The store is well staffed, clean, and has a wide selection of products. The pharmacy is particularly efficient and professional. The staffing efforts(HR) offer workers $15-$20/hr to start. I've been critical in the past on these issues at other Wal-Mart stores, so this is definitely one of the nicer locations.

Today around 2pm when my family went through the check out number 1 and we received the best customer service! A big thank you to Sara and Susan for your attention to detail. It was such a pleasant surprise to have our groceries bagged for us. It’s been a long time since I have had this kind of customer service at Walmart. They are always out of fresh veggies despite it is super center. Today tomatoes were rotten and had fungus. Every time we ask questions to employees they are not so helpful. They even don’t point towards item we look for.

The staff by the self checkout should assist people that have trouble with scanning. An elderly person was confused and the staff should monitor the area better so customers can get help and keep the lines moving.

I'm no economist or knowledgeable on big business but why is it the entrances to this place year after year remain looking like excavation site? I know Walmart doesn't own the parking lot but there's no way they can assist with repaving entrances if property management can't? It's criminal how poorly maintained it is. They need a tire and suspension addition built to accommodate the damages this pos place inflicts. Matter of fact, a tire shop separate of Walmart would be quite profitable, hell a tow company.

First off if they are calling it a supercenter now, Then so is dollar general! The employee 90% of the time are out front smoking, park in front of the store in there car yelling on there cellphone while smoking, or walking around the store talking like teenagers doing nothing!! Customer service took down there return policy last year and denie all the returns with a receipt they can to keep there numbers up so corporate stays off back! Self check 90% of the time is card only Bec please quit so fast Bec of management they can't trust anyone to do cash out! The managers can buy there to busy yelling on there phone in there cars with the windows down smoking cigarettes!! Welcome to Vermont People!!

Was there 17th dec and got stopped for my receipt while others were able to walk by. All because I’m dressed alternative. This isn’t the first time I have been accused of not purchasing my items either. I’ve been followed out by AP. All because I’m alternative. Do better.

I am not one to review stores or complain. However, as a consumer, I am frustrated. Walmarts across the board show outstanding corporate greed. The only option at this store is self checkout. I understand how, in some instances, self checkout is useful to keep the lines moving. Generally, it's for people who have a few things to be in and out. I'm happy to utilize it under those circumstances. Today, I had a very full cart. While scanning my products, the security system flagged me multiple times for "stealing." I had to stop what I was doing and wait for an employee to come over, watch the video to make sure I didn't steal, then approve me to continue. This happened multiple times. I was frustrated, and the employee was visibly frustrated. Mind you, the employees "monitoring" the customers checking out are usually on their phones, and when I mess up its an inconvenience. The store is always dirty. There are always pallets and tripping hazards everywhere. So I'm paying to do a job in a dirty and dangerous environment, all while the employees play on their phones? Ive also wittnessed an employee giving a little old lady a hard time because she did not know how to use the self checkout. The employee was treating this poor woman like she was stupid because she kept needing help. How in the reverse psychology is walmart able to do this? I'm so frustrated with this corporation. This was my last time shopping at Walmart. I would rather pay more for a better experience with actual customer service and wait in the longest line imagionable or order on Amazon.

I was here with my boyfriend (who is black for context) and we were stopped to check his receipt over their 10 cent paper bags. The front end worker was staring at us weird first of all, and before we could leave the aisle, she stopped us and asked to see the receipt and said she needed to see if we paid for the bag (which we did). Really taken aback over this.

Can’t stand all of the self checkouts. To have to check out a whole cart full of groceries myself, while multiple Walmart employees WHO ARE GETTING PAID are standing around looking at their phones. Their phones, not the company ones. Parking is crazy here, people don’t know how to park. Carts are all over the place taking up spots.

Its walmart. Only complaint is there needs to be more manned registers.HOWEVER, This particular store is amazing. I left my phone behind while checking out, and someone was kind enough to return it to the service desk. The service desk closes at 8, but the employees that were working the floor were kind enough to answer and let me come and pick it up after hours. Thanks guys!!

It’s a Walmart. This happens to be the best place I’ve found for RV stuff in town. That’s its claim to fame for me. It’s in a little mall I haven’t explored it but it’s there.

This place over the course of 2023 became very ghetto. This place went from clean and well stocked to barren and filthy. Its gone ghetto How ghetto people stealing full shopping carts, filthy floors, zero registers manned, half the self checkouts are broken. Im done this places is only cheaper for milk, eggs and paper towels yet dollar general costs just as much. Dont shop here youll spend less money on better products at any other grocery store. The only things cheaper at walmart are hyper processed obesity causing slop.

Employees are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Self checkout is a menace. The stations are almost always having errors or completely broken and require an employee to come help you anyway. I’d really rather just have people at the registers. It takes at least 15 or 20 minutes to checkout even a few things because you have to wait for the one person helping with each of the self checkout registers to make their way to you to help when items don’t scan or the card reader isn’t working.

Easy to find items. More open cash registers would be nice with actual cashiersnot everyone likes self checkout me included. Besides it takes a job away from a person. Whether it be a younger or older cashier. It's giving that person an income and helps to cutback on homelessness. Don't keep putting machines in to take the place of humans. If you have to check out your self you should be paid for being a cashier. Otherwise if you have to checkout your own items you just picked up. You are being a slave to the store. Working without pay is slave labor

Wish I could leave 1 star. Can't shop here if your white with black people or if your black without being treated like a criminal. If I shop alone I get service and if my family (who is black I am not) is with me they mysteriously can't find keys to jewelry department or they count your items at self check out. This is not cool.

This has got to be one of the absolute WORST stores in the history of walmarts! Half the time you can't find what your looking for, it is never in stock, the store is a disgusting mess and in total disarray. Racks upon racks of stock or over stock cluttering the isles. Every time I cash out, I have to watch what is being charged because the price on the tag is not what scans, always being a higher price then what is marked. It seems to be a very inexperienced cashier always on the register and when there is a problem that requires a manager or something, you can never find one, or you wait forever for someone to come. I will go out of my way to drive to Another Walmart from now on! This place is trash!

Spent an hour at the jewelry case deciding on my very expensive purchase and no one noticed or bothered to help. Started looking for someone to help me at 11am on a Saturday. Walked all over the store till noon to find someone and they were all busy stocking so I was ignored. Finally got someone's attention in the freezer section and he had a very bad attitude when I asked for help. He reluctantly made a call for my assistance and I still waited 20 MORE MINUTES before giving up and leaving. There was a call for assistance at propane and ten minutes later the same call for propane publicly stating that they had been waiting 10 minutes. Apparently I wasn't the only one being ignored. I left my cart full of clothing and walked out. They should be stocking at night and prioritize helping customers during the day. Especially on a weekend during peak retail hours. I understand that Walmart employees are extremely underpaid and overworked but management needs to step up their game and put customers above product. I have never experienced such neglect at a retail store in my entire life. Zero stars. Negative five stars for the Berlin Walmart. You just lost a very high priced sale. Disappointment is an understatement. Two hours of my valuable weekend wasted that I won't get back.

It's a Walmart. Not much else to say. They have cheap stuff and a lot of it. The one critique I had was that the staff seemed pretty apathetic. They weren't miserable, but they weren't especially happy. They seemed to get along well enough, but didn't really seem to enjoy being there. There was a lady she really did not want help us I used my phone to order my pictures and she said there was no order so I showed her my phone she still said no order and I head the pictures getting printed so when we left I got a message my pictures was ready so going today and pick them up and I will see if they have them ready I wish I remember her name plus we wanted two tablets that was on sale for 75 dollars she kept telling us that was a kids tablet than she looked and said we must be out I thought she would find out if there was any in back but she didn't
