Bought a chilled rotisserie chicken and it wasn't right. I was not the only person to try it and seeked a refund of $5.49. Was refused a refund and talked to with absolute disrespect and disregard as a customer so I returned the attitude. Just lost a customer for life. Will not shop where you get treated like scum when you have a problem. AND ROTISSERIE CHICKEN EVEN AGED SHOULDNT TASTE/ SMELL LIKE A HOUSE FIRE!

This supermarket has some great stuff! Their meat department is excellent and their wine and beer selection too. I haven't had a lot of the prepared food, but what I've had was excellent supermarket fare, especially the stuffed potatoes by the butcher area. Prices are decent and shelves stocked. The people working there are fantastically nice, funny and know their stuff! I love food shopping and this place makes me very happy.

Entered the store at 3pm 5/15/24. There were NO shopping carts or shopping baskets as you entered the store. The parking lot was far from full!!!!! I got the items I needed, went thru self checkout. As I was checking out another customer asked the self checkout customer assistance woman for a cart and her snotty reply was "check outside". AS I left the store, there still were no carts inside the door and I checked all the outdoor cart holders.....one was empty and two others had 1, I repeat 1 cart inside. Where are the carts ???? As I stated ..... the store was not busy!!!!!! Hmmmmm, guess it's time to move my business to Hannaford.

I enjoy the convenience of their location and the floral department is great. For the items I need they are not a good value for my dollar, for me. I stop here when in a hurry. They have great food like salads and grinders for grab and go and everyone enjoys their chicken and their take and bake pizzas look good too.

This store needs more security because there's to many scumbags hanging out in the front of store this one guy asked me for money I said no and he pulled a knife on me I told manager and he did not want to call the cops something needs to change I spend allot of money in this store but im thinking of going else where

Market 32 also known as Price choppers on Canal Street in Brattleboro Vermont is the worst grocery store in vermont. Save yourself a trip and go to Hannaford or Walmart. More than one time I've find moldy with items with the date still okay, chicken has been opened, many bones in boneless chicken. Yogurt open and moldy milk outdated ,Pringles stale and outdate. They have employees who follow you around and harass you. They put their hands on you and have you escorted by force. It is a prejudiced store who puts people down for race n the way you dress. Over priced n not fair to the public. If the store blew up it would do justice for all.

Always great produce, fresh and clean, but can be hard to find some items on the shelves. You will see apologies signs on empty shelves and it can be hard to find someone to help you locate items. Update about a month later, still a great store but facing some of the same problems as ever one else, short handed on employees, so it's hard to find help .

I love the store and I shop here nearly every night, only problem is I'm 61 with a lot of health issues and my only option is self check out. I struggle with it. Due to the fact there is only 1 to 2 workers on at night and to many shoppers to be accommodated

This is a good grocery store with very good produce. It has a deli, excellent cheese section, and in-house baked goods. It is clean and well-staffed. Could use more organic produce.

I like that they have longer hours than their competition. This almost seems to be a policy across their whole chain because they close earlier where I live, but so do all the other stores, which still puts Market 32 ahead. As someone from out of state who was traveling to Brattleboro frequently over the course of a year for work and working irregular shifts, these hours were very helpful. It's a bonus that they happen to have many products that I like when it comes to the stuff that isn't universal to all grocery stores.

The staff working the closing shift are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and quiet!An extra thank you to the awesome woman up front at the self-checkouts. She is ALWAYS cheery, kind, patient and more than willing to help customers with anything they need!!!Folks like herself make grocery shopping, late night snack buying, or “emergency” cat food trips a much more enjoyable experience. Good prices and friendly staff. The fish department is unbeatable.If you go there late at night the shop is almost empty and you can shop in peace. They also have good deals on bread after, I think, 6 pm.I'm still looking for Irish Soda Bread. I only found it there once and that after I asked a staff member in the bakery.

Looks like we're done coming here as of 7-9-23.My wife said she went to Market 32 in Brattleboro, VT to get a few things. Not only do you have to pay for bags these days, but they've gotten rid of the baggers, so you have to bag your own groceries too. The young cashier had ear buds in and couldn't be disturbed.Then there's the beggers/freeloaders surround you looking for money outside, and a woman gave one a dollar and told my wife that she does that a lot, because she's "scared of them"...The security guard on duty spends all his time inside the store in the A/C, so he's useless in dealing with the freeloaders.So keep up the good work Price Chopper, we're headed to Hannafords from now on.Vermont of all places...

An upscale market where everyone is really helpful! They have the best fruit around and the Hot Food Section is very organized, innovative and accommodating. A great shopping experience!

Over the past few years it has become a hangout for the homeless population/pan handlers. I was asked for money going into the store and then again when I came out. I don’t scare easy but one individual followed me and my son to my car when it was dark. I wish there was more being done by the store to prevent non shoppers from “hanging out”.… Otherwise great store, awesome employees!!

The more pricey of the supermarkets in the area, but with the widest variety of items. Some of the staff are a bit quirky - one commented on the glass bottles I had in my reusable grocery bag. I had to explain that I use them for bulk items at other stores. It was just a weird thing to comment on. I also had another employee comment on tourists and how much they disliked them... While an out of town visitor was with me. There's also a guy who's always walking around the parking lot, rapping for dollars. It's ok to say no to him although he does drop a sick beat. Lol.

Pricey but everywhere else is too! They have a great hot and cold bar and awesome apple turnovers! Somethings they have are cheaper than Walmart! Like Ice Cream and Milk! Their Ice cream selection is very larger then Walmart!

Wonderful supermarket, well stocked with fresh food, open late with grab and go prepared foods and super friendly staff that even spoke Français.The electric vehicle charging stations near by also make it the perfect travel stop.

Store is very clean. Prices are high mostly, but they do have some good sale deals. Ladies in floral dept. and deli are great, but most of the other employees are quite snotty, and really need an attitude adjustment - especially the tall guy at the checkouts. Don't know if this store is responsible for keeping the area out front where the bench is clean, but it's disgusting. Litter, cig butts, etc. and it stinks. This might not be on them, but it sure does reflect poorly on the store, since it's so close to the entry.

There are probably better supermarkets around here if I was willing to drive at least half an hour, but I still like these guys because they're open until midnight. Being able to shop late is a big help on my decidedly odd work schedule. Overall, their food quality is very good, which makes up for a lot. My biggest complaint is that they practically force you to self-checkout after 8 PM, but then their machines assume that the weight of a reusable shopping bag is an item you're trying to bag without scanning. In other words, they think you're stealing. If you're so worried about theft, have more than one exhausted clerk at checkout after 8 PM!!!!!!

Great supermarket. Very clean.Meat and vegetables and fruit are always fresh and vibrant appearing. You can have a delicious fish dinner fresh cooked at the fish market counter and enjoy it at the tables there.Great! The bakery and deli are excellent also. The employees are always friendly and helpful.The store has good sales and prices.

I like the remodel of the store. Like almost every store in Brattleboro they need more help. The butcher's are knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit.I visited today and had the man in the fish dept to cook some Haddock for. I asked not to have.the huge pile of French fries and Cole slaw. I ate it in the store. Oh my God it was delicious!!

Liked this store. Very clean. Nice food court. These rural stores seem to have better detail to food prep and the food showed it. Always nice to grab a snack while shopping.

We were passing through the area on a road trip and stopped in to get some food for the road. We bought some prepared food from the deli which was very good (better than fast food for sure) and the lady behind the counter was friendly. Clean store, good prices and good selection.

The remodel for the store is wonderful. I am a shopper of of the Price Chopper in Keene, NH. The layout is very different from the normal Price Chopper layout but the flow of shopping is wonderful. Normally I go to the right for vegetables, in this store it's to the left. They also took some time to lay out the store so that you actually have to look for junk food. They also premier healthier products on all of the top shelves.

Great place to shop groceries! Very clean, happy staff willing to help you at checkout or answer questions in the aisles! M32 is a little more expensive than the other local grocery stores, but they have great quality in all departments especially the meat, seafood, deli/ imported cheeses, and produce departments! Easy in and out, plenty of parking, easy to get to on Canal St, or exit 1 in Brattleboro VT off I91..Worth the trip!

Fairly good selection. One of three grocery stores in the town. Conveniently located off of Exit 1 on Canal Street. The change from Price Chopper to Market 32 seems to have been a good one.
