I have been trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy to transfer a prescription, for three weeks. I've called at least a dozen times and nobody ever answers. This medication is for a serious, life threatening, medical condition and I wanted to transfer it to a pharmacy closer so that I didn't have to depend on undependable deliveries from another pharmacy. I really cannot understand how a pharmacy can operate like this. AND I guess they cannot serve the medication/health needs of this member of their community.

Friendly staff which is why they got 3 stars however the telephone wait times been outrageously long as has the wait at the pharmacy. Fiance had knee surgery and was on hold about 20 minutes and asked to be put on hold again. We were told his prescription would be filled in 45.i went to get it an hour and a half later and had to wait 25 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. Not sure if they are just understaffed or overwhelming busy due to covid but weve had similar issues multiple timesWe will likely be changing pharmacies.

Once they know you it's easier,that place is a mad house and I think they are having a hard time with staffing just like every ware

Local customer of many years here. Make sure you call your scripts in at least 24 hours ahead of time, and NEVER try to transfer a script out of this location. They are always too busy to have anything done on time... and yet they are never as busy as Hanover CVS, where I have personaly worked as a pharmacy tech. Watching this pharmacy try to function is an embarrassment.

Great customer service, lots of great deals, everyone's always smiling especially Sue at the counter on Sundays she is a gem, and should get a raise. Best employee ever! So courteous and respectful.

Small store with everything you need. I love the country gift section. The service is quick and friendly. Check the aisle for marked down items, you can find some great deals.
