Very nice staff. Decent prices. The items are in extremely good shape for a Goodwill. The man who helped me check out was so helpful. He made sure my electric can opener worked even though I told him he didn't have to. The entrance is kinda bougie for a thrift store but it was awesome so it fits! I'll definitely be back whenever I'm up that way.

Went in today to buy a chair and there was some confusion about whether it had already been sold or not, and Lewis and Kate waited on me and made it so I could buy another chair at a reduced price for my patience they said and that made me feel so good. Wonderful store to shopping deals can be found and you're paying so much less for much needed household products.

Insanely overpriced. Who goes to Goodwill ready to drop a thousand dollars on a kimono? Furniture is also horribly overpriced and really scuffed or dirty or even broken. Imagine if you're on a fixed income and you come here for necessities only to find the price is as much new products at Walmart or Runnings. Who does Goodwill even help anymore if not their CEOs?

Honestly, usually a good time shopping there. Lots of cool stuff and you never really know what you’ll find! I never walk out empty handed. There is just one very rude employee to be mindful of. I’m sure anyone who’s been there knows, as I’m DEFINITELY not the only one who has witnessed their behavior. Just ignore the nastiness, and continue shopping. That’s what I do 😊

I'm happy that the Goodwill has arrived in Brattleboro! It has convenient hours and a large selection of used clothing and other items.

I hadn't come here for clothes the first few times I visited. I finally decided to take a dive into the racks, and before I knew it I had both arms full of clothes. A woman asked me if I needed a carriage and I knew I needed to leave. They kept bringing out racks of clothes like it was a buffet. I had to rip myself out of this store because I kept finding more and more stuff. I ended up with probably 7 shirts, a jacket, and 3 pairs of pants for less than $40. Unreal. Everyone kept saying "wow, looks like you had fun!" And "well I guess you found what you needed!" Both were true. The employees were also very pleasant and the store was clean and organized. 10/10

Baby Goodwill. They don't have much yet BUT it doesn't reek of smoke yet either. Sooooooooo. Mostly clothes.We went to buy some small appliances or electronics for my son to take apart but there weren't any. He got a hygrometer/photometer/pH tester for a few bucks so it wasn't a total waste but.. it'll be a few months before we try again.

Came from Keene to brattleboro to shop and the place was closed . Says 8 pm on website and 7 pm now on door with written in number. Does anyone go the extra mile anymore and work actual business hours ? When I was working in retail , you stayed you're entire shift sometimes working overnights until someone came in to take over or keep the store open . This goodwill is overpriced and never has anything topurchase anyway. Saving me a trip . The Chinese next door was the only saving grace. I recommend the chicken with vegetables

This place is a huge disappointment. Every time I go there, there is only 1 cashier open. The place is full of stuff that has clearly been picked to death, and it is obvious that the real good stuff is online, not in that store. But, whatever is there, is grossly overpriced! Shoes that are worn and dirty go up to $40. Clothes of poor quality go for astronomical price too! It supposed to be no-profit organization... to help poor.... After all, the inventory is all free!Media is badly organized and lots of merchandise cluttering the floor. The sorting area is very busy...and twice as big as the store. Yet, nobody there to assist customers! I had a very bad experience so far and wont go there again.

I’ve been in a few times and have been dissatisfied each time when the racks are so packed full you can’t even move the clothes to browse, getting my cart stuck as well as there is so many hangers on the floor and the aisles aren’t big enough for two carts so one lady actually had to move her cart to the end for me to get thru and she also was complaining about how the racks are so overfull you can’t move the clothing or see and also a tangled mess !

As with any Goodwill, you NEVER KNOW what you'll find. We had a half hour to burn between appointments, so we dropped in. As we wandered around, there was a TV wall mount and it was EXACTLY what I was going to buy new later in the day. Saved a trip and a lot of money lol!

Went to drop off 8 boxes (sm/med). Followed directions for assistance, as both occupants disabled; however no one came, so we placed boxes on porch. As we were leaving 2 guys showed up.
