This place is such a treasure. I drove an hour and it was so worth it. I was on the hunt for a prayer plant. I called and was informed they had some in stock. I did not expect this place to be so big! The selection is outstanding and I can tell they put so much love into their plants. Their prices are reasonable too. I ended up paying 1/3 of what prayer plants online go for (and mine had double the leaves). I also didn’t have to worry about shipping damages. They even put a plastic bag over my plants so they’d have some cold protection for the drive home.

It is wonderful to experience the help of someone who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic as well very personable. Abby is all of that. She also pots a mean plant. The front staff was also super helpful (and patient!... it can be really hard to pick out the perfect plant holder!). Great experience.

We came here during covid on a busy day. Everyone was maintaining distance and wearing masks for the most part, so no worries there. The selection was outstanding and we left with lots of delightful houseplants and succulents. It's worth the drive for us and we will definitely be back when we need some plant happiness.

WOW! I ordered a gift delivery literally 3 days out from Mother's Day, and Claussen's sent a stunning potted orchid that grows more beautiful every day, as this photo from a very happy, very special recipient shows. Claussen's is my #1 choice for future floral needs.

Ordered flowers for an Aunt. $100! You should see them. It’s barely $25 worth of flowers and when we called an expressed how disappointed we were, we were met with zero interest. In fact stated we would not order from this shop again and the man said, ok. This is why Costco and grocery store flowers thrive. Do your self a favor…get flowers else where and get so much more.

I wouldn’t make this review if this was the first or even the second time this has happened but this has happened THREE different times… my question is whats the point on buying plants from here if you have to return them everytime for pests I get they’re a large greenhouse and pests here and there are normal but three different times I find mealy bugs or spider mites on the plants I’ve spent ALOT of money for is honestly sad I hope this green house takes care of the pest problem

I'm absolutely obsessed with Claussen's! Their greenhouse really has it all when it comes to indoor house plants. The selection is huge and I find the prices reasonable. The also have a wide variety of pots to chose from and will repot your plants for you at the time of purchase! Staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable each time I visit. Highly recommend.

I love Claussens. Great place to get Mother’s Day gifts (or gifts for any occasion really). I’m just starting to get into gardening and one of the employees answered all my questions - very knowledgeable and caring!! I got some really cute window boxes, and they told me the best time to come back and get the plants I’m looking for based on things like the local seasonality and temperature patterns, level of maintenance required, and whether they’re pet-safe or not (I have a puppy that loves to eat things she’s not supposed to!). Thanks!!!

A wonderful nursery and green house that carries most of your houseplants. The employees are always so friendly and helpful which makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I have purchased quite a few plants and planters from them and I am very satisfied with their products and their services. Five start guaranteed.

So....after thinking about planting plants for the last 3 years and driving by this location hundreds of times, I caught the gardening bug during the spring of coronavirus (not wearing a mask).The staff was awesome, recommending that I plant marigolds by my chili pepper plants (cause I'm clueless).Fast forward to today...I have 8 varieties of pepper plants, all thriving with minimal care.And some marigold bushes....Also, the variety of available plants was great. The prices are a little bit north, but the plants are organic and you are supporting a locally owned business.Not a faceless conglomerate.Nurture your compassion. Save your soul. Stay blessed.

Huge selection of everything plants! At the front of the store there's pots and planters, as well as gifts and trinkets. During the off season, there's an indoor greenhouse that has a wide variety of plants, all of which looked beautiful and very healthy during my visit. Will definitely be returning!

My family ordered two standing sprays for my dads funeral mass and they were absolutely gorgeous . Delivery was excellent and I can’t say enough about our satisfaction . Thank you for such beautiful flowers and choosing the perfect blooms . A+++ highly recommend

I've gone here quite a lot in the past and never had a problem with the plants or workers. Today I saw overpriced plants, quite a few were in bad shape and needed watering. I asked for help from one the workers and received it, but with obvious annoyance that she had to help. Not impressed! I think they just lost my business.

Gorgeous greenhouse with a wide selection of veggies, annuals, perennials, and herbs. Lots of unique pots and displays inside. I've never used the florist, but I've heard great things. I -love- their cart sales- load up your cart and pay a flat rate for annuals, veggies, and herbs!

We called the greenhouse today, 5/10/2021 around 10:30am to ask for pricing for greenery filler for my daughter's wedding and the woman that answered the phone was so incredibly rude. She told us that she would get a price list but when she came back to the phone she told us that she didn't have time to tell us the pricing on bundles of different fillers. Horrible attitude and customer service! My daughter thanked her for whatever information she did give but the woman just hung up on her.

It's always a joy to go to Claussen's. Today I went to purchase an African violet but the selection was not satisfactory. I did purchase one as I had promised I'd bring one to a friend. If time had allowed, I would have gone elsewhere. Normally a 5 star.

Claussen's is very overpriced, on today's visit most of the plants needed watering extremely bad. When you go inside the plants are overgrown and not very well taken care of, with all the nice plants outside it's easy to be fooled. but then again extremely overpriced for what you get. Thank God I can take my business elsewhere to other stores that are reasonable.
