This was an interesting spot to see some unique artwork, watch a glass blowing demonstration (I saw where they offered classes). The bakery and coffee shop had some terrific items. Definitely worth a visit! Pastry were superb!

The croissants and scones are freshly baked and delicious.Ordered the tuna salad with kimchi on croissant which was amazing 😋They have a coffee bar for specialty coffee drinks which I will try next trip!

I hate to speak ill of a new business but these croissants were a big letdown. I'm adding pictures so you can see the poor lamination from the inside. Instead of layers, the dough is clumped together. The almond croissants are also made with a strange ground almond mixture that did not taste like frangipane. The nut roll was the best of the bunch but overbaked so the nuts tasted burnt. Maybe my standards are too high but if you're going to charge $6 for a pastry, it should be decent. I gave them an extra star because the gentleman at the register was very nice, and this place has a lot of potential. Once the pastry chef irons out these kinks, I'd love to come back and try them again.

The coffee is really good here, the pastries are Delicious and they leave one wall open in the summer for an indoor/outdoor view, asking with extra outside seating. Great place to grab a Danish and coffee and relax for a while on a nice day

Charming friendly place for take out or breakfast in. Everything is organic (including organic butter), fresh, made on premises by a baker who knows her stuff regarding authentic croissants. The prices are worth it for the pure ingredients and care taken. Also often has gluten-free options. Great addition to town!

Great place for croissants and coffee! Definitely the best croissants in the area, and a nice big space where you could easily curl up with a cup of coffee and a book or laptop. Friendly folks working there, too.

Expensive, but tasty croissants - we tried the chocolate and almond - plus ʻregularʻ coffee. Kind customer service. Not a huge fan of the pastries being left out in the open for anyone to sneeze on or touch. But, overall it is fine bakery and cafe.

My favorite place for a delicious almond or chocolate croissant and a chai latte. The gluten-free vegan peanut butter cookie was amazing too. Friendly service and beautiful space, highly recommended!

Cute new bakery. Sadly, no croissants (their call to fame), only tasty muffins, cookies when I visited. The big disappointment was a $5.00 flat white coffee ($5.) which was in truth not close to a flat white but rather a watery over-milked latte; no micro-foam and weak coffee, surely not a double espresso base which is the foundation of a flat white.

We were driving back from Stratton after a few days skiing and were looking for a sit down breakfast on the way home to Massachusetts. Nothing popped up until we saw the Fire Arts Bakery. Glad we turned around and stopped in. Found out they had officially opened the day before. Seriously, best Croissants ever. Great Coffee set up as well.Took some baguettes home. Do yourself a favor and drop in.

I was driving by, stopped in and got an almond croissant, a small quiche for later and a coffee. All were delicious, the people were friendly and I highly recommend them. I will stop again the next time I am in the area.
