Spoke to Liz about getting my dog cut and all she gave her was a bath. Not sure if she understands English, BUT I was noticeably clear to what I wanted! I took it that she didn't know how to do a shih-tzu cut, I did ask! She claims she did! Guess she is trying to build her business on lies!

This is the place to find every gourmet brand of pet food. They had what we needed, Agway didn’t. Also you may meet some nice pets and their lovingly obsessive owners. Check out staff was super friendly.

My senior dog who was in desperate need of grooming received above and beyond treatment from Liz. My dog, Maggie, is mostly blind and pretty deaf and Liz was incredibly gentle and caring, not to mention the through and lovely job she did. We are 100% returning to her on a regular basis!

I’ve been to a lot of pet stores and this one is fantastic. This one stands out leaps and bounds above others. We were greeted within a minute of walking in with no pressure on a sale. We were helped by Devin and Alex, who I will say were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to demonstrate all the animals needs and abilities. What they don’t have in stock, they will order and give you many options. I purchased 2 Degus with all necessities from them as well as dog toys and aquarium supplies. They went out of their way to help us bring everything out to load into our vehicle without asking for help. Also noticed that they also assisted another elderly lady bring food out to her vehicle between helping us. The prices are very fair. Coming from a customer service career, their customer service is second to none. This is about an hour or so drive from my house and my boyfriend and I will now go no where else as multiple pet owners. Thank you to the staff of One Stop Country Pet Supply of Brattleboro, VT for your spectacular experience.

Great pet store to get all your animal needs! They have an extensive selection of better quality dog and cat foods. Their toys and pet furniture and well priced and of good quality. We have bought healthy happy fish and shrimp here and the tanks always look well cared for. They have a nice selection of small animals from hamsters to guinea pigs and rabbits. We adopted some rats that had needed to be re-homed and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Loving our new pets!!!

It's small but hopefully you'll only need to make One Stop like I did!My corn snake had been on a 3 week hunger strike which ended shortly after I brought home frozen mice from this place.Edit: turns put they have bulk frozen mice which are way cheaper than the ones packaged in a box. I got 9 (what they had in stock) and it was $25 which is faaaaaar better than $18 for four boxed. Snake ate them just the same; I'm happy.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Tons of choices when it comes to pet care and comfort. A bit on the pricey side, but top quality products usually come with a slightly higher price tag. I shop here for all my pets' needs.

I was planning on spending a couple hundred dollars here on canister filter for a 55 gallon tank I just set up. Possibly more if they had fish and live plants I liked. But left and won't return when I was told no restrooms. Well I had to leave to go find a restroom and after finding one I drove back home and will spend my money elsewhere.

The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what I need for my pets. We we're debating on getting a hamster for my daughter and one of the female staff explained their needs and helped us to choose gerbils which ended up being a much better fit for our family

I totally love One Stop here in Brattleboro because they have a great supply of pet offerings and an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Devin is our favorite and my daughter asks for her the moment we enter. Shopping local is the best.

This is an excellent local pet shop, with great customer service and prices.One of the most important things about this store for me, is that if I'm looking for something they don't have, they can usually order it for me. At no additional charge even. If you own a pet and live in the area you would be truly remiss if you never investigated this store.

Do not buy fish from this Brattleboro location I bought 10 fish on Sunday and when I woke on Monday three were dead. As the store has a seven day return policy I felt confident in taking my dead fish and a test tube of my water with me back to the store. needless to say even though I took a water sample and dead fish with me they would not honor their return policy. Fish buyers beware

I like this pet store cause every time I go their they have such cute animals! Especially, the bunnys! ❤️ Their all so cute and I would love to take them all home and care for them and everything. Cause I also have a bunny of my own! ☺️. But one thing I have to say is, the bunnys and some of the other pet supplies are a little to expensive. Bunnys should be only, 25 dollars Not 35 but if anything the pet store is pretty great! 😎
