The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I waited 17 mins for the baker to come to the bakery, and then as I walked away I turned around to go back and grab something I forgot and saw her rushing over there. So I went back to the bakery and called out to her. After another seven minutes she finally came out to help me, but wasn’t able to and said she had to call her manager over, another wait?? I’ve already wasted almost half an hour, so no thanks I walked out of there angry. Hopefully they can coach their employees on customer service to not discriminate or cherry pick because of the appearance of a person. My money and time is just as valuable as others.

This is my neighborhood Smiths. It is in a very convenient location. The people over there have always treated me nicely. Unlike other nearby stores, this one opens at 6 which I find a great thing.I give this store a 4 star rate only because I think it needs some renovation. Other than that, this Smiths is always a great experience.I decided to rate the store because they are not forcing me to wear a mask any more. THANK YOU!!

Can you at least change your hours displayed online says you are open on Christmas day 6am to 4 pm is it really that hard to change what it says online and just put closed so people dont waste there time driving to your store only to find oh...there not open even though online it says you are? I know it's Christmas day but I checked the day before to see if you would be open to cook a special meal for guest. Awesome 👌

I went and did normal groceries shopping just for me to get sick multiple times after didn't figure it out till I looked at the product some expired some mishandled frozen food I have gotten very sick multiple times please don't shop at this grocery store expired product from October last year 😭 Its almost 7 in the morning and im in pain that's I won't wish for any one. Please be safe with these companies people I'm sick and tired of this grandees through away bad products you guys making people sick 🤢

The staff is very helpful this is one of those places that I always keep an eye out for on the shelf discontinued items and I have a tendency to shop their sales. They have a good smattering of beverages to choose from and a large refrigerator frozen section. I can't complain about their produce but you do want to kind of pick through things a little. I find their employees at work in the meat department to be very helpful and quite knowledgeable. They have a full pharmacy and a pretty good supply of over the counter meds. A pretty good smattering of pet care products paper and dry goods plenty of baking supplies and a phenomenal Jello selection if you're into that kind of thing.

I bought a beard trimmer about a month ago from this smiths. Used it once and the trimmer was absolute garbage. It pulled more hair than it cut. I've bought other brands from this smiths with no problems. However, when I tried to return it they said I can't because it's been over 14 days even though I had the recipient and all parts. The trimmer even has a 60 day money back guarantee and smiths still won't take the trimmer back.I will no longer be purchasing anything other than consumables from smiths. Horrible policy. Better to just go to Walmart.

The store manager was rushing us out of her store starting at 11:52pm, we knew the store doesn't close until midnight. So we took just a little longer selecting a salsa. She then came by again and told us we had to go and pay immediately because the store is now closed, this was at 11:55pm. My husband told her that we still had technically 5 minutes before the store closes. She then told us we cannot purchase our items and that she would shut her registers down on us. She then proceeded to the front of the store and yelled for that cashier at the self checkout to shut ALL the registers down! We were already headed towards the self checkout. My husband had told the woman that this was an unfair practice and that he would report her to corporate. The cashier was nice enough to allow me to purchase my items still. Although while i was ringing up my items and paying, the manager lady was gossiping with the other staff and mocking my husband by restating what he had said. She also gossiped that she would have him arrested while laughing. We feel extremely harassed and targeted for discrimination for our age and young lifestyle. She did not treat anyone else in the store this way, just my husband and i. I officially checked out at exactly 11:59 pm, By their midnight closing. - per what it states on my receipt even!

Great store, there was a great selection of produce and snacks. The store itself was a little difficult to navigate and the shelves are too tall. Overall a good store, could use improvement on cleanliness and organisation.

Always treated like a I'm going to steal something and I never see any of the employees smile. Honestly I don't like to shop at Smith's but it's the only option I have. Customer service is 👎

If you want to wait in line for your prescription for more than an hour when there's two cars ahead of you please ' updated outlook and long term review of my local store I wrote a very emotional review with a bad experience but I can tell you the 100 visits sense then have been happy I would say about 80 percent of my visits have been good they need to modernize this store little bit! Biggest issues honestly would be there cart's are all needing to be replaced the odds of getting a car that doesn't sound like it's going to fall apart or 10% but customer service is what I appreciate and the employees work hard and have put many smiles on my face!

I drive a diesel that takes well over 100 to fill but the lady at the fuel island says its their policy not to take 100$ bills. Even if you are getting 120$ worth of fuel??🤯

Just had the most ridiculous yet comical experience here. Was here with my brother (who is 21 and brought his contactless scannable ID to show) buying two beers. Ringing up at self checkout my brother showed his ID to an associate with short white/ gray hair and she was embarrassingly excited to literally YANK the beers away and then say nothing but a smug “nope” and walk away. He stopped her too explain it wasn’t just a photo and could be scanned because he thought maybe she just didn’t know so she told him the contactless ID is illegal (it’s not, the state liquor store, gas stations, and every other store accepts it). I went back by myself to buy some at a different register with my physical ID cus hey it’s worth a shot we’re already there… she chased me over to the other register. 😂 and once again, super proud and overzealous yank. I get a store being careful with their license, like I said it was just worth a try. What’s ridiculous is just the immediate rudeness she treated us with from the very start and clear control issues and likely religious snobby attitude this lady had. Never been treated like that in a store and won’t be back to this location… unless to buy a beer from her of course. She totally could’ve just said “hey we really can’t do that sorry for the inconvenience” and acted like a normal person. Someone give her a vacation and chill pill please. Maybe explain to her she doesn’t need to talk to people purchasing a beer like she’s better than them.

Awesome customer service !I misunderstood the $10.00 off $40.00 offer for Tide pods. I purchased 1container expecting a $5.00 discount. Not so. The end cap sign quoted the $14.99 price however the offer was printed micrscopically.Self check out was a little traumatic. I am slow .

I had a strange experience the young lady running around the self scan rang my cigarettes up and then said I will let you have them when you pay for them, and walked off with them, she left the Takis, and strawberries I can only assume due to experience but dang it was rude. It made the customer service experience a poor one.

4/22/18 @ 6pm Love the sushi.. usually. Today i got a large size one and when i started eating it realized that half of the sushi was filled with chopped up bits of carrot... not fish.. half of the $20 sushi I purchased wasnt even sushi. I'll attach a picture of a couple of the pieces but i guess just watch what you buy because they don't mind screwing you over...they were stacked up against eachother so you couldn't tell when purchasing that it wasnt right..

Horrible customer service! Every time I come here the people are just rotten with attitude! I left with the cart because I had groceries but the cart wouldn't move when I left after purchase, I wasn't sure what happened but I guess on the west side the cart lock once you walk out of the building. It didn't make sense to me because I had stuff in the cart and coming from the east side this never happened to me. One of the employees started yelling at me at the top of her lungs telling me I couldn't take the cart out of the building. The next experience, smiths had issues with their self checkout and I asked the guy for help before anyone else, he was in the process of listening to my issue and some Caucasian lady yelled out I need help too and he straight up just left me (in the middle of me explaining my issue) to help this lady. I'm not one to complain about racism but I swear they made me feel this way. The other gal working there witnessed the whole thing and apologized for his behavior. The last time we bought a storage bin and some other stuff. As we were self checking out one of the employees asked if she could scan our storage bin for us. Which I thought was weird because everyone else had way more merchandise than us but she chose to ask us if she could help us scan the bin, I said that is fine. As she finished scanning, I noticed that the lady that was stocking the shelves where the bins were was standing there making sure that the other employee scanned our bin. She left of course as soon as the deed was done, again this could have been a coincidence but still very weird. Ive bought stuff all the time from smiths and never had an employee ask to scan my stuff. The customer service is horrible and not very nice ever single time I've ever been there.

I've been going to this Smiths for years but my last visit had a new cashier named Tanner that I hadn't seen before. He was going out of his way to be friendly and this improved my usual shopping chore. Thank you for the positive attitude Tanner!

I got there ten minutes before they closed, I just needed diapers and wipes. The lady didn't even greet me but right away said you got five minutes... But when I'm checking out, she gives me attitude again and she let's a European American AKA white person into the store SMH definitely not coming to these store again.

Please teach your baggers how to bag items correctly. I found a frozen meal that I had to throw out because it was bagged with meat from the meat department and covered in blood. Also my potatoes were in with the pedialite I bought, squished and had to throw out half the bag cause they were inedible. And frozen food in with the gogo applesauce packages. I understand trying to save on plastic bags however this is not the first time baggers have mucked up bagging groceries at this store. I know this is not the kroger/smiths way. I go to a different store and they bag the items appropriately it's this store that doesn't teach their baggers how to bag items or group them correctly. Disgusting. Hate going here just because the baggers have zero clue or respect for someone's groceries and you end up throwing it out cause of blood or soap gets on other products or they throw it in the cart breaking items open so you have to throw it away when you find it contaminated.

Won't let my grandma run her card as credit and she forgot her phone so she went home and I got her pin and she asked them to PLZ not to put back her items and she went back to the store and they already put it away. But what makes me really mad is how they treated her like trash and like she was stealing. this is not ok.

Great newly remodeled floral department. Produce and bakery are awesome. They seemed to have shrunk the grocery aisles though. Meat department and frozen section are also great. The remodel has made the store nicer. Pharmacy is very nice with a drive through drop off and pick up. I have used the click list service and it is great! Parking lot is congested due to a new el Pollo Loco they are building to the south of the store.
