I took an aged 12+ boxer to Petco for nail care. Spoke to Skye and made a same-day appointment. Was somewhat worried as this older dog had not had much exposure to public places. Skye welcomed him warmly and he immediately responded with tail wags and licking her. She was so very kind and understanding. I peeked in every now and then concerned about how he was doing. Towards end of footcare another helper had been recruited to offer hugs, petting and comfort as his rear paws were attended to.I cannot offer a higher recommendation for Skye and her helper. They totally understand the needs of dogs and offer the best of care. Petco is so very lucky to have Skye and her helpers.!

Took my dog here for the first time and Taylor did a great job with her! She's a mini poodle mix and not very happy with clippers or with strangers but she did fine. Taylor cut her ears and face medium short like I asked for which was great because other places we've been to have given her more of a poodle cut that we didn't want.

Great staff who were great with my dog--who can be a little difficult when trying to groom. They were also receptive to the many stipulations for grooming my dog (e.g., he doesn't like the blow dryer so they hand dried him). All around great experience.

Our Boston Terrier can be a little terror, but the groomer made him and us feel very relaxed and confident in her abilities. The major issue was his nails which we were unable to clip and she did an excellent job with them, also suggesting a long term care plan. The price was completely reasonable. I'm just sorry we hadn't been using Petco for grooming before this.

So the nice young man who bathes, cuts my dog's nails, and cleans his ears has a really great bedside manner, so to speak...This young man truly loves dogs and loves his job, which is rare these days. My dog loves going for grooming and I am happy to go home with a really nice smelling dog.

Mindi is so sweet and did such a great job with my Golden. Also, unlike some grooming places...they don't hold your dog there for hours for their convenience. All and all a great experience for me and my dog!

We have come to expect great grooming at the Berlin Petco, yesterday was exemplary! Molly had gotten very dirty during an illness this week. Joey took time to get to know her, make her comfortable and calm. The wash and deshedding was very thorough and she came back to us gleaming and happy.

The Groomer (Joey) did an amazing job on my Husky today!!! She came back with a lot less hair and smelled so good. (She went in for a deshed i believe is what it’s called.) I will definitely be coming back to Joey to get her groomed more often. Goodbye Sit Pretty! Hello Petco!!!!!

This little dog was left to us when her elderly owner passed away at the beginning o c March. She is very accustomed to the spa treatment vs home girl treatment of those nails. She is so cute after they are done. Rides like the princess she is on the way home. 🐕
