anything you could need; that isn't at this store. Especially if the Farmers Market is there that day.

This store has everything from fish hooks to fine wine. If they don't have it, they can usually order it for you...and if they can't, you probably don't really need it!
