I found this place on accident and decided I'd bring home some pre pattied burgers, (for perspective, each burger cost about the same as a mcdouble) you can eat high quality meat pre pattied ready to thaw and throw in a pan. All I did was salt and pepper and got the most flavorful burger I've had from any farm before. This farm definitely knows what they're doing with the perfect beefy flavor and the right amount of fat that you aren't getting your usual Gras fed beef hockey pucks. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great place to stock up on beef! Owner is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his cattle. (I have no doubt the cattle are well cared for 🐄💚) The farm stand is clean, rustic and modern. Both these things make for a great Vermont farm stand experience.We primarily get ground beef. This beef is 100% grass fed, tastes so much better than store bought grass fed and it is cheaper than store bought! The steaks are also delicious!!We also love the insulated bag that the ground beef bundle comes with! More grocery bags, yay!

Incredible beef! We’ve tried the ground beef, brisket, and flank steak and everything had been exceptional. Pricing is very fair for this quality. The knife work is really nice also. Very highly recommend!!

A beautiful historic farm with exceptional beef, Steve takes pride in his free range cattle. I recently purchased ground beef for burgers and received many compliments on the meat. While picking it up I was fortunate enough to tour the farm and learn about the environmental approach to Steve's farming process. Recently visited Steve and his property, he was incredibly hospitable, and showed us all the local attractions on his farm!Gorgeous property and the meat couldn't be beat! The ground beef even without any salt or pepper had enough flavor alone to produce one of the best burgers I can remember having.He even was kind enough to spare some of his personal basil for us to take home and turn into delicious pesto later that night.Highly recommend choosing to shop here for all your high quality beef needs, because Steve knows how it's done!

Steve produces an excellent product. What a great feeling knowing where your meat comes from. It’s not only humanely raised, its free of antibiotics and other garbage found in factory farming practices.The second best thing about this company is the work ethic of the owner. Who else would buy a farm with hundreds of acres, at 30, solely to produce world class beef? Stevie is a true Vermonter, this state and country need more people like him!

Amazing Grass Fed beef raised sustainably and responsibly in Vermont. The meat flavor is delicious, I use the shanks to make jerky, the kebob meat for chili and stew. Tenderloin and Ribeye speak for themselves. Its great purchasing beef you know is raised only a few miles a away! Will definitely continue to purchase from this company!
