I have been coming to this store for years. Mostly for the pharmacy, but the front staff has always been friendly.The pharmacy staff is mostly amazing. There’s Danielle, Leah, Melanie, Chris and Cathy (yes I remember them by name). Despite the chaos of the shots going on they are always very helpful to me. Lately I had an issue with a newer face to me, Lana. I was trying to pick up a medication. I asked specifically for it by name and after some fussing she was able to find it. The pharmacy was not busy it was later at night I am a very understanding person with the stress of the job. I got home and the pharmacy was closed when I took my medicine to find out she gave me the wrong one. The names were similar but myself and a witness know I asked for the one I wanted. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have given five stars. I’ve sensed attitude from her before but I don’t see her very often.I want to thank all the staff here for all they do. It is a very hard time right now, especially in this field, and I’m grateful for all they do.

I never felt so unwelcome in my life...store worker ADAM made me feel like a alien besides being rude not showing me average customer skills he was also sarcastic and belligerent then to add insult to injury after I spent $97 he didn't take 2secs to rub my $25reading glasses on a alarm free mat so when I walk out the door it set off the alarm causing people to look at the only blackwoman in the store suspiciously I was so embarrassed 😳 he didn't even apologize I will never GO SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!! THANKS ADAM...I will like to say the cashier EMMA tried to redeem his attitude and took the alarm off the glasses and continue to apologize she was very courteous and Walgreens should appreciate her🙂

Pharmacy staff held up my son's Rx for 2 weeks, saying we had to contact our doctor but did not notify us. Doctor's office said they do not need anything, called Walgreens, spoke to Danielle who was rude to provider's staff, but was able to restart Rx.Later that day, the pharmacy staff said they couldn't find Rx but after while said they would fill it. Last time we buy there. Our insurance will ship to our home from now on.

Tanya thinks it is appropriate to hang up on me and then continuously hang up the phone when I try to call back to get a refund for an item that I paid for that she didn't put in my online order bag. She said I can bring the item in for a refund, to which I replied with "I never received the item..." then I just get repeatedly hung up on. This is called THEFT and for her to be disrespectful to a customer for her own mess up is unbelievable.

The pharmacy is no longer open on weekends and today, Friday, it is closed. I am no longer able to pick up prescriptions when needed and while I understand short staffing, I would assume most people use and can access the pharmacy on the weekends.

Better than the rite aid that was there before was, things are cheaper and there is more variety. On the other hand, the older guy you have running the register has a exceptional ability to rub people the wrong way. He's blatantly rude and treats you as if you're a inconvenience.

I had a great visit to this Walgreens, I was helped by Adam, he went out of his way to help me find not 1 but 3 items! I was in a big rush and he was able to quickly get me exactly what I needed.

Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful staff who really care. From the pharmacy to the front register, everybody at this store is great. So glad the brand switch didnt effect the people who work there. Thanks for all you do!

Convenient for everything but prescriptions. I have two medications that they said, "we'll have them in tomorrow" and then they are closed without notice the next day. When will they reopen? Nobody knows.

Very rude customer service. The man should speak to people like they are people not like we are subjects. If it had a zero star, I'd pick that one. Everyone else their though is pleasant.

You can not refill a prescription at a different store without then having to call the pharmacist this makes no sense to me I will never use their services again worst people ever
