Although it does not have any competition in the area, they still makes their service, place and food great! We had their pulled pork on sandwich and taco as well as the maple ice cream pie and oh boy we were eclectic of it’s taste! They also gave us free taste of their maple that made us buy for its distinct taste! See images and vid below for our wonderful experience. Open 10am-3pm. Limited seating. They accept credit/debit card, high chair available, ample of parking spaces.

It was quite the drive but the food waiting for us was worth it. I had the Maple BBQ pulled pork. The serving isn’t huge but I’m surprised how satisfied I felt.Don’t pass on the desert! We had the Maple Fudge Pie. It was delicious!

First, this is only one of two places to eat for miles in any direction. That being said, it's well worth the drive. April's Maple is a small restaurant, creemee stand, all-maple gift shop and production facility [where they make all the good stuff]. On the menu you will find maple drizzled or infused everything. Breakfast is all day, until 3pm. Try the pulled pork/egg/hash brown stack, or the chili dog with soup of the day. Or a generous salad. Or skip the protein, and go for Maple bread pudding, Maple/Apple Crisp Pie with pecans and a scoop of Maple creemee, or a milkshake. Rugged, live edge tables and wildlife/maple inspired decor keep it fresh and insta-worthy if that's your thing. The gift shop has their award-winning syrup, candies, hats, tee's, magnets, pancake mix and much more. Local cheeses, too. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of free parking. Maybe 6 steps to the main level and large, accessible restroom. Oh, hey, they close at 3pm. Closed Tuesdays.

My husband had maple pancakes and I had Chipotle tacos, both were great. The coffee is special. Rustic decor creates a lovely ambiance. The service was excellent. Thank you, Jake. And they have a lovely little store where I purchased a number of items for stocking stuffers. It is definitely worth the trip, especially in the fall. It was a phenomenal drive.Kid-friendliness: Not only would it be kid friendly, but the lady at the table next to me had her small dog sweetly sitting on the chair next to her.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor with plenty of parking and easy access.

The best breakfast I have had in a very long time! I had an over easy egg on a hash brown and a sausage patty for only $5. I met April herself and I was able to compliment the chef for THE BEST over easy egg I've EVER had outside of my own kitchen!Located right on the snowmobile trails, this place has charm, warmth, charisma and feels like home! I cannot offer enough stars to match my experience! 🤩This is not a place to drive past! If you do... just turn around and prepare yourself for a meal that'll stick to your ribs all day, prices that won't empty your wallet, and fill you with a new found loving embrace that'll never leave your soul! Did I say maple soft serve....

Fabulous place for breakfast. Very authentic with beautiful hand carved tables. Breakfast prices are an incredible bargain. They also have a wonderful gift shop with a huge variety of delicious maple items. If you're anywhere in the Northeast Kingdom, it's worth a trip. (My price total includes all the wonderful gift items I bought. Breakfast was under $10!)

Ok, so here's the thing: I almost hate giving away the location of a great spot! April's Maples is amazing, or, more appropriately, it's wicked good! Tucked away in the northeast corner of Vermont, on the border of Canada, this place is worth the drive from wherever you're coming from. You can sit outside around the fire and eat fireside enjoying the sounds of the running leach creek, or inside the lodge in its cozy, rustic dining space.April and her staff are beyond friendly and the food is fantastic. We have had breakfast and lunch multiple times and have never been disappointed. I would absolutely recommend adding maple sausage to any breakfast order and the Maple Spice Coffee is our go to hot drink! If you can fit it, don't leave without a maple creamie and some maple syrup extras. Coming back tomorrow! Rob and Jenn.

We had a wonderful breakfast here with our two young children. The French toast was especially delicious and it goes without saying that their syrup is incredible. Hope to be back someday soon!

We love this place. Everything maple you could ever want, from ice cream to candy and coffee. It is a local staple. The day I visited I rode in six miles by mountain bike coming in the back way guided by some friends we were staying with on a nearby lake. The Northeast Kingdom of Vermont is an amazing place, especially for those that like areas that are sparsely populated with plenty of dense woods and lakes to explore. Of course, you can easily get to April's by paved road too ;-).

It doesn't get more authentic Vermont than this! Family owned and operated, April's Maple is a must-visit for anyone in the Northeast Kingdom.Having expanded beyond simple maple products and ice cream of its early years, April's Maple now offers a full menu of maple-themed breakfast and lunch options. Home made sandwiches, salads, soups and chili with authentic Vermont products including cheese and April's Maple's own maple syrup and other maple products worked into the ingredients make for amazing menu selections. Ice cream options (Gifford's hard ice cream or the in-house soft-serve Maple Cremee) are diverse and delicious. Pair all of the amazing food with an ever-changing assortment of clothes, mugs, and other April's Maple souvenirs, not to mention the fantastic and friendly staff, and I can guarantee that your visit will be only the first of many.

Highly recommend as a source for a little something different when you're Christmas shopping. (Different, I guess, unless you live in Vermont, which I do not.) ;-) One of the items in my original order was out of stock, and my communications with staff re: substitution or refund were friendly and efficient. The shipping box was marked clearly in at least five places as to which side needed to stay up, and packed carefully enough that even though the delivery person ignored all the clear markings, all my items are fine.

OMG! This place was absolutely AWESOME! Saw that they sold Vermont Maple Syrup but had no idea the food was going to be so fantastic. I do love an all day breakfast - Maple pancakes with maple syrup & sausage - the best coffee I have had in a long time and home made Ice cream in a beautiful Vermont setting. What more could you ask for? How about that April is a real person and right there taking great care of her guests. This place is now on my Favs' reel. Right on Rt 114. Check it out.

If you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and check it out. Service was top notch and food was incredible! Prices were reasonable so we tried several items off the menu and loved everything. My wife enjoyed the best pulled pork she’s ever had and I particularly loved the hash brown sandwich and also liked my side of French toast. We had to have creemees for dessert and discovered their creemees are the best! I recommend the cone dipped in Maple crunch - it was so tasty I had to buy a container of Maple crunch. Excited to discover this incredible place: it made a great vacation day even better!

Frequent flyer here (sometimes every weekend!) for the maple griddle, maple iced coffee (or hot chocolate) and maple ice-cream/shakes! Love it no matter the season and will always be one of my favorite places for food and a sweet fix! Looking forward to sitting outside to eat this spring/summer! If you live locally and aren’t here at least once a month, you’re missing out!

Devious shakes, love the chocolate, Maple, extra thick and sweet. Great sandwiches too. But the homemade chili is one of my favorites, plus you can take home, a frozen 2lb. container for later.Parking: Picnic tables
