Last week I was in this store with a long list of toys that were requested by some children. Being an older man, I did not recognize the names of the toys, which made it impossible for me to find them. Danielle and Kyriae were a huge help, finding each item on the list. They were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate it.

The sensory environment is awful with absurdly bright lights, but it’s a fun place to get cheap toys and craft stuff. Too bad entering the store feels like being an ant under a magnifying glass.

Was greeted in stereo by two bubbly staff members within 5 seconds of entering the store. They returned to stocking items and singing along with the store music. Brightly lit, well stocked store. I was looking for unusual birthday sweet items. Was NOT disappointed. There is every kind of gummy candy, weird candy bars, pop rocks, key chains, littles for gifting, found Bob Ross happy energy drink. What's not to like?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Store manager has absurd standards, is rude to employees and customers, and just simply should not be managing a retail store. Products are fun, however the checkout area is a huge issue for people of all ages especially the older ones. Also for some reason this page still says the store is open until 9 when it’s actually only open until 7pm on the weekdays and 6pm on Sundays.

There's some value to be had at 5 below. There's the typical cheap Chinese goods but there's some quality stuff. Not everything is a deal.
