Never has my scripts ready and everyone is always grouchy in the pharmacy , one person tells me one thing another tells me different, I get txt also saying my meds are ready and when I go to pick them up they are not!! They run-out of one of my medication frequently and should have enough to fill it..if they'd do a count of customers that take it and order accordingly!!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this store… From what I have seen they do an amazing job. I suggest this store, not only their front end but their pharmacy as well. Their pharmacy goes above and beyond for their pay. I love these people! 10/10

Avoid this place at all costs!Let's start with the pharmacy... rude! I could use more salty words, but that would not be appropriate for a public forum.Now let's talk about the store... filthy! Floor needs to be swept, cleaned, and mopped! It felt like the place had not been cleaned in months!If you must go to a Walgreens, then drive to Keene.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is a joke. I don't think I have ever interacted with a employee that wasn't rude. Every time I call in to inquire about a prescription, I am told one thing and when I am there in person its another story. Been told many times that it would be ready on a specific day and its not even ready after I spend 30 minutes waiting in line. Its just sad that I dread picking up my medication every time that I need a refill. With the amount of reviews and things I have heard from other people as well you would think something would be done about it, but I guess not.

I switched pharmacies when Brattleboro Pharmacy closed, and I had multiple problems with their pharmacy staff. They were very rude and had horrible customer service! Also the store was frequently out of stock of a lot of items. A lot of the dairy products were out of date sometimes by 2 months! The general store staff were also rude. As if helping me find something was an inconvenience to them. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Other Walgreens locations I have been treated 10+ times better.

Echoing all the other experiences of an incredibly understaffed pharmacy. I waited in line for my Rx only to eventually be told the pharmacist was at lunch and no one else could sell me the Rx, I'd have to return later and start the wait all over again.It's a shame that all the local pharmacies are being bought out by Rite Aid and Walgreens. They don't have any incentive to make customers happy because we have no other choice.

9/10 times, my experience with this Walgreens pharmacy is disappointing at best. I frequently spend upwards of thirty minutes waiting in line, only to be told my prescription isn’t ready. On several occasions I have arrived to find a sign in the window that says: sorry no pharmacist on duty, we can not fill prescriptions. There’s an issue in the billing system that I continuously get the runaround about. No one seems to be able to help me, they just direct me to call someone else. And I am completely fed up with it. I do not have these problems at any other pharmacy.

They gave me the wrong dosage of medication. My doctor's office sent them the correct prescription, but Walgreen's filled it at twice the prescribed dosage. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he first tried to tell me that what they dispensed was correct, then acknowledged that they had given me the incorrect dosage but blamed in on the way the doctor's office had written it, saying that "wasn't how we usually see it." I caught the error, but what if I hadn't? What if the next person doesn't?Updated June 24: Within a few hours, there was a reply from someone at Walgreens inviting me to email or call with details of the problem. I emailed to the provided address with full details and my contact info, but there has been no response. It's time for a snail mail letter to Customer Relations at Walgreens, with a copy to the CEO, Rosalind Brewer. There's no evidence Walgreens is taking this seriously, which is perhaps an even bigger problem than the original mistake.

I understand that staffing shortages are an issue, that it may be difficult to find pharmacy staff in a small city like Brattleboro, and that some times of day are busier than others. But every time I've been to this location, it has taken at least half an hour just to pick up one or two prescriptions after they've already been filled.Today, my wife waited for 45 minutes in the drive-thru pharmacy line and ended up leaving because the line hadn't moved at all.I've had similar experiences three times before, twice in the drive-thru and once in-store.We've decided to switch pharmacies because of this. It's a shame, because the staff here has always seemed friendly and like they are doing their best to help.If management here is trying to cut costs by running a skeleton crew, they need to consider the fact that they will continue to lose customers as long as this goes on.We (consumers) all lead busy lives. We need our prescriptions, and we just don't have time to wait 45 minutes to an hour just to pick up a bottle of medication.Please hire more pharmacy staff to handle the high customer volumes. There are plenty of levers you can pull to accomplish this.

Extremely long hold times when calling.The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.Sam and Roman do an excellent job and are always polite and helpful. Most of the pharmacy staff are very nice but obviously you need more staff there.Craig is rude.

This pharmacy is the bane of my existence. Long wait times in person, in the drive-through, on the phone (on hold). Miscommunication between staff members on different shifts (ex: calls to refill prescription and the person working says it will be ready in X amount of time; go to pick it after even more time than stated and person working has literally no idea what you're talking about so the prescription is in fact, not ready). This branch seriously needs more people working in the pharmacy.

Employees at the pharmacy were very understanding and caring but Walgreens does not supply them with the hardware or software systems to reliably do their jobs. I felt really bad for them because I was at one time a retail worker, they get no support from the corporate entity that is Walgreens, which only is concerned with shareholder profits.It's very scary that American citizens are to let their lives hinge on an inefficient retail chain that is perpetually under-staffed and underpaid. It's scary that skilled and educated workers have to work here too, it's really sad. This retail pharmacy system simply should not exist.

So many issues. I can't even begin to report all the issues. Medication not being filled correctly and/or doing partial refills n then closing out the prescription so I can't get the rest n have to go days w/o medication because you guys have no idea how to fully process the rest of the pills and after being on hold for over 30min just to tell me its my responsibility to get new prescription from dr n that insurance wont pay whn shorted for the mth.If I could only go to another pharmacy, but because I need refills done when in FL.I also do not need to be told I can miss doses w/no issues by a pharmacist who does not knw wht I can or cant handle. Ur not my doctor, and its very clear you should not be.

I read the many poor reviews of this Walgreens store, the pharmacy in particular, and was somewhat surprised because in the past they had been very helpful. Well the poor reviews were very much deserved! The woman behind the counter could not have been more unprofessional, and unpleasant. Actually more than unpleasant, she was down right rude.

I have been dropping very old, very precious film rolls, recently salvaged, for developing. One of the rolls is just gone, missing entirely. The checker kept ignoring me at the photo booth, so I went to the check-out line. She was annoyed to have to go look and made me check out at her register. She took my next film-drop there at the checkout instead of at photo, because she was in a snit about it, and now it's gone. I suspect she threw it away out of pique, or someone stole it because she left it laying around. Also, another time, when I came in looking for the now-missing photos, she informed me in a snotty tone that they would call when my film was in. I've done at least 10 rolls now, and not once have they called to let me know they were back. Rude, almost absent customer service. I'll be driving to Keene to get them done from now on. I'd rather spend the expensive gas than lose another while being treated like a major inconvenience.

I’d honestly give zero stars if I could. The pharmacy technician was very rude and basically refused to fill my prescription saying that my insurance card didn’t have a way to verify prescription coverage. He actually said I don’t know what to tell you and “pfft” at me…Funny I went to another Walgreens on Putney Road and they had absolutely no trouble filling my prescription using the same insurance card.

Honestly: I NEVER like going here. It's not so much the staff (part of it), but when the household was sick, I made the mistake of thinking I could buy OTC medication, OVER THE COUNTER-NOT! At least not BEFORE 9 AM! REALLY!?! You can't just pick up a BOX of medication and bring it to the counter, they have 'cards' of the medication that says YOU have to bring it to the counter, so I went from the BACK to the front and was told "Pharmacy deals with that" but they weren't open, so it was wait 20 minutes (WHILE sick, just the 'healthier' sick person) or abandon the effort and go infest ANOTHER store with our illnesses; I waited because I didn't think a GROCERY store should be subjected to our illness. Shame on Walgreens for claiming to have what we need, but UNDER LOCK AND KEY AND A SCHEDULE; sorry we didn't get sick during Pharmacy hours. I have medical needs and was told by MY PHARMACIST that they can't get my prescription because it's just not possible and Walgreens can do it, or Keene Medical, NOPE, I went without until I could get my insurance changed, now I get my needs met by mail. SERIOUSLY, Why did Walgreens come into town when Walmart seems to ALWAYS have what we need WHEN we need it, and my Pharmacist is ALWAYS my go to when the doc gives me Rx, and I'll ALWAYS avoid Walgreens because it's NEVER done anything for me or my family, except tell me to wait. Waiting for You is like walking backwards, I'm moving but never in the direction I need, at too high a cost for my LIFE!

I work for a providers office and every time I have to call this pharmacy I sit on hold for ungodly amounts of time. One time 55 min today 20 min one time another 40 min. I have to always call the front of the store to have them go back there to tell them to answer their phone. Whenever they get on the phone it seems like they do not even want to help you and just are so quick to get off. Recommend going to another pharmacy from a professional stand point.

Always curious and very helpful. A special thanks to CHRIS the pharmacist who has been very politeand patient through the hassles of filling the meds and dealing with insurance companies. It is nice to be seen and receive a smiling hello on a first name basis.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly, greets you at the door. The pharmacist goes above and beyond with your prescription needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get prescriptions. Always friendly, professional and patient.
