The Kohl's store in Berlin, VT is a wonderful place to shop. It's clean and well organized, plus they carry a wide variety of items and sizes. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Lyn the store manager, always greets my husband and me. She also cheerfully pitches in when lines form at checkout or the returns desk. I love shopping at this Kohl's location. It's a fun experience and I'm able to accomplish a lot with each visit. I can handle my Amazon returns as well as my Kohl's returns there. They even have kiosks to order out-of-stock items, with free shipping, if I've forgotten my phone. I have shopped at this store for 7 years now, since I moved to Vermont. I go once a week or more.

Employees are really nice. But the prices are sky high. Get given a $20 gift card and there is barely anything to buy with it. The plus size women’s clothes are horrible, look lol great grandma clothes. All the pants are short for someone like me who is 5’9”. Couldn’t find the men’s clearance.

I recently made an online purchase of patio furniture. Because I did not know how to complete this myself I went to the Customer service counter at the Berlin VT Store. A customer service person named Nancie spent at least a half hour helping me thru the process on my phone. I couldn't have done it without her help! The set has arrived without any complications. Thank you Nancie! You should be Employee of the month for August!My next visit i had a very helpful cashier named Coalby. He gave me clear and helpful information to follow about how to update some information on my Kohls card. Thank you Coalby!

Don’t like the new trend of not putting price stickers on some of the merchandise. If price weren’t an issue I wouldn’t be at kohls. But that aside I like this store. Much much nicer than wal mart to be in.

An employee Crystal had told me about friends and family event coming up, I told her I would be back. So I went shopping the days she told me to come back. I made many purchases to my surprise nothing was discounted for this friends and family event. I went home and added everything I purchased in to an online shopping cart. $66 dollars I would save if I ordered online?? Yet the sale online said in stores or online. I should of just double bought everything and return it with my nondiscounted slip to get my money back??? This is why locations are closing, why shop in person when they don't even have the correct sizes and do a bait and switch to their customers for not knowing a secret password or handshake to benefit from an event they originally had told me about. If I was suppose to have a coupon why was that not mentioned, when I worked retail and there was an event we didn't play games with out customers, a coupon was at every register to use for our customers. Not impressed and greatly disappointed by this location.

Got some great buys. Toys and clothing that were on clearance that I will donate to an organization for Xmas. Didn't find anything I went in for, but left with $10 Kohl Cash for next time and 2 big bags for the kids, so am happy. And cashier was a very nice professional person who was very helpful.

Great sales & very attentive staff...especially like the changing room policy. No annoying limit on the number of items, no searching 4 an associate 2 unlock a changing room. So nice that u can close your door so u can come back 2 your same room. Store is very clean as r the restrooms. I shop there a lot, as a matter of fact headed there 2morrow 2 use my $10 off a $25 purchase. Love their exclusive Vera Bradley in this area.

Bought some beautiful fitting bras a Vera Wang top,and a pair of earrings..with sales and coupon I paid less than$20. Can't beat that price!! Plus when I got home, I realized that I had lost my necklace, called the store and a sales girl found it and is mailing it back to me 👍.. Now that's awesome 💚

Well, usually all the clothes are picked over. For some reason my size and my daughter's size are always the first to go.They are very nice and they make sure that you sanitize your hands and wear a mask. They also sanitize the cart handles for you.
