Bristol Animal Hospital is the way to go. I wouldn’t give my baby’s to anyone else, they always follow up with phone calls, they show that they actually care about your animals, if you ever have some serious emergency they will always tell you what to do and worst case they will squeeze you in and make sure your furry friends get the care they need. Driving there from my home takes 45 min one way but they make it worth it. All of the staff is absolutely friendly and awesome. The doctors will go above and beyond to find out what’s wrong and even my Oreo and Daphne are looking forward to the vet. 110% recommended!

Usually it has been a great office. Last time we had the male vet for the first time and he was dismissive and very condescending regarding spay and a stomach bug.Best to help us keep our animal healthy in the way we plan to raise her and not try to tell us how to raise her insteadAll other experiences have been great

We recently moved to the area and our lab was injured unexpectedly. Our established vet could not see him, and Bristol Animal Hospital was able to see him the same day, and provide him with injury treatment. We have now switched our pets care to Bristol Animal Hospital and we are so thankful for such wonderful professionals caring for our beloved pets. I always find staff friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things clearly and give me options. They even called the next day to make sure my cat tolerated the injection well. I highly recommend.

My Boy Quincy has been going to the vets office in bristol for atleast 6 years now . He likes going to the vet even tho he knows he will get poked as he gets blood work throughout the year to monitor his seizures and his meds. The vet techs are great with him he loves them all . The medical care we get us top notch and they have helped my boy so much to live a happy healthy life thank u bristol animal hospital I highly recommend them . Kyrsten

I love the care and compassion everyone has for our pets. I feel this from the receptionists, vet techs and the vets. When my cat was ill and I couldn't get her into Peak or BEVS the reception at Bristol Animal Hospital spoke with a vet and they said bring her right in we'll look at her between appointments. It meant so much.

Hands down best vet experience I have ever had. I’m an owner of a reactive dog whose anxiety stems from strangers approaching his personal space, which makes checkups difficult. Dr. Letaw and her team were kind, compassionate, and most importantly, gave my dog high quality care. Fortunately, we live nearby but I would drive hours to go to this clinic.

Our regular Vet was too busy to see our cat for a mystery sore on her back. We saw Dr. Selim who Identified it as a bite and gave us ointment that helped it heal in a week. They were very nice to see her on a short two day notice. Thankyou Bristol Veterinary

Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. After multiple issues with the care (or lack thereof) at Vergennes Animal Hospital I made the switch to Bristol, and could not be happier. The team is very willing to answer any questions I have, and discuss the best options for my pets medical needs, all while respecting my say as an owner. The DVM's are very honest about if a treatment/test should be done, making decisions based on the best interest of my pets, not their pocket books. My pets are my babies, and with Bristol Animal Hospital I know they are in good care.

I have never experienced the level of compassion from staff at an animal hospital that I received from Bristol Animal Hospital. Every veterinarian, technician, and receptionist went above and beyond in providing support as I cared for my dog in her final days. They are wonderful. It will be a year tomorrow since I lost my Gismo. He was a Pom with a throat problem. When we were close to the end they sent me to BEV for oxygen for Gismo.They send a beautiful card and called me to make sure I was ok. I have now two rescue dogs. And they are my vet for both.I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

Currently, I have a young dog, every appointment for him has gone wonderfully and the crew at Bristol Animal Hosp. really makes things congenial.At the end of the shut down, covid, I had a dog that was suffering from cancer. I was well informed of costs before an operation and meds. There was time made everytime I showed up with my girl because things changed or worsened. Usually kind people and they are making a living.
