We got married at the mountain top inn and Baird provided our party favors of mini maple syrups they were so quick so reliable and the maple syrup is delicious. We toured the farm and tasted all the fun adventurous options they have like a spruce maple syrup or maple ketchup. They are so kind and friendly there I would definitely recommend a tour. We also live in Massachusetts and do a big order quarterly, the shipping is reasonable and SO quick. We use their maple syrup in our house as a natural replacement to super processed sugar in everything from our morning coffee and baked goods to pasta or curry sauce, fall veggies glaze and even to replace agave in a margarita or simple syrup in an old fashioned. There are so many uses we can’t get enough!!

Highly recommend Baird Farm if you're looking to tour a maple farm! It was so convenient to be able to make an online reservation for the tour. Jenna was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable about the syrup-making process, as well as the particulars about the history and current operations of the farm. She gave us many opportunities to ask questions and answered them in an informative and friendly manner. We were lucky enough to be touring on a day when sap was flowing and they were boiling sap into maple syrup! (We were there in mid-March, but neither of these are guaranteed since it depends on the season.) The samples were delicious, and we even got to try additional products (like maple ketchup) upon asking.

We were welcomed onto the Baird Farm by Jacob and Jenna for a tour during our family reunion in the summer of 2019. Jacob took time out of his day to show us how REAL maple syrup is made followed by a tasting. What an interesting and wonderful experience it was and it's not an exaggeration to say it was the most deep and flavorful maple I had ever had. My favorite is the spruce infusion.Since then I have ordered their maple syrups. Whenever I eat some, it brings back memories of that summer in Vermont. Next time we're able, we'll make our way back up to the Baird Farm for more memories and of course more maple syrup.

The space provided here asks us to "share our experience at this place" ... we only wish we could. Living in Arizona, we have yet to visit their farm and would love to personally meet these wonderful people we can only see on our computer. We've been ordering their fantastic product(s) for several years now and cannot ever fathom buying maple syrup at the grocery store again. My personal favorite is the "dark robust" and my wife also likes the infused "whole woods". I like that one too, especially in the fruit smoothies she makes. Please, PLEASE, try their maple syrup products ... I promise you will not be disappointed. I don't know how we lived to be 82 years old without finding Baird Farm before we did. I can assure you that our pantry/refrigerator will always contain the best organic maple syrup available, "Baird maple syrup." Jenna & Jacob, hope to actually meet you both one day.

We showed up without any reservations and we were greeted so well and offered a tour by the staff. It was really fun learning about how the maple syrup is produced and seeing behind the scenes. We bought several varieties and we were not disappointed. Our pancakes, French toast and ice cream never tasted better!

A wonderful tour and great addition to our fall foliage road trip in Vermont/New Hampshire. We drove about an hour to get to the farm and it was well worth it. Very informational, fun, and delicious taste testing of 8 different syrups! Highly recommend stopping by. Jenna and Jacob were great! 🍁

What a pleasure to visit the Baird’s Farm! We were in the area for a wedding about two weeks ago and happened on this special place! The people were friendly and the tour was very informative; plus, the maple syrup is Extraordinarily tasty! After tasting the different varieties of syrup, we purchased a couple different varieties! We plan on ordering more when we run out as they ship!

Our visit to Baird Farms was a very personable and a great experience. We had a miniature private tour from Jacob as he was so passionate at sharing the farms history with us. We were able to get our maple syrup shipped to us with live updates of shipment and delivery. Being able to taste the syrup is always a must and they have infused syrup and other food products to purchase, such as maple syrup ketchup in which I am an addict to. Whenever we run out of our stash, we will be sure to order online.

We took a tour today at Baird Farm, and it was such a great decision! Jacob was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about the farm. He got to know each of us and could answer any question we came up with. The family farm atmosphere felt inviting and their maple syrup is delicious! I don’t think I could have found an experience like this anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend Baird Farm to anyone visiting Vermont.

We had an amazing maple farm tour with Jenna at Baird Farm. If you love maple syrup, love tasting maple syrup, love learning about maple syrup, and love stocking your pantry with the tastiest maple syrup around, Baird Farm is a must-do tour! Maple syrup was boiling the day we were there and warm syrup sampled straight from the cooker was to die for. Jenna was a wonderful tour guide and very knowledgeable. Thanks Baird Farm!

The Baird farm is a magical place, the most delicious maple syrup you’ve ever had and the kindness and genuine care in the owners Jenna and Jacob are unforgettable. We buy our Maple every year from the Baird family, shipped all the way to Alaska, we won’t have any other maple in the house. I recommend you go and visit the farm and take some home with you.

What a delightful surprise this farm and these folks are! My parents suggested a visit while we were out site-seeing recently. We had so much fun meeting Jacob and Jenna, learning about the history of their family farm and the process of making the best darn maple syrup I've ever tasted. They answered all our dumb questions, laughed at our silly jokes, and shipped some syrup back to Portland, Oregon (where we're from) before we got home ourselves!Add this place to your "must sees" when visiting central Vermont, you will be glad you did!

The maple sugar tour at Baird Farm was hands-down the highlight of our trip to Vermont. The tour is a behind-the-scenes look at the real deal: a 4th-generation working organic maple farm. We learned more in an hour about the business and science of maple syrup than we could have imagined. Jacob and Jenna are amazing educators, patiently answering questions and explaining the sophisticated and fascinating technology that goes into syrup production. The tours are small groups and include a tasting at the end. We left with a far greater appreciation for the hard work, tenacity and challenges involved. Inspiring and highly recommended!

I don't normally write reviews, but our group of 4 had a great tour experience at the farm with Jacob! We called the morning of and they were graciously able to add us on to the tour that day. We learned so much about the maple farming business and were even able to tap one of the trees ourselves! They gave great samples at the end and everyone in our group bought some syrup to take home :) Would highly recommend!

Purchased the glass bottled maple syrup to gift to family and friends (+ a bottle for our own use - of course). Jenna was very responsive and accommodating to my request to ship them a bit sooner. The syrups arrived sealed with wax and packed really well. I am bringing some with me to The Netherlands soon and can't wait to gift these typical New England gifts.

We just got our annual gallon of Baird Farm dark robust maple syrup and could not be happier. This has been a tradition for our family for over 20 years and we continue to be delighted each year with the quality and wonderful flavor they provide. Thank you.

If you want to learn all about maple syrup production and see how it goes from the tree to the bottle you need to come here. The owners love what they do and love to show others what they do. Ask all the questions you want and you will get knowledgeable answers. At the end when you are tasting the maple syrup they explain the flavors and why it tastes the way it tastes. They have 6 varieties of syrup to include mint infused maple syrup and it tastes awesome too. You can't go wrong spending time here. Also leaving with some of the syrup is great as well. Smoked maple Sriracha sauce is available too and it has such a great taste I bought that too. They offer sales via online and of you are visiting and can't fit the jigs into your luggage they can ship it to you. This was a highlight of my trip to Vermont all because of the Baird Family!!! Thanks for the apple to eat on the tour 😀

We stopped by Baird Farm on our weekend getaway to VT and it was the highlight of our trip! Jenna was so welcoming, kind, and informative. We loved seeing the farm and learning more about the syrup process. My dog Amber tagged along for the outdoor parts of the tour and had a blast, too. The tour wrapped up with a taste test of so many different kinds of syrup (both infused and regular). Absolutely delicious! When we got back, I made pancakes for dinner because I couldn't wait to use their syrup. Will definitely be back!

A friend gifted me the Baird Farmhouse Maple Ketchup (yup!) and it is so good, burgers have made it into the regular dinner rotation @ home. Need a new maple syrup. Ordered the gA Dark. After last night's French toast, tonight I'm already planning waffles just for a legit reason to have MORE. This, taught me how incredible maple syrup dreams if being. Wow

Had a wonderful time learning about the maple syrup making process with Jacob. He took us on a tour of the facility and patiently answered our questions. Also tasted a lot of syrup samples. Definitely worth visiting especially in the fall season. Btw they have a contest guessing the weight of the pumpkin :)

My husband’s family is from NH so he loves Maple Butter on his toast for breakfast. Unfortunately many maple farms have stopped producing it. We are happy to have found Baird Farm. They make a great maple butter and we hope they keep making it.

We were traveling through the northeast and made an impromptu decision to visit The Baird Farm. Boy were we glad that we did! Jenna was gracious to accommodate us at the last minute and we joined one of their tours. What a privilege to explore and learn about the history of this 100 year old family farm and enterprise. Everything you could want to know about maple syrup. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and they both patiently answered all our questions. They have a great selection of maple products and offered convenient shipping to our home state. The recipes that were sent in our shipment included were delicious. Thank you Jenna and Jacob! We highly recommend that folks take a tour with you and purchase some of your delicious products!

My family and I were in Vermont recently for a wedding and wanted to stop by a local maple establishment. We checked google and came upon Baird Farm and I'm so glad we did. Jenna was very kind and gave us an impromptu tour where we learned how her family makes their maple syrup and tried several samples (all were wonderful). We placed an order on Sunday and by Friday it had arrived back home in Florida. We look forward to ordering more maple products in the future and definitely recommend taking a trip to Baird Farm!
