I do most of my grocery shopping at shaws. And I have got to say the Derby. One has always been very clean. No one that I have run into has been anything less than pleasant. It's just a really nice experience whenever I go or when I do the grocery to go. Recently I did have a complaint (it was about a corporate policy, not local) and reached out to corporate around 9am and they got back to me by 430pm that same day with a reasonable resolution. Once again, even though I was complaining about something, everyone was really nice and pleasant to deal with.

We were looking for a salad bar, but none in this Shaw's. However, they have a great selection of packaged greens and vegetable mixes with salad dressing. Their deli has a great selection of additional items we purchased (tomato salad mix and a mushroom mix). This combination made perfect salads.The store seemed well stocked with other items and staff was friendly and ver helpful.

I have gotten Shaws cakes 3 years in a row. My son’s birthday theme this year was “Among Us” and the bakery called to make sure the cake was exactly how I wanted it. I usually leave room for creative liberty, because that is when you get the coolest results! Super happy with the customer service and the airbrushing skills. Thanks !!

Great store! Always clean and stocked! I worked there about 5 years ago it was a great place to work, the manager Jeff was a great guy! Definitely a place to check out if your in the area

The store was very clean. I paid close attention to the produce department because I work for one of their sister stores in Delaware. I have been there ten years , and we strive to keep our dept. looking fresh and clean always.

Recently did a reorganization of the store and got rid of a bunch of organic/vegan products that I bought every single week.Also, every time I buy shrimp it goes bad within like 2 days which is totally unacceptable.

Love Shaws. Don't understand how to use their app that replaced the card so that's a bummer. Always clean, neat and well stocked. Wide aisles and reasonable check out lines the majority of the time. Easy plentiful parking even with trailer or bus.

Best produce in town, and literally the only place in town that still has baggers. A girl named Ashley cashed me out last night and was so nice and polite when my scatter brained lost my purse and panicked. Thanks for your awesome customer service and patience Ashley, you rock!

Still learning the layout, but the store has an excellent selection of products.its great to be somewhere where the grocery can also provide beer and wine. Particularly the meat and produce departments offer an excellent selection and high quality. The international sections are also much better stocked than most grocery stores.

Horrendous online ordering experience and delivery. It's so frustrating when you order a bunch of food online, go to the store to pick it up, then get home only to find out they left out nearly half the items you ordered. I understand that you can be out of stock but how difficult is it to let the customer know so that they can make alternate arrangement? Absolutely idiotic. Never order food from here.

A good selection of things here. The ethnic sections, especially the Asian one looks a little stale and pricey. I used to be able to get frozen marrow bones here but it seems like they don't have them anymore.

I love shopping at Shaw's, your one stop shop for just about ALL your needs...although, I do find myself going to other stores for certain things because I think ALL grocery stores are a little expensive on certain items, so it makes sense to go somewhere else for certain items. I do get most of everything at Shaw's.

Great employees and shoppers. I only saw one person not following CDC recommendations. In comparison to other local stores, I felt much safer shopping at Shaws than I have anywhere else so far!

First time at this shaws. Everything mentioned in ad was actually available. Doesn't happen very often lately. Produce, meat, deli areas very clean. While store was pretty nice. Several people working so when we had questions there was someone around. Will be shopping there again

Shaw's seems to have the best atmosphere around. The produce is always fresh, the aisles are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the music is never too loud. Their smartphone app makes finding deals and getting rewards very easy and almost automatic. You can scan items while you shop to keep track of the total, and it will automatically bring up relevant coupons! They have google-pay set up which makes checkout easy and helps me keep track of purchases.

Sadly, products on sale, reduced price has been on going issue. This visit there was items months outdated on sale. I also recommend checking prices as items are scanned. Definitely check your receipts. Almost every trip I catch overpriced items. It will save you in the long run.

My first time in Shaw's. Well stocked, very clean. I like this store. Very similar to the Acme stores, in NJ. Might be part of that chain . I will definitely stop at this store when I'm in the area. They have everything and lots of it.

The employees at Shaw's are amazing people who are very kind and helpful. I typically get lots of good deals at Shaw's and it's typically the only place that I will go to for groceries. I love saving money with their new phone app. Today I saved $60!

Their Signature frozen veggies are the best around. I go in and stock up on them...a lot of the. Signature english muffins $1.59. Gotta love it!

They always have what I need in stock unlock other local grocers. Love it. As a child, we always shopped at Jewel food stores which had an Osco Pharmacy attached and able to access right through both stores. I always remember Mom telling me Jewel had the best prices for top quality products. Since Shaw's is part of the Jewel and Osco family of stores, it works for me.

I would give Shaws 5 stars if they had a gluten free section to rival Walmart. As well as gluten free options throughout the store. It is not like gluten intolerance in a new thing.
