Taylor is a fabulous groomer, that always makes my dog look great. He is always happy and perky when he leaves the shop. I am very pleased with Taylor who obviously loves what she does and loves dogs.

The groomer was good. My dog looks nice, so I would give her 5 stars. However, he picked up kennel cough while there. Then my other dog got it from the first dog.

If 0 stars was an option, thats what I would rate this Petco. My dog was groomed here on March 18, 2021. I literally had to take a step back from writing this post for a while because I was SO infuriated. They royally messed up my dogs hair cut and left him BALD on his stomach in a several areas. I will NEVER bring him back to this location. I am still horrified.

The lady there... forgot her name... just seemed as though she didnt want to work.... she tried talking us out of our grooming... then said she couldnt work with a dog that needed to be muzzled... yet the Petsmart groomers I used to use would just pick him up like nothing and worked eith him without needing to muzzle him....Just not feeling as though our visit there was worth my time driving from Pownal....
