We just had our Lhasa Apso groomed by Shiela. She squeezed us in right away when his usual groomer was not available. Gary had developed some large mats on his chest and legs. Therefore, he needed some special attention. We are grateful Shiela was able to take care of him. He looks so handsome! We will be back to the Pet Spa.

Sheila does fabulous work! She really is a cat whisperer. We recently decided to switch groomers and came across the pet spa and grooming website. Sheila worked with our schedules to get our cat in and was very friendly. Our Persian was severely matted and tangled in several spots, not only did she take care of the problem, she went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and the mats were removed in a safe way. We are beyond happy with the way our kitty looks and most importantly that she is now tangle free and much happier!! We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend taking your fur babies to see Sheila. You will not be disappointed :)

Sheila Mizzi has been our 'pet whisperer' for several years now. We brought Lilly, our little 14 lb. stray Pomeranian mix, to her a few days after she decided to join our family & she turned our poor little matted, neglected & probably abused new 'child' into a beautiful little princess. Even though Lilly was not sure who she could trust in her first few days with us, Sheila, with her care & assuring gentleness, won her over. She came away from that first visit very content & strutting around like she had renewed pride in her little self. Lilly now visits Sheila every two months for a 'puppy cut' & a bath; we know she is safe & in good hands when we leave Lilly with her. Even after Lilly went through the trauma of being attacked last August & had to go through 2 major surgeries, Sheila very gently gave her a bath as soon as she could safely have one. Sheila also bathed our beloved cat, Maddie, who loved her baths with Sheila. Maddie was older when we first brought her to Sheila; we weren't sure, due to her age, if she would be okay with getting an official bath -- but, like Sheila says, "every cat deserves at least one good bath & brushing a year." It also helps with managing cat hair in one's home. Well, Maddie, enjoyed a bath more often than once per year till she passed last year at the age of 18. Sheila often treated her to longer baths, with attention to dandruff and/or conditioning needs, because Maddie so enjoyed the water. She would come home looking much younger than her years --like she was invigorated by the bath & brushing she received. If you have a special little furry/hairy 'child' to care for, do them a favor & introduce them to Sheila's loving care.

Best place ever! Sheila grooms my Bichon Norman every 5 weeks. She does an amazing job. He loves it when I say, "Want to go see Sheila?" The attention to detail and the love she has for animals shows and that makes for a great groomer. So glad to have found her!

My cat Nikko loves visiting Sheila at Pet Spa & Grooming. She is always so patient and he comes home smelling like a rose. She does such a great job making him feel like he is the most special cat to visit her. Sheila thank you so much for taking such great care of my little cat, all 25 pounds of him.

We took our two Cocker Spaniels here a couple of weeks ago. They both have allergies and our Vet recommended a special shampoo. It turns out that the shampoo has no soap in it. After bathing them twice in it, and not having them look or smell clean, Jen called us. She then bathed them for a third time in her medicated shampoo. The grooming was fantastic, just what we asked for, when I picked them up they were so handsome. Smelled great, nice and shiny and their haircuts were perfect. The boys are going back on the 11th for a bath, due to their allergies. We highly recommend Jen at The Pet Spa and Grooming Salon.

Hello Everyone!I rarely write reviews but I HAVE to tell everyone out there how professional, caring, and accommodating the entire staff and the owner, Sheila, is at The Pet Spa. I have a 10 year old male Havanese named Tango. I searched for years and went to five previous groomers, you know who you are, mentioning no names. I left them in no time flat. I spare NO expense with my baby. Every two weeks he gets groomed, a bath and then a full groom on the fourth week. Fortunately I stumbled upon the Pet Spa. NEVER has anyone in the area given so much attention as to how Tango looks! Flawless, beautiful, so cute, adorable, you get the picture. I want the moustache kept a certain length. DONE! Other groomers refused to pull the hair out of Tango's ears, (Havanese have a problem with their ears getting infections if the hair is not physically pulled out), but Sheila knew this without being told and keeps his ears clean and healthy. Please take your pets here. You won't be disappointed. More important, your pet will LOVE going there. And will be in no hurry to leave. THAT is the true test of how much ❤️ and caring goes into each visit! Also never any blood marks or the old excuse, "Oh your dog was matted, so I had to shave him!" Yeah! Tell me another excuse for shoddy, lazy grooming! I hope this review helps you make a rational decision. Thank you again Sheila and everyone at The Pet Spa. Also no one ever went the extra mile to give a new, different scarf each time my dog was groomed. Nice touch, Sheila doesn't have to do this, but she does because she treats every pet that comes into the salon as if the pet was her own!

OMG - Sheila is truly a cat wisperer!!! My cat, Tino, was so comfortable with her that he didn't need any restraints (unlike the nightmare place I went to recently!). Nothing could compare with the care and compassion shown by Sheila. The BEST!!

Sheila is the cat whisperer She patiently groomed my once abused Himalayan Gus. He had never been groomed or bathed, she was simply wonderful to him. He gave her a hard time, but she knows just what to do, I am amazed.
