I went in the other day and walked throughout the whole store looking for something for a project im working on. The store appeared neat and organized and the bathroom was decent.I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help and I was obviously out of place.It wasn't very busy and I left without any interaction.Probably could improve this a bit.. ✨🙏

The ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the ridiculous weekend hours. 1pm close on Saturday? The weekend is when most people need a hardware store. Besides that, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable

Great staff - ready and knowledgeable customer service. Great selection of products and clearly marked pricing. Lumber yard and contractor service is also excellent at this location with delivery available as well. Yard staff are also great workers - Paul helps me every time I'm out there and does a great job!

Did not have item I needed on Thursday so Supposedly they placed the order and said it would be in a Monday, I told them it’s very important and it’s to help make masks for health care workers so they don’t get sick from the virus and if any issues please call me. Monday came and I called to see if my order was coming they said they didn’t place it because I need to order the whole box I said that’s fine then she tells me it’s past 2 and I won’t get my order till next Wednesday. This place is so Unorganized and don’t care about helping anyone please don’t go to Poulin Lumber unless you want to get treated like you are just wasting there time.

Anytime I need expert advice or help they are always ready to help! Great advice on putting my mailbox back on the pole after snow plow wiped it out and helped out with the right ratchet tool I needed! Love small town businesses

As usual, they are fast to unload. They were kind enough to print a paper for me to cross the Canadian Border. There is a gaz station nearby where you can park your truck and sleep. It's a good place!

I asked Poulin Lumber of Derby to deliver a complicated lumber and supplies order to my off the grid Camp and they did a great job. The lumber was first rate and the supplies were stacked perfectly and protected from the weather - needed as a series of snowstorms came through (second week of May!) This was my first time working with them and I could not have been more satisfied. Very patient team and professional operation. Thanks, team! I'll be back.

A couple of weeks ago we purchased trec decking and several supplies for building a deck, Then a coupon came out which Stated as long as it is invoiced before the 18th of July which it was, that we could get the free cooler. We went to get the free cooler, they would not give it to us so IF OUR business does not mean that much to you that you couldn't give us a cooler - not good business practice!
