Be prepared to waste your time. There’s always a 50/50 chance the store will be “temporarily closed”. It was just closed for about two months. THEN, opened again finally just for it to be closed again for this past week. This location also doesn’t update the store hours on google business so it’ll say open until 10 but it will be closed for the whole day. You never know when it’s open and that sucks because this location is very convenient for many people. I don’t know who they have managing this dollar general but I could do better with my zero experience. There is another one about 10/15 minutes down the road though so that’s ok.

I enjoy shopping here.I always shop here for bday cards gift wrap and birthday bags ribbons and tape. Also I almost always get my cleaning supplies here. It's a store that u need to know what's a good buy. Most items are a good deal but there are a few exceptions. They do have some stuff that seem inexpensive but the quality is poor and the amount small. Also there is almost ALWAYS A VERY LONG LINE FOR CHECK OUT. Also the customer service isn't great they lack multi employees so if u need help most times you r outta luck

I love their prices but there is never any staff up in the front area. I've waited more than 5 mins standing there waiting for a cashier. It seems like there is never anyone working. I'm in this store almost everyday and it's the same day in and day out. 2 registers going at once would be nice. Usually busy enough.

Good store for some things.. or in a pinch, very unorganized every time I go in. I personally dont mind but sometimes can be frustrating if looking for something specific. Have to determine what's a good buy or not. A lot of items are actually more expensive here then at a regular store.

So helpful. We were sent by a toddler on a mission to find bubbles, because he had run out. This location was out of stock, but the staff immediately called another location to check their inventory, and found us what we needed. Gave us directions, and sent us on our way. We were able to have a bubble party that spanned four generations because of their help. Watching a great grandma laugh with her two year old great grandson with a swarm of bubbles flying around was priceless.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of name brand products for far less than the grocery store. Was on my way home from Costco when I realized I forgot a couple things. Thought I'd see what Dollar General had. Could have purchased several things at DG that were cheaper than Costco. Lesson learned...

The store is a disaster. Carts full of inventory was blocking the shalves. Bad customer service. The girl at the cashier was doing other stuff while people were in line. When she came to check out she didn't apologize or great. Worse shopping experience I ever had.

It's a Dollar General so my expectations are fairly low. However, my husband went in to get a few frisbees for our dog while I waited in the car with the dog. He is visually impaired and when he couldn't find any, he waited in line at the register to ask where they were located. He has already looked in that area and asked for assistance in finding them. The lady gave him a hard time about it. I'm really disgusted that they treat people with disabilities like that. Not going there again.

Good prices but staff treated me rudely insinuating that I moved products from one shelf to another to try to get something cheaper. It was a bathroom shelf, I took a picture of the products on the shelf (3 left at the time) with the price included and that's when the cashier said I must have move them because because

I was surprised and delighted to see their assortment of candies and cookies. Also my son and I found a foam football for $2 that was much better then the name brand one we have at home.

Great place to pick up last minute crafts of some food but store is always very messy, lots of boxes, carts and things out that need to be put away and never has both registers running so lines can be very long sometimes. Seems like it's very short staffed.

LET IT BE SAID I TRIED WRITING A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING ANY STARS, but alas it wouldnt let me. In general, the store is a dump. usually the aisles are lined with unpacked shipments, or unpacked boxes are just labeled on a shelf. Most days there is only one cashier who is either tempermental, not around or outside smoking so you have to wait. I called about an item, The employee who picked up was very rude and snarky, as if having to answer the phone somehow ruined her day. when i asked her for the price of a single item she just kept repeating “they range in price” and when i said “just looking for the price of the cheapest single one” i was told that “they range in price” then the employee hung up.This particular item they keep behind the counter. At no point would it have been difficult for this employee to check. Nor should you hang up on customers.

This place is an absolute disaster and the staff is incredibly rude. I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was treated in this assablishment. Very inappropriate music was being blasted, staff yelling at children around the store telling them " Don't touch anything!" With their parents standing right next to them. Alarm systems on all face wash and shampoo bottles that make an awful noise when you go to grab them as if you are stealing! I will never enter this store again, rather travel to Milton or Essex to the other locations who actually have respect for their customers and care about their jobs. Don't waste your time going to this location you will leave feeling very displeased with their service!

They have great stuff and new stuff. They have good prices good deals and they sell seasonal stuff all the time. And they sell from seasonal stuff to car stuff to house stuff to bathroom stuff to everything. And the employees are great they just need to work on their customer service.

Fair prices for daily need items but the store is a dump inside. They can't keep help either. Employees try, but no support from upper management. Eventually they just give up and/or quit

The prices here are pretty good but the selection is a bit hit-or-miss. The location is very convenient, so I'll often stop here before going somewhere else. Frequently I don't find what I'm looking for, but every so often I'm pleasantly surprised. Worth a stop if you're in the area

I was greated right when i walked in by a women named Jenn. She was friendly and a thin older gentleman with glasses was very helpful when i needed help. The bathroom was very clean aswell

5 people line, 1 cashier doing beat she could, other clerk walks by on the phone walks by and goes outside, customers in line look at each other like what? Lame service, she should have jumped on the other register to help clear the line.

It is a dollar store so it get 4 stars for being what we all expect...cramped isles and cheapish items. I took one star because the refrigerator section smelled of bad milk and needed to be cleaned.

literally had to wander around the store yelling to find the cashier. she was all the way in the back of the store stocking shelves and then was rude during the transaction. dirty cluttered store where customer service is nonexistent

This place is always a mess, I can't believe they don't send someone in there on a surprise to see what there store looks like. I would go there to grab things when I didn't need to go to the big store but I'll wait to go to the big store then in here.

I am new to the area and have been in the store a few times. I hate to complain...really I do but every time I have been in that store there is stuff all over the floor every where. Looks like the manager needs to get the employees a broom and clean things up. Just sayin.
