If this store like using their cashiers has security do this discreetly, not when a customer sees what your doing and then be on a defense when a customer notice what your doing and want to argue. What happen to customer service? Why are the cashier still wants to argue when a customer says"I'm done talking " that's unprofessional of the cashier. Times has change there's no respect for customers anymore. It's a job, it's dollar tree, why the cashier rude and acting like she's a assistant manager or the manager, and if she was Sarah still unprofessional.

Never very seen the store this messy the one in Essex Junction is way more clean… workers need to clean it look like it got vandalized everything was a mess except seasonal decor I want it to be clean one of the casher has a paper begging for money unbelievable. But nice service if you want cheap stuff you should go but not a lot some of the decor is good but some of it breaks so this is a good store if you don’t like messy or dirty stuff… please take better care and say that the costumers on loud speakers to keep it clean please wash shelf’s eve day and put stuff where it goes please go also they have low staff

Looks like the whole place was ransacked. Piles of products scattered on shelves, dirty floors, understocked in most aisles - maybe they’re just understaffed? Cashier had a food stained shirt and thilthy nails. I hope they take better care of themselves and the store soon…

Store was messy and shelves empty. Very long lines and only one register open, I didn't bother buying anything. I'd give it a lower rating but the cashier was extremely friendly and greeted every customer entering or leaving, despite how busy she was being the only register open and I know cashiers can't control what they get for stock, or that they don't have help. She was so friendly, even to the customer who yelled on his way out the door.

Jesse was very pleasant and needs a raise. They were all alone and had a line. I told Jesse they were doing a great job and deserves a raise. That is a big reason you don't see people working there. They don't pay........Love the prices but there is never anybody working I went in today and there was one cashier name was Jesse and they were amazing I never checked out because I needed to go but I checked with the other person that was working in the office and they were on a conference call I as being a manager in the past would have hung up the conference call and taking care of my customers.

Shelves arent filled most of the time and you can't take the carts out of the store so only buy what you can carry otherwise you have to make multiple trips to your car.

The store is often messy and cluttered with half-opened boxes of merchandise. There's almost always a line if you go on weekends. But, the staff can be pleasant, despite the high demands on them. Last weekend we brought our friend's son to get a balloon, and the clerk was so kind to him! She encouraged him to choose his balloon, and let him blow it up himself. She made his day!

The dollar tree has gotten a lot better they have more stock on the shelves and they didn’t pass the cash she is extremely friendly and pleasant but they still need to hire more help that’s why I gave them a four-star

One word: Jesse. Don't kid yourself - little things and simple matter. I could hear how simply pleasant and polite with customer before me. But moved her along. Nicely wrapped my wine glasses.

This store seems to be low, or out of stock for quite a few items all the time. They're low on staff and there is usually a long line when they have merchandise to stock on the shelves. The staff here are very polite.

I absolutely love this store!! I can find any and everything I'm looking for, all for $1!! In today's economy, saving money is essential! This store is clean, well organized, stocked well, and the employees are very friendly and quick!!

Store smells unpleasant, Rows were messy, but they sell Boost Protein for 1.25 which is a great deal I think and the cashiers aren’t rude

I always enjoy The Dollar Store. I usually find what I am looking for and the store is always clean. Recently they are short staffed, and with only check out line today the wait was a bit long.

Don't believe the pictures...this store is disgustingly dirty, messy, empty shelves and staff that don't care at all...I don't know who owns this one but it's a real disgrace...Dollar tree used to be lots of fun but now it's more of a shelter for desperate people..

Staff are nice and polite, but many items are always low on stock. Everything is a dollar, and there's a lot of stuff that's good for this price.

Great prices. Everything really IS a dollar, unlike some other " dollar " stores. Wide selection, and groceries, too. Even limited auto supplies, sometimesFriendly, helpful staff. I'm there at least twice a week.

This store has a lot of useable items. Great deals on cards, pretzels are fresh. Wrapping paper cheap. Store could be a bit more picked up, does have a useable restroom.

Lots of everyday normal items that you may need/want at the great low price of $1 per item. Plenty of cosmetics, food, cleaning/laundry supplies. Very good variety of items at very affordable price.

It's a hit or miss as far as repeat products, also it is a dollar an item store so some products are lesser quality dispute the brand name and do have over due expiration dates. However the savings make you buy.

Found cold medicine that expired since Aug 17 ...and I shop there all the time for household items and such but I would def be careful buying overcounter meds ...yeah I love the dollar store but I won't die bc I wanted to be cheap so I went to the pharmacy next door. Sad part is that the lady didn't seem concerned abt it when I brought it up 🤷‍♀️

This store on shelburne rd was gross, there was product everywhere on the floor, and open packages everywhere. There was one register open with a line to the other side of the store. With no sign of another employee working tonight. Very disappointed. I walked out without getting what I needed.
