Who is not a fan of this huge cookie!!! Incredible taste, quick service and awesome food from the food court, and only 1,50 for the Hot-Dog.You’ll find anything you want, and this cheesecake at the bakery, taste incredible!!

What not to love about Costco! They got everything you need and don’t need! Never go to the store hungry because everything looks good and yummy! Definitely worth the membership! Plenty of parking. Sometimes theres already a line right before the store opens. Consistently good cakes with good price! Don’t forget to stop by and get something to at the food court. Hotdogs, pizza and more!

Good place to buy volume. However, not everything is cheapest there. They do have a very good optometrist shop there. Hands down the best place to buy eyeglasses. Also, the roasted chickens are good, big, and inexpensive. The same goes for the pumpkin pie. I really like the pumpkin pie!

Gave it 3/5 because Costco is generally amazing. My last couple of visits here I have been less than impressed. Normally Costco is well organized, employees keep it moving, cashier's are quick and efficient, well stocked. Last few visits, employees standing around chit chatting, cashier's moving slower than I've ever seen, lines taking much longer and reaching further back in the store. My trips take twice as long now easily. The final straw was being told our pizza would take 15 minutes and after 20 minutes of waiting, I checked in and was told they forgot about it. Just really put a damper on an already sour trip at what is normally a fantastic store (this location and all others I've been to). Maybe it's just been a off few months? Not sure but starting to feel frustrated to say the least.

Great selection, and friendly & helpful customer service.Actual opening time is 9:45, that’s when the line outside starts moving. I went to the back of the line and got inside in 2 minutes, as you can see from my picture.Update: 11/14/23:Today, probably because of the holiday season making Costco busier than usual, they opened at 9:55, with a line waiting outside. Probably better to just arrive around that time for the rest of the year.

This is the least busy Costco I have ever been. The parking lot is pretty much empty compared to other Costco stores. There are no lines at the checkout or the food court. But you can still find the same items sold elsewhere and maybe something more.

99% of the time I’ve shopped at Costco, I’ve been happy. The last time I was there the cashier declared it was a rule that my mom (the owner of the membership) was only allowed one transaction. We told her we’d never been subjected to this rule. My mom often buys things for her church on a separate receipt so she can get reimbursed. I regularly do the same so I can get reimbursed by my employer. Cashier claims this has always been the rule and would not bend. (I should have left at that point without purchasing anything.) Since this experience, a coworker has gone and been able to do multiple transactions on multiple occasions with no issue, so I feel like it might have been the cashier we had. They either need to enforce these rules with everyone, if they’re real, or get rid of them. I know you want me to spend $60 on a membership but now I don’t want to spend ANY money there at all!

The hearing aid center is great, but the rest of the place is very hellish. Crowds pushing and shoving to get something there which I cannot find anything I want other than the hearing aids.

Friday evening is a great time to shop at Costco. Easy parking and no waiting at gas station, membership/return counter, or checkout. And this Friday, everyone was in a good mood. Both shoppers and Costco workers were gracious, joking, and just genuinely in good spirits. Now, if they would just stock eclipse glasses ...

This Costco is well staffed even when I visited around 7:30-8 PM. There is quite a selection of food, beer and wine, there were quite a bit of great deals. I usually shop at a local grocery store in Burlington that's much more expensive per unit so seeing things like 3+ months paper towels for 18 dollars is amazing. The blueberries we got from the walk in fridge were excellent quality and we were not disappointed by any of the goods we bought. For those who don't like crowds, after 7 seemed to be pretty mellow when we were there. Will be returning again.

If this was a review about the customers cutting lines and recklessly running amock the aisles not caring about whether they are cutting in lines to check out or pushing elderly people out of the way with not a care about anyone else nose held high no courtesy at all nbs someone is gonna deck these stuck up customers other than that and some food being wrotten its a good place to shop.

This specific value village was way below average. Meaning dirty in the items of much lower quality than the average value village store. Also, the selection was not great either. I do not recommend this value village at all. If you go down the road about I think it's 10 more minutes. There's another one in Longueuil which is much better.

We belong to Sam’s Club, Bjs Wholesale and Costco.Costco, regrettably, provides the worst experience overall. This is not limited to just the Vermont location, however, it is especially pronounced here.Parking is awful no matter what time you visit. Checking of membership cards creates a backup at the door. New items placed just inside the door create a further backup. The selection is good and we usually buy more than we intended.Employees working in the clothing area seem to be universally angry at their plight which is refolding clothes. I once pulled out a box of clothing from beneath the display to find my size and I was brusquely admonished by an employee as if I were a 5-year old pulling stock off the shelves. I was embarrassed and belittled. The employee skitted about me the rest of my time in the clothing area to be sure I didn’t commit another infraction. Maybe a different approach might be, “what are you looking for, I’d like to help you”.Check out feels like pure chaos. We avoid the self checkouts because there is inevitably a problem and we are shuffled off to a cashier line. The cashiers always seem annoyed with you for reasons unknown. During our last visit we presented our annual rewards voucher which really did not go over well. Then we told the cashier that we actually had two!As a side note, Costco, let’s not pretend that send a paper rewards voucher is anything more than it really is; a hopeful attempt that customers lose/forget to use and that you never have to honor the voucher. Oh and, can’t use your voucher at self checkout. My spouse and I agree that the overall feeling after leaving Costco is that we are thrives who should be honored that Costco allowed us to let them hold a few thousand of our dollars. If you have never shopped at Sam’s Club, try it. Compared to Costco, Sam’s makes us feel like honored guests.

Costco’s great overall, but every time I get tempted by the short line at the self checkouts I regret it. The time you save in line is not worth the frustration of how slow they scan, how you must place each item on the shelf before proceeding to the next, and god forbid you disturb something before you’ve finished checking out and paid or the machine will lock up until the clerk comes and counts your items like you’re a thief. Never again.

The cookie from the food court is a must try if your visiting from outta the country, and it is very close from Montreal. Also, their pizza slice tasted way better than the canadian slice.

The customer service at this Costco has really gone downhill. They gave me a hard time for not carrying my membership card with me, although I was with my husband who had his. Then they got mad at us for trying to do multiple transactions. They sent not one, but three people to watch as we rang up in the self checkout. I've also had staff make snide comments about the calories in items I've purchased. If could give them 0 stars, I would. I love Costco but this one is subpar.

It's always so busy! But I like going here for some bulk products and to look around for newer items. The customers are so pretentious and will push you ro get by no matter how much room you give them. I only go here once in a while because of them. The pizza, however, is FANTASTIC and everything there is a great price.

Costco's pharmacy runs efficiently; However, the process of filling and refilling prescriotions isn't as streamlined as a patient would anticipate or expect. The Pharmacy is excellent, but their antiquated texting process of informing a patient about their prescription(s) and refills is not. It can be bludgeoning difficult. Why? It's because once you have had a certain number of prescriptions filled for a common prescription drug, it requires you to notify your doctors office by their portal or a phone call. That seems psychotic ... because the definition of a system being psychotic is by doing the same behavior over and over and over again, without justification. Thus, I need to call my doctor, request that another refill is requested for a common hypertension drug and I then receive a text asking me "do I wish to have a refill requested, type 1 for contact my physician or 9 for don't request a refill. Sounds nifty and easy in our AI world doesn't it? Nope. Not in this regard, because then I need to call back my physician to ask if my refill has been approved... and they say, well of course it was, absolutely with a snarling overly tedious process of answering these phone calls. So, the text message from Costco says the refill has been processed and once I go out to Costco the system then prevents me from picking up the prescription, because I have to wait another 2 weeks? So, why did they send me the text message, saying my prescription is ready to be refilled, in the first place? If I were in charge of Costco, my aim would be to fix this problem so that people don't have to drive across town to find out that their prescriptions are actually not ready and cause everyone to become frustrated! We can send rockets into Space, but we can't solve such things like this? I think this nuts, if you ask me!

Staff are great. Options are usually excellent and plentiful. Not enough space at cafeteria and it is often crowded with people waiting. Poor line management during busiest hours leaves customers fighting amongst themselves about who is next.

What an experience! Everything you could ever want (including electronics. Will never go to Best Buy again!) along with the crowd. It was crowded on a Friday mid afternoon. But at least every checkout lane was open. 😉

My fiance signed up for a membership with Jonathan’s help a few days ago. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the different options and perks and he ensured she had a seamless experience getting set up with the membership and logged into the app appropriately. Jonathan was great to receive help from!

Love Costco and its products but this Costco is always so busy unless you go right before close. I usually have an ok experience with the employees until today. The man that was a cashiers assistant named William gave me a very snarky look when I got to the front of the checkout line and then proceeded to throw all my items carelessly into my cart, not even asking if I wanted boxes for all of my food, not to mention I spent over $400 so the least I expected was my groceries to be packaged. Anyways, if you see William at this Costco make sure ya stay far from him or you too will end up with crushed groceries.

Good Costco, clean and nice staff. Good selection of drinks and Latin American products. Its the first time I saw pupusas and curtido being sold in a Costco, so I appreciate that.

We were this morning at your audio and optical departments and we would like you to convey our appreciation and thanks to the ladies, Beth and Heather for their assistance. They give an excellent service with competence, tact, and patience. It's always a pleasure to visit Costco, all the employees are nice and cooperative. Thank you. Odile & Claude Cukier 🌺

Please strategize when you come to Costco or you will lose hours of your life and hundreds of dollars. Avoid end caps, go straight to the rotisserie chicken, circle to paper goods, frozen section along the wall, toothpaste, get out.Make the most of your membership with the tire department and pharmacy.

I buy nonprescription meds, bigger containers higher prices immediately but less expensive if check prices of smaller boxes that amount to same size. Also same with other items. I will shop here as long as I can.

I love Costco! They not only have fresh fruits and veggies and good quality meat but they also have amazing grills among other things. I bought this charcoal grill for my husband for $200 and he loves it. I also bought the cooking fire pit for $130. We have not tried the fire pit but looking forward to many great nights in the backyard with the kiddos. Thank you Costco for affordable prices on great things. Update: Sadly, the grill was returned, after one use the bottom warped and paint on sides and back started to come off. I didn’t think to take any after pictures. On the plus side Costco customer service was amazing. No hassle and returns or questions. Finally tried the fire pit and we love it.

This is the one and only one Costco in Vermont.... I guess it's not Costco's territory here in Vermont. BJ's and Sam's Club also take shares here. Anyway, I can see that people in Vermont also like Costco! It was very crowded... Soon, there will be more Costco I believe....
