Place is a joke. The only employee stood outside chainsmoking cigarettes while talking to their friend. Do whatever but make sure your registers are working if you're planning on being useless.

I love Dollar General! Especially this location as it is by far the cleanest Dollar General Store in the area. I shop in this store almost every day and I always save so much money, because I do all the surveys and I have the Dollar General phone app which is extremely fast and easy to download and you save $3 off of a $10 purchase. When you have the app you choose from so many different digital coupons and it's so easy...while checking out you look at the LCD screen which tells you what you owe and it will show you a digital coupons button, you simply press on that and enter a valid phone number...home or cell and poof you save on whatever you've previously chosen from offered daily/monthly coupons. It saves me so much money, because after a little while of using them it will give you coupons based on what you buy which is nice. All in all its a wonderful store. All the employees who work at this location are so helpful and treat everyone very nice. I love shopping here so much. I get so many very expensive items from here for such great prices, sometimes I can't believe it. The manager is so very nice and assists whenever needed. This is the best location in my opinion. Also they have a Red Box right outside so that's really nice to have in our area. They also sell beer, cigarettes, and other alike items. It's really a one stop shop.

Isles are always filled with back stock with very little room to walk.You’ll find a lot of items in store, food, cleaning supplies, clothing etc are covered in a thick layer of dust.Some employees are “nice”

I want to say how impressed I am with the Dollar General Store on RT. 302 in East Barre, VT. The staff is always friendly and helpful but I am most impressed by how clean and neat the store always is. This is in stark contrast to the other Dollar General Stores near me. The store is usually very well stocked as well.

I didn't really buy anything from here but went to use their restroom. There are two unisex restrooms which were sparklingly clean and non smelly. I browsed through the aisles with my friend and they had all the basic household supplies in stock

New years eve, one cashier and the line was 12 deep. Today people entering without masks. Unless there is one car in the lot at opening time I won't go back, too risky. Cashiers are usually nice though.

Their prices are awful high for a discount store! There's been times where I think I'd get something cheaper here than the place I'd be at (Price Chopper, Walmart, etc), but most definitely was not! It's a learning curve to always shop around... because some places you THINK you SHOULD be getting it cheaper, and don't.

Its your average Dollar General. They are cleaner then others in the area and seem to take good care and pride in the store for the most part. Its the only one I really care to go to in my area.

Pretty bad customer service. Went in to get 3 items, girl at register walked away to help someone w out saying anything to me after she was done w the customer in front of me. Comes back says hi rings up my stuff, tells me my total. I give her the money, the other cashier needed help again, she puts my money on the counter& walks away w out saying anything again. Completely incompitant and disrespectful. I grabbed my stuff left my $ and walked out.

Usually what I need at decent pricing. But myself being visibly 57 years young, I should be able to buy beer, wine or tobacco without a valid ID, it's rediculous. But I always have it ready.
