This store is always disorganized and it hasn't seen a good manager in over a couple years since the last good one left. Most of the staff are just talking away in gossip while they pay no mind to how messy they've allowed the store to get. Also, they really like shifting their store hours for incomprehensible reasons.Another problem is some cashiers don't usually try offering a bag to use. One time, I had a cashier that wouldn't even bag a handful of my purchases. She just gave me this solemn stare when I asked for a bag and had to get one myself. That's completely unprofessional of them and I don't understand why this once good place has degraded in a span of four years, but it has.

Great store that has has really cleaned itself up! A great crew of workers that are always there to help and give assistance. There Merchandise Manager was exceptionally helpful and very polite with all my questions. He was very professional and went out of his way to help me and my family. So thank you Dollar Tree! Keep up the good work.

The store seems fine. But the BOSS as she called herself, was very rude to two customers. Plus she was smoking just outside the front doors. Smoke smells! If she has to smoke she should (including all employees) be smoking out the back door. I don’t like second hand smoke. She cost the store sales as the customer left his stuff and walked out. There is no excuse for rudeness.

This store is disgusting!It's dirty, unorganized and just gross!It used to be a great Dollar Tree, but in the last two years, it has gone so far downhill that it's not worth going into anymore.There were boxes in the aisles, shelves were either empty or all messed up. The merchandise is just put anywhere.There isn't anything like this store anywhere else in our area. It's just a shame to let this store become so awful. Dollar Tree management should be ashamed of having such a gross store. Store management is either lazy or they don't know how to be a manager!

an employee ( blue green hair, freckles) noticed customers bill was counterfeit. However as far as her handling the situation. Her patience was none existent and was so loud and aggressive causing a whole scene for a man who already knew he was busted. Even after he left she kept talking about him and his fake bill so loud I'm pretty sure half the store could hear. I work at a coveince store as well and we have NEVER raised our voice at a customer... Fake bill or NOT. Unprofessional, had a literally panic attack because of how overwhelming it was.

The store is filthy. Couldn’t even push a cart down one isle because there was so much random product thrown all over the floor. Every isle has garbage debris and some food isle have actual busted open food bags on the floor. Would it kill staff to take the time to tidy up the isle and vacuum the store?

The customer service level here is extremely low. If there was a similar store anywhere close I would not chose this place. However they do usually have good items.

I used to shop here, was a customer from opening day. It is now dirty, disorganized, and is totally lacking in good customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere.

So not only was the cashier rude I bought 2 bags she handed them to me had me bag my own stuff and then was still cashing other customers out wile I'm bagging no regards to how Close ppl are to each other and when I said something she to me not her problem

love this store, the manager is VERY friendly and helpful. Always has a positive attitude and now that its been redone it's so much more organized!

Very busy.....many "carts" of merchandise in aisles but nobody emptying them and putting on shelves...had to request another employee to come from "back" of store cause 1 register running had 7-8 people in it....

The employees at this store are good for nothing thieves. They stole $100 out of a purse that was left by one of their customers. Shame on them and shame on this company. I'll remove this listing when the employee is fired.

Needed a few little things, nice staff, store is kind of messy or due to over stock. Extra table's are cluttered and could be utilized better for each season or holiday

Went to price chopper first looked up hours for dollar tree it said open till 8pm at 6:58pm on Sunday another women as well myself went to go to dollar tree doors were LOCKED!
