They took amazing care of my reptile, and even made sure she was comfortable and safe, even brought out her curiosity. She wanted to see all the passing pets and vets, and the vet made sure that no animal was interested in her. It was incredible!

Dr. Teller at BBC is the best vet in the area, in my opinion. She has several animals of her own, and it shows. No question or task is ever too much when my fur babies are sick, and she makes sure Mama's mind is at ease too. Absolutely adore her as our vet!

Awesome vet. They are treating my 14 year old beagle and she has never been better after following her recommended diet and medication. The staff is very friendly and caring and they keep to the appointment times, without the long wait I have experienced with other vets in the past.

Bradford vet clinic posted a status about giving pets as presents, then clarify at the end they're stuffed. So I commented and asked that live animals not be given as gifts, I wasn't insinuating they were doing so, but I am an animal advocate and I see how many animals are dumped after being given as gifts. I was personally blocked from their Facebook page. Bad business practices. Wow! They also recently posted a list with "foods that are bad for your dog" which is totally inaccurate and has comments from nutritionalists disagreeing. Many dogs thrive on a raw meat diet, and plain yogurt has many benefits as well. But my comment was deleted. After making a post on Facebook, I am not the first person for this to happen to! Blocking someone for animal advocacy is very odd as a vet office.

To be honest, it always sucks to go to the vet. Its expensive and stressful, so it's really nice to find a place who helps in they ways they can. BVC is a place who does that. In addition to all the services they offer, they're responsive and kind. If you're in Southern VT and have a pet that, consider BVC for their care.

Completed new client physical.Extremely impressed by the tech that I saw yesterday. Made me feel at ease with the process of boarding my cat for the night and for her (well, now it's his) surgery the following day. Went through extra costs of things that they do (microchip/fluids) allowing me to cut down the total cost of his surgery.

Well, I've been to many vets in my life, and never once have I been as blatantly disrespected by such a narcissist employee. I will never ever go there again. The other employees were great but the one that lied, the one that tried to be rotten to her fellow employees, the one that was so rotten to a very kind and considerate customer and his daughter. That type of attitude is disgusting and so unbecoming of a place where I want LOVE for my fur babies, not someone with a stick so far up their butt they may be actually just be a hateful puppet spewing parasitic poisons from her face.Sidenote: I have never had a problem with the vet herself, just this one self entitled hateful employee. Hopefully, they will put her into some kind of training to be better with holding her attitude back from clients, or they will let her go, that's what a good leader would do. So if the vet keeps this person or doenst fix their issue with training then I also hold the vet responsible as it is her business and her name in the end. We will be going to Newbury Vet clinic, as we did before, nothing but positive reviews and loving personal there.

Absolutely fantastic staff at Bradford!The nurses have done a fantastic job handling my bun, Dudley. Even though he is typically a little stinker when held, they manage to keep him calm and hold him without panicking him. They genuinely seem to enjoy meeting your pets and enjoy handling them, which was so awesome to see!I have been so hesitant to bring a bun to the vet after I lost one due to a botched surgery at a different vet.Dr. Tullar has been amazing putting my mind at ease and has proved many times to have the knowledge required to take care of rabbits and do surgery on them. She is very thorough and answers all my questions and concerns, and I trust her wholeheartedly with my buns' lives! She also stays very current on bunny news and diseases such as RHDV2, and will be the one to vaccinate my buns when the time comes.The office even called after our appointment to see how Dudley was doing and if he was eating okay because they know he typically gets stressed after appointments! This is the only vet he has been to where he doesn't have appetite troubles after going for his check-ups.They have also been so understanding with appointment timing, my partner was laid off and had to get a different job with different hours, so we had to reschedule twice, and they have been so kind about that.Thank you so much, Bradford, you have all been so great! 💕

I have never taken my pets to the vet before so this was new. I didn't know what to expect when I got there. But when I got there everyone was great the nurses and the vet answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for my furry friends! Dr. Tullar is a wonderful vet! She helped us treat our little chicken, Scrambler, and was there to answer all our questions in a realistic and down-to-earth way that we really appreciated. The Vet Techs and Vet were all great with Trixie my Guinea Pig. They were wonderful about getting her in for an appointment fast even though they never saw her before. They were great about working around a busy schedule of appointments for my disabled Mom as well. They were wonderful with how they treated and handled my baby and they had a great bedside manner with me. They were intelligent, competent and compassionate. The vet did the proper tests needed and diagnosed the problem when her previous vet was clueless. I knew my baby had either an ovarian cyst or a uterus problem but needed a competent vet to diagnose her and rule out a stone. This vet ruled out the stone and diagnosed the problem with my baby. She also biopsied a lump I asked her to check and confirmed that was not a big deal. When the vet told me the treatment needed is surgery and complete removal of my babies ovaries and uterus she also told me the truth that she had never done the surgery before on a guinea pig and referred me and Trixie to a specialist who she said was extremely familiar with doing the surgery successfully. I really appreciated her candidness and honesty since I have such a fear of my baby being under anesthesia at all and having surgery. I appreciate her referring me to someone she says is great and not trying to do it for her first time on my baby. This vet was also less expensive than any other vet I have ever been to for my Dogs or my exotic pets. Cheapest vet bill ever and more tests were done considering there was an x-ray, biopsy and ultrasound done and still was my cheapest bill ever.

After moving to the area recently, I have brought in all five of our animals (2 dogs and 3 cats). I was so pleased with how quickly they were able to see all of them. Other vets in the area couldn’t get me an appointment for months!Dr. Tullar did a great job of handling all of their exams and tests quickly and safely. Normally, my cats are very difficult to manage because they are scared of the vet, but Dr. Tullar was amazing at keeping them calm and getting her work done before the animals had time to freak out!She also did a great job of explaining to me in simple terms everything she was doing and everything she found out about my pets. I’ll be taking all my pets back to this clinic as long as I live in the area.

Never have I have been so disturbed by how rude and belittling doctor marie casiere is to other staff you will not find me in your books because I walked in with my pet say her yelling a other staff member making her cry and I walked out. Do you know how disgusting it is to see that not to mention probably the other terrible things that staff does to other staff members the poor girl looked over worked and and under appreciated. Don’t take your pets here go somewhere where the staff is nicer and not complete a holes to there other staff.
