Extremely difficult to get inside this store. Handicap entrance buttons never work. Designed poorly. They should be fixed and haven't been for months.It didn't help that the DG 18 wheeler truck arrived and started unloading at the entrance!The narrow entrance couldn't possibly accommodate this mess.Someone actually helped me get a cart thru the two door entrance.The store is overstocked with everything. There are delivery carts with additional stock that needs to be shelved. One aisle was so narrow there was no way to have 3 ppl pushing carts through. I didn't even attempt to go on that aisle after the other customer finished.I doubt I'll return.

This is by far the nicest and most friendly Dollar General (and store in general) that I have e been going to since 2015. I won't go to another unless I absolutely have to, which is when I am out of town....the staff and main manager he seems to treat everyone with kindness and the utmost respect. They get 5 stars and then some from me. :)

It was ok....I go to any dollar store to get greeting cards and this one is on the way home from work. I wanted to check out, but I couldn't find any employees anywhere. Finally, another customer was able to get their attention. No one at the front. They should be careful with that. Not every customer is as honest as the other lady that was there and me.

Best and biggest Dollar General I've been to thus far. I had to get a suit dry cleaned at Gadue's next door. I found everything I needed. Definitely coming back when I drop off/pick up dry cleaning.

Would give a zero if I could. Guy working at the register was extremely rude and condescending to my child who is a minor. My daughter came home crying and embarrassed by how she was treated. You should be ashamed of yourself. I called corporate because this is not the first time he has treated my daughter this way. Hope you get fired~you shouldn’t treat children or anyone the way you do.

Jacki the cashier was perhaps the rudest cashier i have every dealt with in a dollar general. I did not anticipate this as she was pleasant from the prior transaction with a different older woman, however from the moment I asked to buy a lighter as a 22 year old adult woman, she soured. She slammed my ID back onto the counter, held my lighters hostage until i asked for them (after I had paid, mind you), and skipped nearly all of the please/thank yous/offering a bag/etc. Terribly disappointed in DG for tolerating such prejudice and judgement for its cashiers. Wow. So sad.

This is usually one of my fav stores, specifically this location. However, upon my last visit the store was in disarray, staff seemed to be poking around doing little to adjust said issues. More unfortunate is that they didn't have the replacement sponge heads for my mom. And they're like the ONLY local place I know of to get them.....very disappointed

I love this store I prefer to go to this location even though I have one a little closer to home employees always make you feel welcome they carry most things I acquire love the way everything is set up things are easy to find

Milton DG is not pleasant. Digital coupons NEVER COME OFF AT REGISTER!!! I GET OVERCHARGED EVERY SINGLE TIME I SHOP THERE! I AM DONE!!! For example if a laundry soap is tagged $4, on the shelf, guaranteed when you pay it rings up for $4.95!!! False advertising!!! Illegal!

This place is bomb. Anything you need, they got, Anything! They had TP during the global Covid shortage and when I run out of cat food, bam DG got my back. And it's on Rt7, super accessable.
