My first time back since I moved and returned under new ownership, so far the care of the groomer was very nice and polite to brodee and myself. The cut was very nice and he looked like a real Maltese

They are absolutely amazing. I am recently a new dog mom and everyone I asked recommended this place so I took my pup there for his first grooming appointment and they were so welcoming and nice about the whole experience. Thank you!

They were able to squeeze my dog in after closing hours on same day of calling! My dog was sprayed by a skunk and they eliminated the smell! A few washes, brushing and a moisturizer left her fur and skin so soft. Included was a nail trimming and ear cleaning, picked up a collar too all for a great price! My dog is a fussy girl with separation anxiety, which they handled well. They took care of her within the hour of drop off as well. They have a selection of all your dog essential needs: collars leashes treats ect. The man and his mom love dogs! These people have good attitudes and indeed pampered my pet. I’d rather give them business instead of petco or pet smart

James is great with dealing with my cats, I bring them there to get a nail trim, he does a super great job! I have been to lots of groomers and have be disappointed with all them. Then I found Pampered Pet. 100% customer for life ❣

Better set up than former owner (who was great!). Needs more staff now though. Had to wait awhile for a “walk-in” nail trim. It was done wonderfully! My dog hates having her nails trimmed. Shakes uncontrollably. But, current owner & staff did what they could to make her comfortable.

I have two very anxious pups and pampered pet always does a fantastic job with them, everyone is so friendly and has a special way with animals that I haven’t seen before with groomers I have taken my pups to in the past. They have always been able to get my fur babies on the schedule right away as well which is another thing I appreciate! Highly suggest!

I've never been here but with a last minute emergency and needing to get my two girls in they were very accommodating and nice, professional and if you could have smelt the dogs before hand versus after you'd swear they worked a miracle on them. Very friendly people and very passionate about what they do and the services they provide. 100% going back to them for a monthly wash on the pups.

I've been seeing these guys for years. My little lady comes home looking beautiful every time. I know she's a hassle and a big baby and they take good care of her. They let her hang out with the other doggies when she's done and I'm sure her not being locked up in a crate is why she's never traumatized by the experience like she is at other places.

The staff at Pampered Pet always takes great care of Fig, our dachshund. I bring her in to get her nails clipped, and they do an expert job in just a few minutes. The whole staff is kind and clearly loves animals. They also have a great inventory of supplies and toys. Definitely recommend!

Made an appointment and got a lions cut for my cat. Scheduled a month and a half out. The grooming itself was great, great experience. Called today to get another appointment and said he cannot take any appointments as he is booked into October. Don't bother with this place.

James and the team at PPG were amazing! We haven't gotten our golden retriever done in a while so we were a bit nervous about costs and how comfortable she'd be. She clearly enjoyed herself there and looks fabulous! It was really well-priced compared to what we saw at other groomers locally. Highly recommend for bigger dogs (ours is 75lbs)!

This groomer is the best in northern Vermont. I have had grooming emergencies numerous times and they have always been able to accommodate my needs same day. They have been extremely kind and understanding my dogs needs (dog aversion), and I have always felt safe bringing my dog there. I could not recommend this groomer enough!!!

Best haircut my little shitzu has received in 6 years! Took only about an hour, but did much more than old groomers! Which would take up to 4 hours groomer talking softly to him the whole time and it truly means a lot to me that he did not feel like he was being tortured. Other groomers have said HE is aggressive and on the bad dog list for nipping during grooming! Never seen him so happy and calm during a haircut! Will never go anywhere else. Oliver loved it there. Felt like home and not a corporate puppy assembly line 🐈

Pampered Pets of North End, Burlington, VT is the best kept secret of Vermont !We took our two cats to have their nails clipped and the courtesy, kindness and professionalism was par excellence!We had brought our one kitty twice before and were so impressed with the staff.This time, James, an owner , l believe, not only acted as a groomer, but was as knowledgeable as a veterinarian for the many questions l had.The caring professionalism he exhibited was with humility and an ultimate concern for the well-being and happiness of our kitties.Where can you find that amonggroomers or veterinary professionals ?I say this , as a pet owner well-aware of the interaction of chemicals with beloved pets.I felt confident of James’ expertise , experience and personal caring for not just my pet, but animals everywhere.Mason was another owner who called and very generously offered us help with a pet carrier , which was above and beyond any grooming establishment l have ever encountered. We did not take him upon it, but that was impressive.I highly recommend that everyone bring their pets here to Pampered Pets of Burlington, Vermont. The variety of pet products is AMAZING, just like the truly professional and caring manner in which these gentlemen conduct their business. It is obviously their “heart song”.

I’ve taken my wiggly shih tzu here twice now and he looks SO CUTE. i love how he grows out after the groom, too. zero after-groom wide-eyed anxiety either. i sent my neighbor here, too. highly, highly recommended for your best family member. 😉

Today I had a grooming for my cat Soufflé (yes they groom both cats and dogs) the owner is very nice and understanding seems to have a good idea of how to treat the animals. Soufflé was a good boy and he came out smelling great and was very happy. They even brushed his teeth. Make sure to make your appointment though especially if you have a cat because the staff is limited for feline grooming.

Honestly, believe the bad reviews. I didn't and now our pom has never had a worse haircut. They shaved her down when we asked for a light trim. She is a dog who usually adores vets and groomers, but here she came out looking sad and downcast. Not to mention her eyes were full of loose hair that we had to gently remove when we got home. Not coming here again. Be warned.

I went there to get pricing information for nail and paw trimming. They said bring him in. 10 or 15 minutes later he was done. They were very efficient and gentle with my dog as he is older. Great friendly staff. I am going back TODAY

I've been coming here with my dogs for a long time. My dogs do not enjoy getting their nails trimmed and the groomers here always take it in stride and do a great job. We've always just walked in and we're out 15 minutes later. Highly recommend. They also sell a ton of pet products, which you typically can't find at all in the NNE. So happy this business is thriving here.
