This store has improved greatly-most staff are kind and friendly now. General manager needs to keep up the good work and make sure they oversee the behavior of the staff which has been appalling in the past. The last few times I have been here the pharmacy manager, Jamie, has been excellent.

Closed last weekend on their busiest day of the week. Had to drive to Vergennes to get items shaws does not carry. Manager could have least done short hours like 10-2 and paid O.T. frustrating

Worse pharmacy ever!!! Who has a pharmacy that can just be closed because they don't have a pharmacist?? Wouldn't you send on from another location?? People need meds daily and when you can't get them patients get extremely ill. Staff is RUDE and all they can say is oh well were short staffed, deal. Great addition to the community....

When you call in a prescription they say when it ready. When you get there they haven't gotten it. Apparently they don't read their messages

I had to switch pharmacies because this pharmacy had so many random closures due to staffing problems. On days they were open, the line for the pharmacy could be all the way to the end of an aisle and I often didn’t have enough time to wait that long. At worst, I couldn’t get meds in the time I needed them so had to finally switch pharmacies.

I spent hours uploading pictures on the Walgreens app because it kept crashing my phone and finally when it was done it said they were printed in Bristol and .4 miles away. When I got there I politely asked the cashier tonight, who was unpleasant and rude. The same cashier was rude to me earlier today too. Both times I was extremely respectful, so I would expect the same in return from customer service. Besides this one cashier it’s been decent.

Good pharmacy but they need to work better on delivery integration. The store employees know can't help with delivery service for pharmacy.

Your typical Walgreens, but they had very little to choose from as far as home medications, shelves were quite bare.

It's a standard Walgreens, but the posted hours for the pharmacy are incorrect and it is now 9-5 M-F.
