I really love the remodel. It made the place feel much more comfortable to shop in. All the employees are so nice and make you feel comfortable asking questions. We stop in just to look around sometimes because they always seem to have something new.

So for the second time in a row, we could not find the smoking piece we needed at the newport location. Though their inventory increased, they lacked a 10mm male banger we seeked, or that's was the best understanding we had when leaving. When talking with the employee, he had no solid understanding of the products in question. He could not properly confirm if the piece he was showing us, was male or female. He was unable to use a downstem to show/verify size. The quality of selection for those pieces, while well priced, was low quality. Feel at this time, the shop needs more time to adjust to market needs. Do not expect to be amazed by this shop yet.
