I am from TX and travel to VT monthly for work. My work needed to get me new forms after 5pm, and they sent a print order to a Walgreens nearby…. I got there to pick up and a hand-written sign said they closed early at 7pm…. It was 7:15… so we transferred the order to another walgreen nearby on Farrell. SAME THING! CLOSED AT 6pm.Finally we found one that was opened until 10pm as Google has listed, and the software for printing malfunctioned.I know all of this sounds very negative, but what happens next is why they get a five star review for me. The lovely manager at the third store on North Avenue was very kind and solution oriented. She found a way to get me the prints I needed even though the traditional methods weren’t working. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I’m so grateful for her and her team. I can’t so much for the other Walgreens locations nearby, but 1024 North Ave. will get all my money when I come to town each month.

I don't think I've ever written a negative review before today. I've been trying to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks. I've taken this prescription regularly for over a year. They've had the refill request from my doctor, but are continually telling me they are unable to process my refill and they don't know why. I just called again to speak to someone and they put me on hold for an hour and forty-five minutes, until an automated message said "Goodbye" and hung up on me. I've been out of my medication for 2 days. I wouldn't recommend Walgreens to anyone, no matter the location.

Don't USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE A DAY JOBTheir hours are worthless unless you're retired, they can't seem to figure out transferring RXs. It's more worth it to just go to a grocery than it is to go to this dedicated 'pharmacy'.Don't bother.

if i could give negative stars i would. the pharmacy over here is a JOKE, frequently losing prescriptions, making me play middleman between them and my doctor's office to try and figure out what happened. Their incompetence resulting in me being off a necessary medication for over a week. The head pharmacist frequently has an attitude and is disrespectful. Go ANYWHERE ELSE

***Pharmacist just dropped the ball on a regular medication that I take. They gave me so many stories on why my medication is not ready, a drug that gives you withdrawal symptoms. It was over the weekend. Through the withdrawals, I wasn’t eating or drinking. That Tuesday, sitting outside with people, I FAINTED, face plant and taken by ambulance. There are a few that are great, Tarek is a awesome pharmacist!!!!!***

I think I might be able to count on one hand the amount of times this pharmacy has actually gotten my prescriptions right. In the time I’ve been using this pharmacy they have given me the wrong medication (labeled as the one I was supposed to be taking), decided to cancel my ordered medication because the pharmacist thought my doctor shouldn’t have ordered it, told me countless times a medication was ready for pickup when they didn’t even have it in stock, and failed to inform me of an insurance issue with a refill, thereby forcing me to wait weeks for a prescription that wasn’t coming. I’ve put up with this stuff for months because this is the most convenient Walgreens location for me, but I’ve come to the realization that I would rather take my chances and try to make my own medicine using forest plants than have to put up with this pharmacy for even one more day.

Two years ago, I gave this store a 2 ☆ review. I mentioned friendly staff and a clean store, but complained that they couldn't get my medication.Today, I'm changing my review to 5☆ because this was the only store that could get my medication, CVS had it pending for 3 weeks while I was completely out. I've decided to go back to Walgreens for my pharmaceuticals.

People are always nice to me and the drive through pharmacy is convenient. Feel bad that I have to give them a lower star review.Please be careful using the pharmacy. While they always give me the correct medicine, there have been times when the dosage and pill count were wrong. Check what you are given against the prescription from your doctor.

I can't say about all Walgreens, but the guy pharmacist on North Ave in Burlington is horrible. They need to get rid of him if they ever want to get real business. The women there are helpful and nice. I suggest going to Hannafords pharmacy which is only a block away.

I would give it no stars if I could. Had my wife's medicine (pain meds) sent from the hospital to the pharmacy only to find out they are closed. They did not notify anyone and when I called asking to have it sent to another Walgreens, they made us call the hospital to do it. They lost my business for lack of communication and consideration. I'm sure I'm not the only patient who got blindsided.

I was told to Google two different cough medications. That is sold over the counter. This was from an employee that works behind the pharmacy counter. I feel so bad, for some elderly person who can't even use Google!

There are usually at least one or two people without masks every time I stop in, even though there is a mask mandate, and some of the sales associates wear their masks down below their noses.
